The Dark City of Siag (An Archie-Sonic Dystopian AU.)

It was in the evening on that causal summer's day in the city. The seasonal rain was pouring down upon the walled up city of Siag and it's gigantic defensive dome. As the water would fall down the cities hydro filtration system and purify acidic rain and other pollutants before water would be released from the top of the down to the city below, as well as redirected to Siag's water supply containment units for storage and supply.

Yet another dreary day was nearing it's end as the grey storm clouds could be seen through the transparency of the dome. However, city life was abundant during this time within the city as Moebians of all species, as well as permitted overlanders and humans went about their tasks and business from within.Holographic billboards glared showing off advertisements, as well as the occasional healthy dose of Order state propaganda, and monitors shown all manner of product, news, and of course political message throughout the city. Citizens walked the dank and wet streets in raincoats down the sidewalks as all manner of hovercraft and the occasional Civil Authority 310 "Enforcer" Raven Gunship would fly overhead to monitor the city and look out for any crime. Life went on in Siag while under the watchful gaze of the baron who's office was high up in the Central Administration Building in the middle of the city.

"Another day, another rainstorm. Summer sucks, I can't wait for it to become Autumn." A black and grey fured fox said as he looked down from a window in his office upon the city.

"Oh well, at least it's not thundering. I hate when I have to hear that while doing paperwork. I guess I'm just procrastinating." The slightly tall vulpine man said as he turned around and looked at a bunch of files on his desk.

"I honestly don't see why people are so obsessed with power on our world, all it gets you is responsibility and having to fill out all this shit. I wonder if dad had to fill out all this crap when I was a kid, no wonder he didn't have time to play with me. I guess I'll better bite the bullet and get back to it." The fox said as he turned around and headed back into his seat, clearly not wanting to continue his work.

If there was one thing Grief hated, it was paperwork. He would much rather want to be on the frontlines helping the Order secure their victories on the prime world, or even defending the anti-world from Egg Empire incursions and GUN strike forces. Still, he was the baron and everyone depended on his authorization.

As he got confty in his fitting chair he took a form and then placed it on his desk before reading it. Now would begin the baron's bane of being a leader, having to either approve or deny every little thing that would benefit or hurt not only Siag, but all of Moebius. It was tedious work as he began to run through the forms, yet it was his final word that would affect thousands if not millions.

"Approved........Approved.........What? You got to be joking! Denied!" He would said as he took one of his stamps and pressed down on it before signing the form.

Introduction:
It is the year 3252, the First Dimensional War has past and Moebius has suffered for her attempt to destroy the forces of the Guardian Units of Nations and the Egg Empire. However, after their costly defeat and the death of former Baron Ivan Bradanksa, the Moebians have unified once more under the regime of the Order. The Order has helped rebuild Moebius's lost splendor, rebound her economy, and has rallied Moebians under it's banner to bring about a new world order on both worlds. The capital of Moebius, Siag, has gone under very drastic changes over the years as the old order now lies in ruins and from it's ashes comes a foundation built on anger and hatred, yet one trying to promote stability and control as well. The Order has brought Moebius out of the shame of defeat and to once more return it back to a world superpower that it was before, yet the seeds of rebellion and discontent are everywhere.

Setting:
The setting is akin to what you would find if you merge cyberpunk with Nazi Germany, 1984 America, and you had a bunch of super powered Sonic FC's running a totalitarian regime. The city of Siag itself is inspired of Atlanta, GA. However, the setting is in the future under a despotic group in power. All manner of themes can be here, from traditional science fiction, cyberpunk, cop thrillers, modern day fantasy, and of course stories of revolution and uprising.

Premise:
The premise of this roleplay is a dark dystopian cyberpunk like AU story taking place on the doppelganger world of Moebius/ anti-Mobius. While this is in the Sonic fandom, it branches off the normal sugarcoated and black vs white world of the series. Your characters are residents of Siag, members of the Order of Moebius, or perhaps rebels trying to revolt against the baron and the Order. To many however, the state is god and the Order is the state. How will your character survive on this bizarre world and under it's regime?

Rules:

1.This roleplay takes place in an AU inspired by the old Archie Sonic lore. Said AU is over eight years old, so while I don't expect everyone to understand everything at once, this will be basically a world building experience as well.

2.Your character can be any species, however. If you choose to be a hedgehog or an echinda you basically are a rebel and enemy to the state. Life's not fair in this story, especially given some of the source material: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nazi_Germany, en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nineteen_Eighty… , en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soviet_Union.

3.Your character can be in the Order, a civilian, a foreigner, a non-combatant (example: A merchant, doctor, ect). As well as a rebel fighting the Order.

4.Your character can have powers, cybernetics, special gear, and even magic. (Magic being a rariety in a society that is almost all atheist that is.) However, please balance this out. You're not Sonic and you're not Goku. Your character shouldn't be able to take on the Order all by themselves and Order soldiers already are balanced in lore.

5.IF you want your character to join the Order in the roleplay I'll add a spot on the template CS so that your character can state this affiliation at the start.

6.Your character can even be either an Overlander or human. archiesonic.wikia.com/wiki/Overlander, humans can be in the city under permit and visa. (Long story short: The Order is at war with humanity, but only their government and the Overlanders, which are another species, are their allies due to the lore.) Either your human character is with the rebels, or they're here under legal permit to work on Moebius.

7. Things that you cannot be:

Demons or anything supernatural, to a fault, (like no demon character or OP Goku gods.)

.Unbalanced characters, (for many under the Order, the system is their god. Think cyberpunk with some leniency towards fantasy.)

.Hedgehogs or echindas being in the Order, (they're persecuted and hated. This is canon to the lore and there are reasons for this.)

.Canon characters, (for one most of them would be enemies to the Moebians. Next, a lot of them would have to be Moebian to be in Siag in the first place.)

.Godmods, powerplayers, basically nobody should be "that guy".

8.There will be several factions in this story, your character can be either a member of them or not. However, to join them you simply have to put these titles below in the affilation section of your CS.

Alright, but you could you know, just play as a normal Khornate cultist. That's perfectly fine if you wanted to play as a Khorne cultist or something like a "mortal" champion or priest. TBH the difficulty setting would be roughly the same as an Astartes anyways. Maybe you want to make up a guy who's just a Khorne follower but not an Astartes for this?

☼ Combi-Melta | Khorne wants the shedding of blood, whether it be up close or from distance. Skulls are skulls when it comes to the skull throne.
☼ Power Armour [Skinhidden Plate] | Years in the warp have caused his armour and skin to fuse into an effective and even more durable armour.
☼ Infernal Star | An iron halo corrupted by the Blood God himself gives Krull the protection he needs to get up close.
☼ Talisman of Burning Blood | There can never be enough rage in combat, this ensures that there is enough for all who are near.

Personality

The myth that all Berserkers are frothing madmen is for the most part true, however there are a few who have mastered the art of rage in battle so that it becomes an extension of their martial prowess. The most famous of these is Kharn the Betrayer, capable of utilising his rage to fell enemies as small as cultists up to the towering war machines of the Titan Legions. Krull is another such warrior. While he hasn't come closer to felling a Titan solo, he has the capability to control and channel his rage efficiently during battle. Outside of battle he is indistinguishable from most other power armoured individuals, capable of strategic planning and reasoned discussion.

However, his battlefield persona is one of pure bloodlust to rival Khornes own thirst for the crimson life force. He will slay all who stand in his way and treats all who stand in his way as foe. Headstrong, fearless and all round monstrous, there is no reasoning with him in battle.

His current want it so take the skulls of the strongest fighters for his God, even if that means aligning himself with the servants of the others Chaos Gods to do so. That isn't to say that if they prove themselves as capable, he won't challenge them.

History

☼ Critically wounded at the Siege of Terra but was evacuated safely.
☼ Fought demons for a century in the Eye of Terror.

Wow, that looks like a very detailed character there. There are a few things I'm concerned about however.I'm going to list them so hopefully we can work this out.

1.This is not a big issue, but I would like this CS moved to the Characters tab if you don't mind. It's fine for now but I would just like to keep that tab used for what it's meant to be used.

2.I'm fine with Khornates, but in this RP you're going to have to work with a party of Undivided, as well as other denominations of Chaos. I get how Khornates are, but I would like for your character to be at least able to kill the enemy and not their associates in this RP.

3.I do have a limit on Astartes due to what I have planned, I would also like to know how this berserker got onto the world and how they got into the undershive level of a hive city with a bunch of cultists and renegades.

4.There will be several factions in this story, I would like a valid reason why he would be here and not around a more combative sector of the galaxy.

I would say I'm rather impressed on how much detail your character has, perhaps later on I will host an actual Chaos Astartes roleplay, but this one is sort of to be a mixture due to the plot I have. I'm not going to decline, but I would like some of the issues I've posted addressed.
