Haunt grinned slightly, turning on one heel to face the door, drawing Fury and holding it lax in one hand as he stepped up the stairs and into the doorway, his other hand moving to his cut ear, fingers moving to the smooth skin that covered the notch slashed in it as he walked through, emerald green armor disappearing in the light coming through. First through, he reckoned.

Stein's face unfroze from his cringe as his Soul Sutures finally released and he could stick his fingers in his ears. The instructor jumped up and started walking away, doing his best to ignore the cry of "You're not walking the mandatory three paces behind me!" that followed him. He had to talk to Death...

IC: Kiora sighed as she continued to draw circles on her desk with a finger. Orientation had started half an hour ago and the teacher, a Doctor Franken Stein, was nowhere to be seen. The new Death had already given his speech about the school and the value of symmetry, something that had collapsed into a sobbing fit when a student pointed out the white stripes in one side of his hair.
