Jon, being the odd one out as usual, was at a bar not drinking. Why, you may ask? Well, he was observing people. Their mannerisms, their speech, everything about them. Jon could usually tell the type of person from just a glance in their general direction. The reason he was observing them was for a report he was doing about mental psychology and its effects with alcoholism. So far, he has gotten some funny interviews with an eccentric pair of drunkards, but nothing warranted of writing it down. "Damn," He said. Shaking his head. "This paper is not going to write itself..." He burrowed his hands into his face, stressing about this whole project.

Jon stood up, about to leave. But that was when a catalyst walked into the room. A catalyst that would change his entire life. This green haired man was asking about being in a room where you could not breathe. Jon's first thought was "Isn't that just clinical anxiety?" but everything seemed to unravel around him once Jon got to analyzing. This man knew more than he let on, and it was quite obvious (at least, to Jon). So, the beanie wearing detective-in-training decided to discretely follow the interesting man, gaining intel along the way.

"Bartender, One scotch please, make it smokey and on the rocks please." Jon never drinks, but in order to blend into a bar, you need to have a drink.

Stand name: [Unshaken]
Ability: Unshaken's latent ability is to absorb energy, whether it be Thermal, Radiant, Chemical, Kinetic, ETC. Though do note, that he can only absorb so much. Think of it like a battery. Only so much can be stored. There are varying ways that Unshaken can release absorbed energy, but it has to be released as its absorbed form. So no changing energy.
Stand cry: Angelo, Angelo, Angelo!!

For the simplicity of its ability and the artsy, romantic, fairly harmless nature of it user, Unshaken is very menacing-looking. Does its ability to just absorb any energy (including kinetic) mean that it can stop attacks from working, I wonder? Does it have a range of effect or a condition? I feel like it could be played extremely powerfully.

I was kind of struggling with ideas for Stand powers. I came across a spell in DND called "Absorb Elements" or something to that effect. And for clarification, while Unshaken does absorb damage, it can still take damage. Think of it as a battery, it can only hold onto so much energy

Personality: Jon is quite the eccentric person. His father was a successful writer and his mother a nurse. He inherited the creativity from his father and the smarts from his mother, making him a little bit of a nerd. Jon can usually be seen wandering Florence with a book in his hand and a pen in another, or just simply studying from a textbook in the local park. He sees the world in rose tinted shades, making him quite the romantic. His heart is one always yearning for adventure. His dream profession is either a writer or a Psychologist
Height and weight: Jon is quite slim, standing at 6'2" and 190 pounds
Gender: Male
Backstory: Jon Jovi was born to a middle class family, his father being a successful writer of adult fiction, and his mother being a nurse at a local hospital. Growing up, Jon was just an average person, never grabbing much attention to himself. Though he was very lonely. While others would take loneliness as a depressor, he took it as a tool. While no one took too much attention to him, Jon observed the interactions going around him, giving him inspiration to write. Jon also found the Human Psyche very interesting. He read and read all about psychology, even writing some psychological horrors on the side. By the age of 16, Jon was smart enough to pass a college level entrance exam. His fate, though, came to a turn when his father was murdered. The police never found out who did it or how he died. Jon took it up to himself to find the killer. Using his knowledge of the human brain and a little bit of his creativity, he was able to identify who the killer was (based on the general appearance that the police gave and some studying). He cornered the killer and had every intention of bringing him in. The only problem was, Jon was not much of a fighter. Luckily, his stand kicked in at just the right moment.

Ability: Unshaken's ability allows anything to be balanced. Whether it be two cups on top of each other, or anyone on a tight rope. Unshaken can use this ability on any willing being. Jon usually uses it to impress anyone passing by, but has not found a use for it in combat besides extreme agility.
