Torrens will be out of action until he finds some more fire. Engulfing a street in flame, creating an explosion which could probably level a house, and taking that explosion at point blank really takes it out of you.

As for the knight, make him tough. His armour and shield could probably hold up to Athinar, one-on-one, if their enchantments are worth their salt. Torrens won't be making big explosions for a little while (since, even if the armour can hold up against the explosion, the knight's internal organs probably won't). Make us players actually put in some effort to kill these guys.

You know, if Emily ever gets a big-ish army of spirits, and leads them on a castle, the best song to co-ordinate them with, would easily be this one.

Deimos managed to get the women into the barrier, and so they all avoided becoming human toast. However, the barrier was not strong enough to fully repell the massive blast from the helicopter explosion, and it wrenched consciousness from Deimos, sending her to the world of fairies and rainbows. How long she was there, Deimos didn't know, but she was brought back to the land of the living by Nightingale. The medic somehow found the time and mindset to give Deimos' body a quick Blind Girl's Look while helping. If the woman wasn't helping her, and hadn't been helping since the start, Deimos might have taken offense. As it was, she was happy to get back up and into the fight so soon.

"Thanks h--" Deimos' words where cut off by the sight that awaited her. The cheerleaders that arrived, Deimos never really gave much thought to, instead trying to grab the people she could see in front of her. But right now, those Cheerleaders where dead. Their skin cooked, their lives stolen, and all by someone who called himself a Hero. And, someone Deimos had worked with. As stupid as it might have been, Deimos believed if she had tried, she could have saved them, and that self-inflicted realization made her shudder uncontrolabily, tears spilling out without warning from her eyes. Compared to that, the sight of Heretic's Demonic Self took a back seat, as her mind didn't have enough sense of Self to work with both of them. She could feel something in her head slowly slipping away, but was unsure what it might be. She was unsure of a lot of things, to be honest, including if she was on the right team.....

I like how nobody gives a shit about the mass death and burnning happening right outside. Even seasoned veterans have been known to be tramatized by the death that war causes. And burning bodies has an aroma to it as well, further enhancing the disgust.

Deimos wasn't sure what was going on. One moment she was trying to blow away the tendrils, and the next, there was a bloody Lord of Change in front of her, doing what they had a want to do, and running their mouth. After a bit of monologue, she suddenly felt pain, and no shortage of it. Acting on instinct, she fired off her Assault Cannon at the creature, but then regained her mindset more. Shooting at this Daemon Prince would not be the best of ideas, but she didn't want to get her team mates mad at her, so she feigned a jam in her system.
"Crap! Why now?!" She exclaimed angrily into her Vox, before setting about doing fixing motions.
