Sard stood, mouth agape, as Halite decided to mow down battalion after battalion of defenseless gem. The sheer rage filled madness somehow prevented Sard from reacting. Instead, the Obsidian and the Balas Rose stepped up, the Balas being the more convincing, fiercer, and braver of the two. Still, he didn't fault the Obsidian for trying. It was also important to try and be nice and polite to hulking rage monsters, to try and calm them down. He personally though, wanted to kick the crap out of Hal. He attacked the bubbled gems, beings incapable of even responding. Sard hated that.
"Ahem, we'll end his rage. I want in on this." Sard said, facing the Balas. Then he turned to the Halite, pointing a shuriken at his face. "Now c'mon, you brute. Let's take this outside."
As Sard stretched out, getting a feel for his form once again after being some dumb loafing monster for so long, he half paid attention to what the half-human said. Then, the leader gem, Garnet, explained the plan to him and the others. "Hmm. We take the most expected route- an unexpected move! I like it." Sard said with a grin. He lethargically summoned a shuriken and spun it around in his hand, remembering how to use it. As he did this, the Melanite spoke her gratitude, albeit nervously. She gave him and the rest of the rag-tag team a good once over, her black curly hair bouncing slightly as she stared up and down. She looked sorta like a ghost, a gothic-like theme, he liked it.
Then, a loud sound echoed through the room, sounding suspiciously like a fist hitting an unprepared opponent. Sard whipped his head around to see a Citrine in gem form, and a very suspicious looking Halite. That jerkwad had hit her without so much as a warning! Sard was all for outwitting your opponent, but this was straight up unfair. Jerkwad asked two quick questions, his bellowing voice making them sound more like orders than queries. Sard quickly pointed to him, and answered him. "One! You're in a room with Me in it. Two! You don't leave, if you wanna hit innocent people." Sard quickly summoned a second shuriken, and spun both around in his hands at a surprising speed. "Why don't you try to hit me instead, you cloudy fool?" Sard asked, getting into fighting stance and preparing to thrash this sack of rocks.
Holy crap Pie, that looks freaking awesome! Sorry I can't pay, I don't exactly have any expendable income. At least, not right now, I'll see what I can do. Still though, it's a really cool take on him, and I love it.
He has messy silver hair, and pale salmon skin. He wears a long striped shirt, and a black belt that has a nice, convenient hole for his Gem. His pants are a gunmetal grey, with a small yellow chain connecting them to his belt. His shoes are an exuberant red, with worn, white soles.
If Sard has to reform.
Gender: Male
Personality: Sard is hot-headed and confrontational. His fighting spirit is second to none, even if he isn't super strong by himself. He fools around frequently, and doesn't focus on something unless he finds it important. He abuses power frequently, tapping into his adrenaline to pull pranks and the such. He isn't very book smart, not knowing what gem or human machines do most of the time. He's not particularly interested in learning either, most of the time. Though he does mess around frequently, he will always be honest and direct when telling you how he feels.
He loves Environmental Art, as well as Earth itself. He's also a big fan of soda, he feels it energizes him, and he loves the fizzy, carbonated taste. He doesn't eat any human food though. He frequently reads comic books and manga in his off times.
Bio: Sard was born to fight. His unique ability's clearest use was combat, so once he grew old enough he went into the military. Once there, he stayed a low ranking because of his lack of understanding of military technology, and his insubordination. Eventually, he was assigned onto Earth, to help out with the "Kindergarten Project." He found Earth absolutely stunning looking, all the flora and plants were fantastic. Though he didn't particularly care for the animals, so he begrudgingly aligned himself with the Home World. Now that he's back, he has come to understand the humans are decent enough, and will now fight for the beautiful space rock known as earth.
Association: Home World (Ex) Crystal Gems (Current)
Gem Sard
Weapon
A large, 4-pointed Shuriken. Useful for stabbing, slashing, and throwing. He commonly wields two at once. How he uses that thing without hurting himself, I'll never know. He can shrink and enlarge them.
Gem Location His waist, because he's always shooting from the hip.
Gem Unique Ability Adrenaline - Sard is able to tap into his energy reserves to slow his perception of time, focus intensely, and give a small boost to his strength and speed. Unfortunately, this is draining, and if he does so to much, he will get tired and eventually revert to his gem form.
Alright. I'll make it so he gains a small boost of strength and speed, instead of a large one. Would that work? Heck, the strength and speed boost aren't really the important part. I could straight up remove those, if you want.
