Well, now that was just uncalled for. Sorry if I ruined your night, but I just don't like it when people start throwing insults around, and saying that I'm complaining when I'm not, and calling people rude when said people were actually kind of justified in their actions. If you're going to misinterpret me being a little quirky as trying to make a fool out of you, then I honestly don't know what to tell you. Sorry if I made a scene.

Some things take more than a day to finish, Lavul. I can't just rush a half-assed character because there will hardly be any depth. You and Pizza were complaining about type coverage, and Lugia and I wanted to help. Lugia hasn't made a character for the group yet because he's still trying to figure out what to use for the backstory, personality, and possible moveset. The same goes for me. Granted, five days is a long time, but I work and post slowly, so not everything is going to come out very fast.

Am I still not being clear enough? Sorry, let me try again: I'm not saying that you should rush your character, I'm saying that you shouldn't keep us in the dark about how it's going. Coordination is a pretty big part of how well this sort of thing works out, you know.

He's never mentioned 'Scraps' before, or when he thought of making him, and he's planning on putting him on your team, which nullifies the use of another scraggy. I said a few days ago that I was going to make a character with lugia; a scraggy. Lugia was going to make a Nidoran, so we began to think of ideas for the backstories and such, and all of the sudden there's this character that he made which wasted the time I spent on making a CS for my character. That's why I thought it was extremely rude.

So now it's "extremely rude?" Ok then. You see, the main problem with this is line of reasoning is that you also barely gave us any information about these plans of yours. Lemme dig up your post...

Lugia and I were planning to have me be a scraggy (covering rock, ice, ghost, normal, dark, psychic, bug) and having Lugia be a Nidoran F which would have the entire team cover everything but water and flying.

Yeah, you just said that you were "planning" to RP a Scraggy. For no reason other than type coverage, as far as can be gleaned from this post. No info on how far you'd gotten with the plans for that character or anything like that, just that you were planning on it. And since nothing came out of that plan for about five days, I don't think it's entirely unjustified for Pizza to make his own character at this point. The big moral to all this is that miscommunication is bad, 'mkay?

I don't see how it's rude. If Pizza wants to plan a character, that's his own business. It's not like that's really stopping you from making your own character.

The name Drake doesn't seem to fit the character as much as Scraps, but I guess it's really up to Pizza.

“Actually, I technically don’t see a lot with my eyes; it’s really more of a complex system of-” I start to explain, but I’m cut off when he rudely decides to slam the door to his admittedly barren room in our faces. It’s kind of weird that someone would have a “chill zone” and behave in a way that could never possibly be construed as “chill.” I take a deep breath; now Levita seems to be very grumpy as well. I don’t know how a Pokemon with no legs could storm down the hallways, but Levita somehow manages to pull it off. She could probably stare down a Bastiodon. Maybe even Rayquaza, too, if she had to.

“It’s not a really big deal,” I say to Levita in an attempt to calm her down. “Some people are just really grumpy like that. Besides, it’s like you said; we’ll be in the big leagues some day, but it’ll be because we’re oozing in competency, confidence, and compassion. Scrooge with Extra Sprinkles over there is never going to make it that far, because he’s too abrasive for anyone to consider working with him. Which is also why we shouldn’t look like we’re going to kill someone when we try to find a roommate.” I give the Drifloon a nervous smile as I follow her through the hall, running a hand through my hair.

I've been doing lazy end-of-the-school week stuff like sitting around and listening to music, watching Youtube, and cheering on my little bro while he powered through the finale of Super Paper Mario. I've been trying to divide my time between posting here, fooling around, and giving the other RP I'm in the finale it deserves, so sorry if I've seemed a bit inactive.

Dunno what's up with everyone else, though. It's kind of ironic, but that's life for you.
