I am Jb; Briton by birth, roleplayer by my own hand, and lover of literature. I am also an amateur historian, a receiver of a Bachelors degree in Ancient and Medieval History - quite a useless degree, actually - and would like to think that I'm a fair, honest and open guy.
As far as RP'ing goes, I'm pretty open to most things really, all you need to do is ask! :)

To say I am disappointed would be a vast understatement, as everything started off so well! Nevertheless, I am shutting this RP down for the time being.
Sorry to those that actually made some attempt, such as Cleo and Matt, and sad times for those tat never even got a character sheet to me; while I understand that everyone has a life, just a little note to say you were busy or what-not would have been fine...but no.

@Lord Coake If that is truly all that you're irked about, then I would kindly request that you remain. :) Seriously, I've seen your writing, and I can honestly say that I'm not elitist enough to judge anyone on their writing; you can spell, you can write a decent post, where is the problem?

I've been wanting to do something like this for quite some time, and I believe that now might be the time to do it!
Having been inspired both by the artwork of Kai Lim AKA Ukitakumuki, as well as the Guild's very own trooper RP The Beat, I decided I nevertheless wanted something a little more large in scale but still small in player size.
Therefore I've come up with this, which you could compare to the Clone Wars TV series if there were no Jedi involved.
Essentially, we shall be starting out a few weeks (months?) after the destruction of the Starkiller Base - The First Order have been put on the back foot, the New Republic Fleet is decimated, and the terms of the Galatic Concordance seem to be swiftly breaking apart at the seams...
The 'cold war' state of things has gone out of the window with the decapitation of the New Republic, and the destruction of the Hosnian System, as well as their primary fleet. The First Order have also suffered a great setback and loss of manpower that they cannot truly afford to lose.
Now is the time for the Imperial Remnant, silent thus far in galactic affairs, paralysed somewhat by the First Orders more aggressive and fanatical attitude to emulating the Galactic Empire, to return themselves to their former glory...now is the time to strike!
Players shall be taking the role(s) of freshly recruited personnel in one of the Stormtrooper Corps of the Imperial Remnant(s), away on their first mission into what is becoming a more dangerous galaxy.
What has the Remnant been doing all this time? Out there on the fringes of space, watching and waiting? Well, that's what we'll be finding out.
I intend for this to be a very personal RP, one where relationships can be formed, where characters can evolve as we go along, and that will act as a much more gritty and 'boots on the ground' version of Star Wars than is seen in the more fantasy-based films.
So, have I got anyone's attention?

Right, I have two regimental sheets, two, yet I recall quite a few more people signing up for this.
I'll give it until tomorrow, the 9th of January, and then I'll simply shut down the entire RP for lack of participation; if it comes to that, I can only apologise to Matt and CorpusMundum.
