Monster Ops: Neutralization (Monster Musume no Iru Nichijou RP reboot)

Ryūko had been having a pretty good day up until then. Not too cold, didn't take long to warm up, and the coffee had been excellent ("Smith-san's suggestion," she remembered.). Even field-stripping her weapons had been nice. So she and the girls were going to watch over a human. Big deal. She'd dealt with the Extraspecies Mob before. They were organized, but the majority of them were just mooks with guns.

Then the call came in. Usagi started yelling, and the dragonewt could hear gunfire outside. A lopsided grin crossed Ryūko's face. "And the ass-kicking begins early!" she exclaimed. The girl dropped the assault rifle and went to her room. In her closet was her personal armory, ranging from assault rifles and shotguns to snipers and SMGs. Her favorite was the grenade launcher (which she wouldn't be using). Ryuko settled on a pair of machine pistols. Nothing said "badass" like fully-automatic handguns.

To say that Ryūko had started the day in a most odd manner would be an understatement. The last thing she remembered, she'd been in bed watching the late-night anime lineup. They'd broadcasted the pilot of a new series, too. But when she woke up, she was on the ground in a strange place, and was immediately greeted by a spherical creature of some kind. Ryūko had been so scared she'd jumped up into the nearest tree.

"Ryūko, you don't need to be scared!" said the creature. "I'm your partner, Koromon!"

"How do you know my name!? And where are my pajamas!?" The young woman wasn't coming down without any answers.

"How should I know?" asked Koromon. "I can't even wear clothes." He laughed. "But I'm your partner! I can't explain it, but it's like someone told me who you were, and that we're destined to help save the Digital World."

"This sounds like some kids' show..."

"Maybe!" said Koromon. "But you're in the main cast, whether you like it or not. There should be more humans nearby. I can smell them."

Personality: Ryūko is the laid back type, and may come off as not seeming to care and not worrying. However she cares deeply for her friends, especially Kuro, who she views as her closest friend. She is intelligent, but has slightly less common sense than most people. Ryūko is also an incorrigible nerd, and loves anime, manga, and video games.
History: Ryūko comes from a mixed family... well, with her being the mixed one in the family. Her father was a US Airman stationed at Yokota Air Force Base, and met her mother during his time stationed there. Her family moved to America when she was younger, but has only just recently moved back to Japan.

Nickname: Kuro
Personality: Kuro is extremely loyal to his partner, and is quick to fight on Ryūko's behalf. Despite this, the BlackAgumon is skilled at quick thinking. Usually he is the quiet type, who listens and hears more than he lets on. Due to being treated differently by other Digimon because of his color and Attribute, he finds it hard to reach out to others.

Thus far we have a pest who likes to bite (no offense, Rune), an extremely touchy Were-Rabbit who is otherwise as sweet as can be, and a trigger-happy Dragonewt whose obsessions with manga, video games, and anime are only rivaled by her guns and motion sickness. Just from that lineup of characters, I know this is gonna be good. :D
