Section #1: Jig Being Right

It has come to my attention, that I am primarily right and drunk.

Jig is completely right.

Jig is right.

[11.01.50] Gowi:

Jig is right. Feel free to send that along.

[Jig is] 100% correct.

Jig was right 8 months ago, and is still right.

I love you, Jig. It's because you're Always Right™.

Once again, Jig is absolutely right about this.

Where is Jig when I need to vent about politics?
Drunk.

The mighty Jig is of course right.

Section #2: Jig's RP's

I'm not post-dating RP's I've been in that died out of nowhere and I've basically forgotten about, so here are my present ones.

Current:

Previous:

Wolf Manor (GM)

Wink Murder (GM)

Project Rehab (Player)

The Kidnapping (Player)

Wink murder: Who Killed Mr. Jig? (GM)

Finite Incantatem (Co-GM)

For the record, I'm going to be playing at a festival from the 8th-12th so, from Thursday, I won't be on till the following Tuesday.
Not sure if anybody's done any magic, but the posts are apparently on page six rather than seven, when clicking the most recent post link, it takes you to page seven.

Curiouser and curiouser.
New B!tching:

Meta-gaming. When your character has a secret, even one that could be easily found out by the proper methods, that other players are aware of, and suddenly one character has this bolt of inspiration that enables them to instantly work out what the secret is despite having absolutely no information about it and not having embarked on any means of research to find it out.

In this particular case, I'd actually specifically, in the IC, indicated exactly how anybody that wanted their character to find out could have them do it.

But, no, telepathy's faster.

Grr.

I prefer dice for the reason that it takes away the choice from me and forces me to act dynamically, like, say, in real life. Instead of my character always getting things their way, they could legitimately get maimed or die. So long as it makes sense in-context, like a veteran warrior should never lose to some random peasant in a normal, straight up duel.

Fair enough. I get that people like the randomness - I just really don't.
I especially don't fancy the idea of accidentally getting my character killed if I'm enjoying an RP. Boooooo. >:[
Cool. I'll get round to an intro-style pm-post for you probably today but maybe tomorrow. If you want me to co-GM, btw, I'm happy to help out.

Presumably it's okay to not be from the USA? I tend to play characters from the UK simply because I'd never get the dialogue convincing and have almost no US-based frames of reference that aren't Pawnee being a far better town than Eagleton or how Canada apparently sucks for no specific reason.
Are you simply new to the Guild and don't know what to do on the forum? Perhaps the 'introduce yourself' page might be a better place to start :)

Page seven of this thread has gone magically invisible. I don't know if anybody's already flagged it, but there's three or four posts that should be visible on the seventh page that simply aren't there, and page seven can't even be found from the previous pages.
Yep, that was what I was looking for. :)
It's hard to get a character in mind without knowing if there was any particular way in which they'd have to be tied to the plot - but everything's cool.

I take it there is some mystery reason that we'll find out in due course?
Raxacoricofallapatorius said She's only an NPC for now so keep her on the down-low.

I meant to type 'around' rather than 'on the team'. Not quite sure how that happened.
Anyhoo- don't worry.

:P
Yes please.

Is there any reason that the unsuspecting player could know about why any particular character should have received their invite?
