Aha! Necromancy it shall likely be, then. For some reason, I'm steadfast on a goofy skeletal lad so I'll likely join as a spoopy bard with a flame or musical aesthetic. I'm just starting to get accustomed to making on-the-fly characters again; general idea for what I'd like to play based on the universe/who might be an interesting foil for any existing characters plus cool image might equal the inspiration that I need? I'm experimenting at this point but can at least say I'm starting to fill out my sign-up!

Liking it! Thank you for stating your posting and progression expectations outright. I want to say I can get a character up by Friday, at the latest? But I'm thinking I might actually go for a 'dark lord' sort of character along the lines of Ganon.

Melding traditional fantasy with science-fiction sounds certainly interesting to me. Regarding the characters, would they all originate from the same "fantasy world", or is that a mystery? I'd presume we'd be playing with typical fantasy archetypes and tropes either way.

Monster-hunting? This is very, very exciting to see. The appeal of playing something alien is also attractive to me, personally, as well, so I'd love to be apart of this!

I'd actually like some more details concerning the technology of this world; how we'll be traveling from planet to planet, what level of technology might be considered "standard" across the majority of planets. etc.

Love the variety of species so far too!

This is certainly an intriguing and ambitious-seeming project—the emphasis on the "Passing the Baton" mechanic itself has me vying to make time to sort through most of the reading material. Of course, I can't guarantee that I'd apply at this current time, but hopefully when I'm of the right composure to peruse, I can make a solid decision, maybe even offer some feedback? Anyway, Schwarzenegger style, I'll be back.

At the moment, however, I have a question about "ranks", mainly what'd I label my character if she was a respected member before S.C.I.O.N.'s discontinuation, though not near a leadership role, and newly-re-recruited by the time of its second iteration.

(I'd also want to make a Head of Harvest Moon; as there's only one of those, to anyone else interested in that role, I'd be happy to compete.)
