@Tracyarmav He will just have to be bored. Even soldiers have to prove themselves. If they can't follow simply directions they are never going to be allowed to take real missions.

@Tracyarmav I protest. No one is going to give them a complicated mission until they proved themselves on simply ones. They are going to be lucky to get anything more complicated then find and retrieve missions for years at the rate they are going.

The world is pretty much the same with the exception of the evolution. I have no problem with him having limited to no skills as long as you can explain it. I am fine with the systems he is used to being different then the ones at the facility.

I don't see how he could have gone through school without having access to one. Every school has a few even if they are older models. Also how can he work as an assassin without modern technology? He would have to be able to reached by his leader or whoever pays him.
