Careful if anyone uses this for sleep long term. Supplementing with hormones eventually leads to your body adapting to compensate, this means you would come to rely on supplementing to get to sleep. Not a good thing in the long run.

My grandparents are farmers so there were all sorts of fruit trees around their farm. Partly because of this my dad loves growing plants, it's a passion of his. I think the most notable thing he grew was a mango tree in Uganda although I'm not sure when he first planted, all I know is it's mangoes are delicious.

I happen to live near (walking distance, less than a couple of minutes) a Territorial Army Centre so I'd probably hang out there in the apocalypse. I used to be a cadet so they would probably welcome me back in open arms.
