Cassiopeia Hood

Location: Streets --- Camelot

It didn’t take too long for one of the guards to stop someone in the group. Unfortunately it was Megan which Cassi didn’t estimate to be a good idea. Cassiopeia was fairly impressed when Megan got away and took off running, managing to get past all the other guards and not get stopped. Merlin hadn’t done anything, which seemed valid to protect everyone else. Cassi looked at Layla and nodded towards the gates before she started walking away.
Cassi slipped into the crowd, moving towards the gate but she got spotted. Whether it was the red hair or carrying a cat, Cassi wasn’t sure but she started to move faster before breaking into a light run. The guard continued to tail her but Cassi didn’t stop. She wasn’t much of a runner but she had stealth and tracking on her side. If she got separated, Cassi was confident she would find the others.

After Megan escaped a guard, Willow saw Cassi slip away and then Rose get grabbed by a guard before taking off as well. Willow frowned, watching Merlin. Running off wasn’t a wise move in Willow’s opinion. They were better off together with the wizard. Willow shuffled closer to her friends, trying not to draw attention to themselves but with three members of their group just having run off, she wasn’t sure how well that would go.
Willow wanted to beg Merlin to do something but any public displays of magic could all get them into a serious amount of trouble; especially if Merlins’ magic didn’t work. She just hoped the rest of them stuck together but she was prepared to run as well. Willow knotted her hands into her skirt, lifting the hem off the ground a bit in preparation should running be required.

As Antoinette continued on, she spotted the woman she had shared a cell with mere moments ago. The pink hair and green skin tone were hard to miss, even though there were all sorts of people here. Antoinette found it quite interesting. On Earth, there wasn’t this much alien diversity. Antoinette tried to catch up with Gamora again, thinking they could look for their friends together. In her efforts, she walked through the same doorway and looked down on a large space that looked like a common area of some kind. Antoinette scanned the area, looking for anyone that resembled her team but she didn’t see anyone familiar.
Antoinette turned and caught up to Gamora before losing her again.
”Hey, maybe we should look for our friends together? This place is really rather large,” Antoinette noted and she didn’t know where to start. Antoinette supposed she could stay in place and wait but she had a feeling it would be better to keep moving.

Camp had been overcrowded these days, which would be fine if one didn’t hate people. Ezekiel was regretting his decision not to go on anymore quests. Not that it would matter with the lock down anyways. Ezekiel had kept himself as busy as he could. Training with his Roman half-sister Nancy, tending to minor wounds from all the combat training and games they were now playing with New Rome. The first time Zeke had to treat a Camp Jupiter member was fun. Plus, he had developed this weird thing with Demetri and so mini Zeus was always around. Like literally, always around.
Zeke pushed the blankets off his face and stared up, contemplating how long he could stay here without eating. His stomach grumbled and Zeke determined that it would not be long. He sighed and shoved the covers back, shivering a little from the temperature change as he sat up. The big three were fighting again. No surprise there but it was having a worldwide affect now. Winters were usually mild on the coast but it was constantly storming these days. Luckily, the camp was a little more protected with the barrier but that didn’t mean the mornings were any less cold.
Ezekiel shuffled his way to the bathrooms to shower and prepare himself mentally for the day. Maybe he would get to run into Janelle today and have a conversation with her instead. Things had progressed some in the terms of friendship between Zeke and Janelle. He flirted some, always tried to make her laugh but he gave her space too. Ezekiel didn’t want to push so much on her. She and her brother had been there for several months now but Zeke was actually trying to be a decent human being with her.
After he was showered, Ezekiel dressed into some dark wash jeans, a sweater, his dark grey winter blazer and paired it with his green beanie (since his black was currently gone) and high tops. Once dressed, Ezekiel stepped outside and breathed in the crisp air and felt the instant urge to go for a run. He wasn’t sure what it was with running in the cold. Maybe it was the burn in the lungs but he always felt great after.
Ezekiel followed the tracks in the snow towards the dining pavilion.

Antoinette jumped a little when the doors popped open and a voice came over the intercom saying they could leave the cell or stay. Antoinette certainly wasn’t going to stay. She needed to find her friends. Antoinette watched the woman in her cell stand to leave. She had a rather interesting name and a word of warning. Antoinette knew she didn’t belong there and she was definitely going to try and get free.
After Gamora left, Antoinette stepped outside of the cell door and looked around to see hundreds of other cells. She sighed, trying to think how she could find everyone. She could always stay put but that seemed more dangerous than moving to her. So, Antoinette turned right and started walking, looking for any familiar face.

"Ah," Cassiopeia said and nodded to Rose. She looked at Sierra and smirked, shaking her head. "I'm all for playing the hero but we already know we're out of our element here. I'm sure Jack would have been taken if you did something or nothing. Assess the situation before jumping in next time." Cassi was used to a slower approach when it came to things. It developed with hunting. One couldn't get overly excited when an animal would show up or it would spoke and run. In this case, the animals here attack.
Cassiopeia stood when they all headed for the door. She shouldered her back and bow before carrying her cat in her left hand. They walked through the streets and Cassi saw the left over damage from what had been done earlier. The guards were roaming and questioning people. Cassi tried not to stare at one thing too long.

There was a lot of tension in the room from Rumple getting in and taking Jack. It wasn't surprising but Willow hoped things would relax when they were on the move again. Having so many different people with different personalities was becoming rather difficult to navigate.
Willow pulled on her own pack and stood near Sierra until they were on the move and she walked out of the pub with her. Outside Willow could see people being questioned by the guards and the woman get pushed. She heard Rose's mothers words and agreed with them. They couldn't bring anymore attention to themselves then there already was with a large group. Willow wished Merlin could have gotten them out of there faster than this.

”There’s a lot you don’t know about me Sunshine.” Ezekiel watched the monsters who had once called Echidna mother flee before she burst into dust. It was oddly satisfying watching this monster die but Ezekiel also felt heavy inside. What if she really did have valuable information?
Ezekiel looked over at Kristin when she complimented him and he smirked. He flipped his bow over his back as he spoke to her.
”Did that kill you a little to say?” He appreciated the compliment and even though the mission wasn’t perfect, Ezekiel was proud of himself and he hoped his father was as well. As much as he hated that but even though Ezekiel was still fifteen, he was young and felt he had a lot to prove. He didn’t want to be known as the poor kid, growing up with nothing. Or the kid with a mother who stripped at night and worked at a grocery store during the day. He didn’t even want to be known as Apollo’s son. He just wanted to be Zeke. An annoying shithead who got the job done. Who you could always count on to patch you up. Today, Ezekiel got it done.
Ezekiel ran a hand through his hair, causing it to go askew every which way. He walked over the pile of dust and looked down the stairwell before he shut the door. Just encase. All that he noticed was that the stairwell seemed to go on forever. Maybe as far as to the Underworld itself. Only in Houston. He turned back around and walked towards Janelle and Kristin again.
”Ya and stop for a shower,” Ezekiel agreed. He looked over at Janelle, smiling. ”Welcome back to the ground,” he teased her.

Cassiopeia walked down into the bar, seeing everyone else head up to the rooms to gather their things before coming back down to join them all once again. Cassiopeia set Artemis down on the ground and crossed her arms. They were going to have to trek back through the city again unless Merlin could create a portal for them to go through.
Cassiopeia looked over at Rose when she returned to the room and saw a deep concentration on her face.
”Penny for your thoughts?” She sat down at the table, seeing Sierra nursing some bruises. ”Did you seriously try to take on Rumplestiltskin?”

The birds had definitely been a distraction and now they had to get Jack back. Merlin gave Willow hope that it was possible for them to find Jack by Merlin tracking him. They had a bit of a plan and that was something. Willow wondered what kind of information Rumple would be giving Jack and if he would choose to stay with his father.
Willow walked down the stairs behind Rose after she had come up to retrieve more of their items. She walked over to the table and noted Sierra sitting there with bruises. Cassiopeia then joined them and asked Sierra if she had taken on Rumple. Willow looked at Sierra with alarm.

When Antoinette finally came to, her head was pounding and her eyes blurry. Antoinette slowly shifted so that she was sitting up. She rubbed her eyes, blinking and looked around the room she seemed to be in and tried to recall the events.
Antoinette remembered their ship being attacked, Pieto reacting violently and then her part in getting a couple of the guards to turn on themselves. Antoinette had never done a thing like that before and it was shocking to her that she had done so but she was just trying to protect everyone. Then there was Iris. Her friend was gone and Carolina wasn’t here either. Antoinette started to tear up when she spotted a woman with green skin and purple and pink hair.
”Oh, hello. I’m sorry, I didn’t see you there,” she said and smiled politely. ”My name is Antoinette.” Antoinette shifted her attention to the wall that looked like a door with some windows. She looked at it puzzled and then around the room. Were they in some sort of prison?

”I grew up on the wrong side of the tracks, Sunshine. We couldn’t afford the simple luxury of a TV,” Ezekiel said, a bit annoyed. He wasn’t a fan of having his poverty pointed out to him. The things some of the people took for granted in camp amazed him.
The chimera finally fell and Ezekiel grinned, looking over at Janelle. ”Excellent Janelle, much obliged and better shot than a stormtrooper, I guess.” Ezekiel heard a scream and looked over to see Echidna wounded by Kristin.
She pushed Kristin back with a backhand to her face before retreating and opened the door. Echidna did what she could do to warn them against killing her. Ezekiel switched to his bow again, knowing the distance would work in advantage for his shot.
”I’d rather take our chances with that then letting you run free. You understand I’m sure,” Ezekiel said and notched an arrow to his bow before taking aim. He released the arrow when it lined up to hit her heart. Ezekiel saw it was going to miss and quickly notched another arrow and fired for a follow-up to his first.
Things seemed to slow and Ezekiel’s vision narrowed in on the path of the arrow. It connected with Echidna’s chest and sliced in and through her heart, killing the mother of monsters instantly. Ezekiel took a moment to feel satisfaction at making the kill before he took aim at her henchmen.
”Who’s next?” In hindsight, maybe killing the mother of monsters wasn’t a great idea. One, who would control the monsters now and two, what were her further plans? Ezekiel was seriously hoping that she was bluffing just to save her own skin.

Shortly after the Nova Corps boarded their ship, everything went for hell. Some sort of gas was fired towards the X-Men and then Pietro went off. Antoinette stared in confusion from the Nova Corps firing on them, even if it was gas and Pietro attacking violently. Other than in battle, she had never seen Pietro act so out of character. They started firing on him and soon he was knocked out. No one could get to Pietro though because the gas was starting to cause people to fall asleep.
Antoinette turned her focus back to the Nova Corps and followed the rest of her teammates as they tried to regain some semblance of control before being knocked out. She didn’t estimate they had high chances of getting out of this but she could take a few more of them out along the way at least. Slipping into two of the Nova Corp soldiers' minds, Antoinette managed to manipulate their minds enough to get them to fire their weapons on each other. Before Antoinette passed out, she managed to see that she had slightly injured them.
