We also need a leftover Masterless servant from a Previous war.Why? It would make more sense if you're telling me we need a Servant-less Master who won the previous war.

In which case, I'm pretty sure either Kirei or Kyubey would do something to ensure there won't be any unused spells given to someone else besides them.

You have the option to create a Master from an original family/bloodline of your own, or from the three Big Families (four if you include Emiya).

Or is it that spots are currently unorganized and therefore its unclear as to whether I will have to regular master or not?Currently, the spots are unorganized, but as for the master spot, no, that has nothing to do with playing a Magical Girl, since Magical Girl Servants, as the phrase implied, are Servants. They are not Masters nor could they become one. The details behind this is explained in the official codex once it is up, but just know that it involves Kyubey turning Magical Girls into Servants, though not necessarily Heroic Spirits. Therefore, out of the six Servant spots, two of them must be Magical Girls.

instead of my character being a normal servant, can I be Ruler? because Ruler is only used to act as an administrator of the holy grail war when someone or something is encroaching upon its authority.I have thought about including that role, but since rulers have little to nothing to do in such an RP (at least until the end-game) other than to answer the other characters' queries, I don't see it as a very... 'fun' role to play. But if you think you can do something more productive than that with the role, go ahead.

Also... know that I would require two Magical Girl Servant sign-ups in the RP, so don't be so hasty to create a CS yet before you know which spots are taken, especially when I haven't worked out whether if a Magical Girl Servant would have a different CS from a normal one.
Actually, I would advice you guys not to do so in the future, since I realized that there will be some, albeit few, alterations in the official CS, so it might be confusing if you begin writing your CS now.
