Appearance
Few people could seem more brutal and frightening than Scarlet Rider, despite her height of 5'4, weight of 132lbs and even gender. With her piercing, emerald gaze, she's seemingly capable to stare people down to kneel, such an aggressive and hostile gaze that makes even the bravest to shiver in fear.

Her long, pine-colored hair is tied up in a ponytail, falling down her entire back and ending by her kneecaps, only a few bangs left in her face. A few minor scars adorned her face, truly showing that she's no stranger to battle, though it doesn't quite ruin her otherwise beauty. The pale lips reveal that she's not one that usually spend a lot of time to maintain a certain level of beauty like a princess or nobleswoman would, instead she seems more to be a free and loose cannon type.

Otherwise, she seems to be unremarkable, given her short, light form, somewhat muscular limbs and slightly calloused hands, one could mistake her for a farmsgirl if one ignored her hard, commanding face and lethal eyes.

Personality
Scarlet Rider comes in as a commanding warrior that seeks to stand at the top. She does not see any use for her as a servant or lesser being, and as such she may seem carefree and loose when not in command; even to the point that she outright refuses to give a damn about the Grail or any enemies. Either she commands or she just goes along.

In battle, she's brutal, vicious, ferocious and dangerous, showing no regards for the health of their allies as long as they can push on to victory. However, she's not foolishly bold either, should she see the hopelessness in a fight, she'd rather pull back, gather strength for a new battle on more preferable grounds. A true sign of her experience in battles, warfare and strategy.

Outside of battle however, she's more than willing to joke around, flirt about and tease those she considers friends much like her old brethren did, and she values camptalk above anything else in pursuit of loyalty. Should she not get along with someone, she'll change strategy; loyalty through relentless fear. A big fan of the ends justifying the journey style of leadership, and it has without doubt worked for her. Unless you're Chinese. Then she'll scorn you.

Strengths and Weaknesses
Through the years of battle, conquest and warfare, she's attained an aptitude for both Leadership and Tactics. She a very, very capable leader that people end up desiring to follow, and her proficiency in finding flaws in opposing strategies is almost unparalleled. Few people could lead as well as the Scourge of Gods, and even fewer if any could wreak any similar havoc.
Her Brutality on the battlefield alone is enough to get any a man quivering, something she loves. A frightened foe is a weaker foe, and bringing fright over her foes is simply what she does. By reputation and action.

Arrogance is a weakness she has attained over time. Some might call it the arrogance of experience, and for all her planning and perfected proceedures, she's still prone to underestimating her opponent.
Another more decisive weakness she might have is her utter lack of respect of any Chinese loyalist from upstanding families. Neither respect nor willingess to side with their kind, simply fighting side-by-side with a Chinese will obstruct her combat focus.

Fatal Flaw
Her majestic steed is both her strength and greatest weakness. Should it fall in battle, she's rendered much, much weaker, as her Tsugaan Mori requires the presence of her Queen of Horses. Should she die, the steeds of Tsugaan will no longer follow her, and the result would be chaos.

Origin
Born in the cold, harsh wasteland of the Mongolian steppes with a clot of blood, the young Temäidjin lived fairly peacefully (in their people's eyes) in the first few years. Taught by her father and her brethren in the Mongolian way, all from warfare to common life, she had a fairy happy life. Once in a while she even got to watch or even participate in one of the many bloody disputes her father had with the local tribes.

Bloodshed and combat was everyday, and there was seemingly no end to it in the wastelands. This however changed drastically with the fall of her father, chieftain of their tribe, with a succssful assassination plot and sudden takeover by one of his most trusted of Mangudai. And of course, his first act was to throw Temäidjin and her kin out, removing all potential challengers to the Khanate of the tribe.

Following this sudden betrayal came years in the wilderness without anyone else but themselves to rely on. Her mother perished no long after of starvation, and times were rough. Bandits, cold steppes and even tribesmen came by every once in a while, forcing them to hide or find shelter from the harsh environment. In retrospect, the Conqueror finds gratefulness to the eternal sky for blessing her with such hardships, allowing her to evolve and learn new methods of survival to overcome any adversity life has planned for her. One of these adversities included her assassinating her older brother to make sure her claim when she would eventually return to her tribe was the truest, and her other brothers agreed.

Many years after their first attempt at the solitary life came the first ray of hope to the family, with a few local bandits being bested in a surprise ambush by them. Instead of killing them however, they recruited them to their cause, bolstering their numbers. One of the bandits were even a former blacksmith and fletcher, which came in handy with the production of weapons.

Following this, she began scouring the wilds for more nomads and bandits, recruiting them all to her cause. And with every step, her new tribe of battle-hardened, vicious men grew larger, and larger, and larger. And finally came the time to test her new military might against the already existing tribes, taking her bows and horses to the smaller tribes. Success followed one after another, and before long she had enough military power to make all of Mongolia kneel.

It was well about time for the warrior princess to take her role, the role of Great Khan. But first, the conquest of her father's tribe. And the first revelation of her brutality came known to the Chinese world, for she knew they were spying and stirring up in-fights between the tribes, she knew the divide and conquer method. She used the spies against them.

With the fall of the old tribe came the first duel she was to hold on fair grounds. She wanted vengance against the first of Mangudai, and she wanted it with her own hands. Stories say the battle was so one-sided, controlled by the fury of Gods themselves, that Temäidjin brutally and viciously chopped him up, cut him to pieces and served his limbs for dinner to his closest men that still lived, forcing it down their throats. And right after, the Horde kneeled to their new Khan. The Genghis Khan.

Now with the Mongolian steppes united under one banner, the warhungry and vengeful Khan looked to the South, to the great walls of China. She had nothing but hatred for these pompous fools, with their arrogant schemes and manipulation of the world around while sitting nice and happy behind these massive walls that no man or woman had ever broken.

Genghis decided enough was enough, it was time to do the impossible, ignoring her counsel's pleas to stop now. Beating the Chinese is impossible, they said, and we have no ways of getting through the masonry. Genghis replied, "if it's impossible then the Eternal Sky will accept me upon my death to these, for I will try nonetheless. And if you have no spine, then you have no use to me."

And so came the great wars. The wars that shaped the world with brutality, slaughter and death unlike any other ever seen, wars so gruesome that unruly children were told that Genghis would come for them if they did not behave. Stories everyone knows.

A true mongol master any horse, and can bring out the full potential of it's control. And Genghis is no less than the truest of true mongols, able to control any mount within the real world with ease.

Although few knows how she was born, some claim a clot of blood and meat appeared alongside her. It is a sign for someone destined to greatness amongst the shamanistic Mongols, as well as a blessing from the eternal blue sky. And Genghis' blessing was a soft resistance to magical users, capable of dispelling low-rank spells with ease.

The endless raids of mongol invaders were synonymous with slaughter, the intention to massacrate corrupted minds for the greater good followed Genghis. And Genghis perfected the art. By using her crafty techniques and methods, she'll utilize her wits to equip her arrows with various substances depending on the situation, be it mild paralyctic poison for specific targets or explosives for groups of foes, giving them a lethal sting to her barbed arrows.

“In the space of seven years I have succeeded in accomplishing a great work and uniting the whole world in one Empire.”
Genghis is a brilliant tactical mind, born in a world of savagery and nomadry. The first woman to pierce through the mighty Wall of China, as well as assimilate large landscapes under her banner, she's known to bring forth waves of hurt against enemy forces. As such, when in combat against an Anti-Army or Anti-Fortress Noble Phantasm, she recieves a combat bonus.

It was neither strength nor technological advantages nor strategical minds that truly brought the Mongol Empire to life, it was Ghengis' skill with words and diplomacy that gathered the hordes together under one frightening banner. And her ability to bring life to any dreading warrior was unrivaled all over Eurasia.

Description: Genghis just like her people loved collecting horses and trading with them. Over her years, she collected a grand scale of beautiful, white manes and mares that she even took along with her in death. And now, ressurected as a Noble Phantasm, when Genghis blows her mighty warhorn, her trusted steeds appear beside her and follow her wherever she rides, amounting to a great charge equal to her hordes' conquest over the Arabian world. As a grand ocean of white, any viewer is both awed and frightened by this seemingly divine-looking charge, the clashing white waves crashing onto her enemy.

Given that her standard arrows fly about 100 meters a second, an enemy standing estimately 100 meters away will face a dominant rain of about 1024 arrows, whereas closer enemies will face lesser but far more pinpoint accurate arrows. A truly terrifying weapon, worthy of a general and commander that took the small nomadic people into forming the greatest knit-together empire the world has ever seen.

Description: The prideful steed that Genghis rides, the steed she rode into the conquest of China, is a beautiful, white horse much like her other beloved mounts. When this mighty warhorse rides into battle, the sounds of a Mongolian cavalry charge echoes through the areas, as if their entire army joins Genghis in battle. The very sound itself is enough to shake up even the most calm and collected minds, filling them with doubt, fear and worry, and the rupturing volume up close is enough to even dull out the enemy's sense of hearing.


Belongings
The Chain of the Khan is still wrapped around her shoulders, an item that signified her status and role. Forged specifically of the Greatest of Khans, only few prior had ever worn it. And no one since, for upon her death her advisors and counsellors gathered and agreed none is more fitting to carry the chain back to the Mother in the Eternal Blue Sky.

Answer to your first, and yeah. Styria is more or kess unified by Monza, and foe to both Bayaz and Khalul. Styria and Old Empire is not really in immediate plans, which is why I bundled 'em together up there.
Aye, the Hundred Words was slaughtered. However the existence of Ishri in the battle for The Heroes shows that Eaters in Khalul's service are still out, and one can imagine him rebuilding the order.
Indeed there is a plot in mind. At the beginning the idea is that the characters will be drafted for the battle for Uffrith, where a Northman serves Scale, a Gurkish serves Uthman in support of Scale, a Union man stands opposite with perhaps Styrian mercenaries from Westport. The Old Empire being the fragmented nation in constant civil war makes it hard for those types of characters to participate early on, however, I'll admit that. As for the plot I've in mind, we're gonna finish off the magi. Or support them against the others. Mayhaps Cawneil and Zacharus throw their hands into the fire as well. But Uffrith first.
