Yeah, yeah. I could A) Work that in to his back story. (Most schools have an Archery club, or his Dad could hunt or something.) Or B) He could just have the bow, not really knowing how to use the thing. Also for that weakness I was mentioning, if he knows how to use the bow, I'll place a limiter on how long he can use his afterburners. Those things are hot man, he can't use 'em forever without melting his back.

Hm. Let's see here.

His skill is useful, but does not make him invincible. He has a nice weakness that's easy enough to exploit, but also dodge-able. I like him.

I was thinking about giving Jude a compound bow, sticking to the "Modern Samurai" theme. But I'm having debates about adding another weakness, and how much ammo he should have. They would probably be reclaimable, so nothing too big. About 10, maybe.

I pretty much have the same issues and compliments as Gisk, with one additional question. You said due to Dark Arts, he appeared differently to everyone. Is he able to change how he looks?

As for a better weakness, maybe a weak immune system/resistance to poison? All that messing with the human body can't be healthy. Maybe a less subjective effect for when he looks at himself. Like, The Dark Art backfires, and he sees everyone else how everyone else sees him.

The power is pretty cool. It seems like it could be a very fun character in any situation, really. As for personality, I suggest naive, imaginative child. It just seems like it would fit, in my opinion. Do whatever you want with it though.

Experiment Type: Jude was given a new robot body, built for him by Dr. Robert Veiss

Powers:

• He is able to lift about 400 Lbs. of weight
• He is made of steel, able to take much more damage than a human. About double the amount in both pressure and temperature.
• He has two blades in which he is very proficient at using.
• He has standard color vision, thermal vision, and X-ray vision.
• He has a compound bow with 10 reusable arrows.
• He has an AI implanted in his robot body, that triples his thinking speed, short-term, and long-term memory.
• He has afterburners in his back, able to give him a quick speed boost. They fling him at about 30 MPH, for about 3 seconds at max.

Weaknesses:

• A simple EMP grenade will incapacitate him for about 10 seconds.
• His wounds do not heal, he must repair them.
• His steps are loud, and his cooling fan constantly emits a soft hum.
• After more than 3 seconds of use, his Afterburners begin to melt him.
• If one were to hack into him, they could largely restrict his free will.
• He is reckless in combat, and not a team player.
• He has not used his bow much, and knows little about bows work.

Bio: Jude was a simple boy. Born in a small city, and born into a loving, but poor, family. He was frequently depressed, and felt he didn't fit in at school. He wasn't ridiculously smart or athletic, so he felt he didn't have any strengths. That was, until he found out about Kendo. He was a sword fighting prodigy; he loved it, he practiced everyday, and it gave him self-esteem and ambition. But when he was 15, he was put in a coma due to a car accident he got into while he was walking home from school. His family spent all their money trying to save him, and went into crippling debt. But he wasn't able to be saved, and the Styles were left with no son, and no money. Then, Veiss showed up, and offered all debts wiped, for the brain of their son. Very reluctantly, they agreed. 3 years later, Jude was revived- and he didn't like it.

Why don't you tell me what you think of mine? I already have things mostly worked out, but any criticism is greatly appreciated.

I'm a little interested, but mainly so I can bring back a character I created a while ago. As long as I can play as a human brain controlling a robot, I'm in.

It's a little short compared to everyone else's posts, but I did get it out, and now we have some major characters all in the same spot.

Izayoi City - Yosuke Tsukino

Yosuke smiled when he and Yukari reached his favorite Racing/Fighting game, Road Destroyer 2. As stupid as that dumb song that played out of it when no one was playing, it was still one of his favorite games to play at the arcade, and he owned the original Road Destroyer at home. He eagerly slammed two coins into the machine, and his friend did the same, as the screen transitioned to a Racer/Vehicle selection.

"PICK YO RACAH!" The box yelled in probably broken English. Yosuke quickly moved the joystick over to his main, Platinum. It was pretty good all around, with the exception of it's range; it had no attacks that reached farther than a few feet. Still, when you were fast, and could take a hit or two, it wasn't much of an issue to get close to your enemy. Yukari picked her favorite character. Coyote. It was pretty good, laying traps and the such for the next lap. Less useful on the last lap though, and it's acceleration wasn't the best. It was a car for more experienced, smart players. Yosuke fully admitted he wasn't there yet.

The race was a little intense. It always was. Yosuke was always caught off guard by one of Coyote's traps, Yukari knew just where to place them. Yosuke almost lost, but he pulled through when, it a surprisingly foolish accident, Yukari had placed two of her traps on a thin road. She was forced just close enough to allow Yosuke to get one hit off on her, and snag the win at the last moments. She finished just a second behind him, swearing all the way.

"Heh. You almost had me that time. Sucks I'm still better than you though." Yosuke joked, turning to her with a grin on his face. "Bah! You got lucky!" She said, smiling as well. "I'll get you next time, YoYo, next time." She growled with a voice reminiscent of a cartoon villain, fist balled and shaking. They both laughed lightly, before Yukari's stomach growled lightly. "Wanna grab something to eat? Frankly I'm hungry too." Yosuke suggested. Yukari shrugged and replied "Sure!"

As soon as the both of them exited the arcade, they heard someone pleading for help. A small boy in very odd, but still a little stylish, clothing. He was asking- oh! There was that shooter girl! Yosuke silently wondered why she was outside. Had the boy somehow alerted her? And what the hell was with her western get-up? Was he the only person who just wore there school uniform over the holidays? Yosuke was about to suggest helping them, but Yukari reacted faster, walking up to them. Yosuke followed, asking, "Who's 'after you'? Is he trying to hurt you?" He looked out of breath, probably from being chased. He wondered how the young boy got into this mess. Ah well, didn't matter. What mattered now, was helping him.

Hm. Getting stuff flowing might not be the worst idea.

Turbo, how far away is Ram Jam from the arcade? Yuka-tan Yukari, might just invite her over to brunch if she's near enough; They were going anyways.

Also, I'll wait until Faz posts. I don't want to step on his toes either, so Yuka and YoYo are gonna stay in the arcade until after his post, just in case he wants to interact with them.

Hm. Let's see here if I can guess about Scary Monsters from what I know about SBR, and JoJo in general.

Let's see. I've heard Dio Brando from another universe, so that's probably who the Stand user is, judging by how John menitoned D4C's alternate universes. The Brando's are almost always antagonists, and the antagonists always have time powers. Time reset, acceleration, and reset have all been taken... I'm gonna guess slow down time?

Also, Johnathan with a Stand would have been cool. I wonder what Speedwagon's Stand would have been though?
