I love these types of videos (i.e. Normal People attempting to be ''gangsta''); they are literally the greatest. I've spent so many hours on Reddit hunting these videos down. They truly are fucking hilarious.
It was pretty obvious what kind of film it was going to be from the first few scenes; Fury managed to perfectly get across the idea that War is Hell. Far more visceral, brutal and bloody than I expected considering the rating it got in the UK (15); to the point where the first few minutes of the film left me in shock as to how gory it was. It made me question everything I thought about World War II; it seemed far far too gritty compared to the way I thought of it in my head. Piles and Piles of Bodies and Injured.

I was impressed with the main cast, even Shia who I wasn't expecting to be that good. The Crew of the Fury really felt like they had been through shit together and were basically brothers in arms. I also liked how they portrayed the integration of Newman, the rookie soldier, into the Crew and the effects it had on the Crew dynamic.

I was slightly worried that they might portray everything in Black and White (i.e. Americans = Good, Nazis = Bad) but they managed to both demonize and humanise both sides equally so by the end it was clear both sides were far more similar than they'd each like to think.

The last thing I want to mention is how the film left me afterwards. I don't really know if this is a reflection of me or a reflection of the movie but this is probably the only War Movie ever to make me want to never take part in a conflict. It was a sobering experience which didn't take the issues of war lightly and honestly made me thankful I didn't live in an Era where I would have to go through something like that.

I wouldn't say there were any overall problems with the Film but a few scenes did feel a bit sub par compared to the rest of the movie however overall I would definitely watch it again and rank it as one of my favourite war films. If you like War Films then you should probably go see this.

Today I've seen a very strange side of Youtube.
Aza, you need to go to Goldshire as a Deer and describe what happens.
I've learnt to love Coffee over a few months during exam season; at first it was mainly to stay up longer and the bitter taste was something I dealt with but over time I learnt to appreciate it (sort of like Dark Chocolate; which I also love). Honestly for me now a well made coffee in the morning is a godsend.

Oh and something I read a while back, although I can't vouch for it myself if the reason you don't like coffee is the bitterness then using a technique called cold steeping is supposed to make less far less bitter.

Although if your a die hard coffee hater its probably not worth the effort simply because it takes a while (12+ hours) to cold steep coffee properly so you'd probably do it overnight. However if you really want to drink coffee then there is a potential solution.
To put it bluntly it was awesome; I honestly don't even know why I didn't go to one of these sooner. I met a ton of pretty great people, a few I'll probably try to keep in touch with and overall it was a fucking laugh. The timing of this party was also perfect, it was my Birthday a couple of days ago and cause of my parents/tiny house having a party was not really an option but this definitely made up for it.

Don't know if you guys really care but I'm pretty hyped after it so I just wanted to record this somewhere.

I'm not a big fan of "Mixed heritage = More powers" in general. I can put up with it and it's a viable option for various power ups, but at that point why wouldn't Aang and Katara's kids have some funky Air + Water mash-up power? I preferred it when it was just "Mako got firebending, Bolin got Earthbending". Not to mention you then have to wonder "Well, who were Ghazan's parents then?"That sounds a little too complicated for someone to just pull off randomly. Ghazan had the benefit of (presumably) years of training, unless he was in prison for about half his life, but Bolin just sort of did it out of pure desperation. To me it just comes off as something it'd take years to even grasp the basics of, let alone use it in a combat situation. Then again Toph could do crap like turn sand into solid rock at the age of twelve so....screw it.

Bending the Lava isn't really the problem as it is at the end of the day still Earthbending; provided you have the right ''genes'' or chi or whatever I think it becomes a conceptual problem (like how Toph could only Metal bend once she realised there were trace amounts of earth in the metal she could manipulate). And in a desperate situation I think your mind may be in such a state in which latent bending talents can be unlocked and these conceptual barriers gotten past.

The part which would need actual training, skill and practice is making new lava out of Earth; I quickly went to a site which hosted LOK and skimmed through the parts where Bolin lavabends and he never actually makes lava. This means my theory could still be correct (heck even if he lavabends in the current season, you could easily argue he simply practised until he was able to make lava and/or figured out how to do so).

The problem I had with Ghazan's lavabending (which was more magmabending if you ask me) was how does an Earthbender heat up Earth to turn it into that? What are the fundamental mechanics behind it? Earthbenders don't deal with temperature but mineral content.

It's likely that Ghazan was using friction to melt the rocks into lava, I imagine it would work like rubbing you legs to warm them up or rubbing two sticks together to produce a fire. Except instead of two sticks you are rubbing every individual ''rock particle'' in the targeted area together in order to generate massive amounts of heat; the result of which melts the rock into lava.

I'm impressed Magnum, you've managed to start an argument in one post.

That's a record.
