The Shinigami seemed to be taking every procedure known to man in order to make sure he didn't plan on trying anything which made him wonder. He thought to himself as the man forced him outside into the open. "Looks like my patience is finally rewarded after all this time. I don't understand how he managed to elude me for so long but now my objective will soon be within my grasp." A voice similar to a woman's spoke silently in an unknown location.

"I don't know what you're trying to arrest me for but I'm not leaving without my stuff. So once I grab my most important objects, I will happily come with you and resolve this matter." He said somewhat joyfully, walking back into the wall like door that he had originally came from before coming out a few minutes later. "Ok, I've grabbed my belongings so let's go wherever you intended to take me. Oh and just know that you're my temporary bodyguard so it's your duty to protect me at all costs now shall we?" The man proceeded to raise his hands in front him so the man could try the cuffing thing again so they could be on their jolly way.

From the looks of it, the man was dead as sounds could be heard coming from a nearby wall. "The signal!!! Damn, those bastards don't know when to give up chasing an old man do they? The dude bumped me and when I asked politely for him to be careful next time then the guy shoved me. After that, I warned him not to do it again and so he did before I just decided it was time to fight. Yeah he got in a few good licks before I killed both him and the Shinigami sent to resolve the situation because he tried to stop me. Still that was like a year ago so I'm pretty sure they have bigger problems then chasing after an innocent civilian that was pushed to the extreme. And I'm not goi..." Before the man could finish, he began making weird choking sounds as if he was choking but something was off.

"You know the thing I love about stairs is that no matter how silent you are, the stairs will reveal your position. Reveal yourselves and come take a seat, gentlemen or fine exquisite women if it may be. Don't worry, I won't hurt you...unless I dislike your reasons." The man said as he poured himself a glass of human wine before taking a seat in his make shift house. There was a large couch with many chairs aligned in a circle with a see through-able round table sat in the middle at the end of the staircase. Once would imagine it as some kind of briefing room while others just seen it as a place to talk for visitors. Either way, it was obvious that the furniture was kept in very nice shape except for what looked like a couple of dried up dark red permanent stains on the edges of the table.

Angelo looked around trying to take everything in and what the guy what saying. he was getting weirder and weirder by the minute, he thought to himself. "right, "don't worry, I wont hurt you." like im supposed to believe that. so how about you make this easy on both of us and let me take you in. id rather avoid a fight but I cant let you go" I said simply my face still a blank slate, the one good thing I had going for me was my amazing poker face still noticing the red marks that looked like they have been tried to scrub off but couldn't and it might be blood from what Angelo could tell of what couldn't be washed off

"What District has the most populous currently I wonder. It's best to tak-" The man stopped after getting the feeling that he was being watched as the wall formed into a door. "Well I guess should just start from scratch and be smart this time around." He concluded with a small smile on his face before walking through the door while leaving it open for any unwelcome guests. Moving forward inside would reveal a long staircase that leads all the way down to a cave like complex.

a door being left open, that guy knows he's being watched. The only question to ask now is if Angelo is going to try and take him down himself or to go back and call for backup. He knew that if he left he probably wouldn't be found again for a while, this was his only lead and even if it was a trap he needed to take it. Angelo gripped his zanpacto as he followed the trail knowing something would happen eventually as he went down the staircase to follow the target, he wasn't going to fail his mission no matter what.

I gave my soon to be city a form that would they would hold sacred and be my voice among the people. I made a large bird that had gold and silver feathers with a long gold feathered tail. it would serve as my peoples guide in the years to come. it wasn't able to speak but it had a beautiful call that would quell even the most bloodthirsty of warriors and beauty that rivaled those of the most glamorous of maidens. if it proved someone worthy it would telepathically give them advice according to my will.

in an undisclosed location on the east side of the city:
I grinned widely as a man was brought before me, he was one of our underlings trying to score a quick buck by selling some drugs and taking a cut for himself. I walked over to him and I laughed as I heard him beg for mercy and as I laughed I told him "okay ill show mercy" I said as he looked like he had hope in his eyes then I pulled out a knife and I stabbed him in the eye as he screamed "if I used a gun you would be dead!" I yelled laughing as he was bleeding out of his eye and sliced his neck to shut him up. when he was dead I motioned for the guards to clean up the mess, I told everyone in the room "no one in this gang ever steals from me, or I will do much worse." I said and they all looked at me with fear just the way I liked it as I sat back in my chair behind my desk smoking a cigar. while one of my kings known the be the strongest physically and rivaled even me when it came to killing with pain was my personal guard, although the other kings took charge of the business we ran he took care of me and made sure I didn't go insane and kill everyone that looked at me wrong and if one of our guys had a sickness or was sent to jail then he would take their place until I could send them bail money

on a collage campus on the eat side:
I was one of the kings to the boss, he ordered me to keep the drug ring for the students going knowing it was essential for us to keep it up to keep earning a moderately safe profit considering collage kids will do whatever it takes to get their fix of the good stuff. doing this almost reminds me back when we were just selling simple pot with the boss before his break down. I stayed in the campus unless ordered to do otherwise so I could guard our drug ring in the area.

in a warehouse at the northeast side:
get those guns shipped out now you little piss ants!" another one my kings yelled, he was in charge of our gun trafficking in the area selling to those that would keep their end of the bargain with the right gun. he made sure that the trucks had escorts and went to the right places and if someone decided to take a gun for themselves or if a buyer didn't pay the agreed price then he was given permission by the boss to kill them on sight. unlike the boss he made it quick for them and took no joy in it but he wasn't going to let anyone screw them over as he kept the trafficking in the area running smoothly
