2) I think you should increase your humanity number, at 2 you are more or less an animal which wouldn't work with the initial start of the story (i.e. working for the prince, a vampire with humanity 2 would probably live outside society). I recommend 4 for your concept, inhuman but still relatively coherent.

Freebies are spent on your stats after you've made your character, but each stat has a freebie point cost to increase said stat by one. Here is the chart in VTM anniversary edition:

Attribute - 5 per dot
Ability -2 per dot
Discipline - 7 per dot
Background - 1 per dot
Virtue - 2 per dot
Humanity - 2 per dot
Willpower - 1 per dot

Also you still have a slight misunderstanding of flaws, you have 20 freebie points. You can simply spend those based on the chart above, however if you want more you have to take on flaws. Instead of taking away freebie points in order to acquire flaws, you add to your freebie points based on the value of the flaw. The worse the flaw, the more points it is worth.

And yes that is a hard limit, you can have as many flaws as you want, as long as the total extra freebie points you gain is maximum 7.

Degrangement: Michael's madness is much milder due to the fact he managed to escape the effects of the Great Prank. Nethertheless, the blood of Malkav flowing within him still curses him. He spends his life trapped in a manic episode. On the one hand this makes him incredibly social and elated as well as increasing his self esteem (often to the point of narcissism) but on the other hand it also means he tends to be over indulgent (and he finds it difficult to stop indulging), self interested and very irritable (if you rain on his parade, he will remember). Simply put he believes he's the best and if you stand in his way he will be pissed.

As he never had his Dementation restored, his connection to the Malkavian Madness Network is fairly weak preventing him from accessing it or even in most circumstances hearing it, only the most powerful or craziest Malkavians can provoke some sort of response in his mind.

Brief history: So you wanna know how I got these fangs? Sure, why not. So I was at this club in New York...can't remember when, and there's this crazy hot chick who's just dancing like there's no tomorrow and I'm thinking ''Damn, I gotta get me some of that,''. So I go up to her, we get talking and eventually I decide to show her some of Mike's Magic (TM). So we're in the shitty disabled toilet going at it when suddenly everything goes blank and I find myself on the bathroom floor.

So then I see the chick with a bloody grin on her face saying, ''Welcome to my world,''. And from that point on my life was pretty fucking awesome. If I had more time I could give you a rundown of The Grand Adventures of Mike the Vampire but I'll just let you in on what's going on now.

So about a couple of weeks ago I was in Elysium over in New York, and this BBBD (i.e. Big Bad Black Dude) comes up to me and says the new Prince over in Texarkana wants Cainties to help him out.

Now keep in mind, I was small fish back then and I hate working for anybody but the key word here is new prince. That means he's either one fuck up away from the Final Death or he's gonna be really friendly to the first bastards to kiss his feet. And if things really go my way, I could be Prince by the end of the week. All I knew was the end result no matter what is I get more power.

And that was a situation I could not miss out on.
