Actually, Weiss looks annoyed at how Winter is moving in on Ruby, but Winter doesn't seem to care about Weiss at all, she isn't even looking. So, Weiss is just being jealous, Winter is not competing, she is confident in her own abilities and doesn't need to compete for Ruby.

I was wondering where Qrow's Scythe was in the fight, but then it turned out that his Scythe is the sword. Which makes him double-awesome because Ozpin acclaimed Qrow's Scythe skills, as if his swordsmanship was the lesser of the two skills.
