Cassiopeia smiled, glad that her father wanted her and Layla with him. She didn’t have to be told twice to follow. There was a lot the girls could learn from this man and Cassi was looking forward to it. Cassi listened to the story Robin had and she covered her mouth to keep from laughing too loudly.
”Of course you did,” she said with an eye roll and nudged her sister. ”To think, stereotypical children in foster care end up bad seeds but we did pretty good. Then we find out our father is Robin Hood and he tried to steal from Merlin the Great. Great influence, dad,” she teased him.

Colby didn’t seem to have the same idea or maybe he did and that was why he chose to walk on one side of Willow and her mother, leaving Matthew on the other. Willow smiled a little despite herself. Thankfully, there was a veil covering her face. It seemed she was making a friend within these two.
She kept her eyes down, watching the heels of Mad Hatter and Cheshire. Colby addressed Willow and she looked over at him and then the cat in his hands before she shook her head.
”I’m not much of a cat person,” she confessed to him. It’s not that Willow didn’t like them, she just didn’t get them. She enjoyed the company of a dog far more.

So much for being diplomatic. Now, from an outside perspective, one might actually sympathize with Nancy but Ezekiel had a fire burning in him as well that Nancy flared to life once more. Perhaps it was a natural thing being the child of a god who piloted the sun around the Earth.
”What right do you have tell me how I’m treating you when you treated Demi like wasted energy just because you’re having a fucking melt down? Get off your gods damn Roman Chariot of avoidance and precious calling to be a hunter and tell me what actually is happening! Gamise! Zeke cursed in Greek. He turned from Nancy and ran a hand through his hair. He wouldn’t be surprised if the entire camp came running now thanks to their screaming match and Nancy’s sonic boom. Which of course, wouldn’t help anything.
Zeke turned back around to face Nancy, feeling the quick anger burn out of him once more. Caring for people was exhausting and he didn’t know why he started to care in the first place. His damned gift for healing had made him soft. It was so much easier hating on everyone and keeping a wall firmly in place.
”You need to talk to me, Nancy. I know this Lotus Hotel is not to be taken lightly and you being pissed at me isn’t going to save either of us. Tell me how to survive the Lotus Hotel so we can burn it down together.” He closed the distance between them and grabbed onto Nancy’s hands, uncaring if she shoved him aside or slapped him across the face or whatever because she was being touched during a moment of intense flashbacks or anxiety.
”I’m sorry about yesterday. I was attacked after my own emotional moment with Demetri and I just… reacted.” Ezekiel hoped it wasn’t too late to repair their relationship for both their sanity and their lives.

Antoinette McCarthy

Location: Warehouse Hideout – New York City

Antoinette was distracted with what was going on in her head for the most part but she could hear several other conversations going on around her. Other Lance seemed out of it and Banner was getting upset again. Before Antoinette could register much more, there was a gust of wind and then Antoinette was losing air. She clawed at the arm around her neck, trying to get whoever it was to let her go. Thankfully, Klara came over quickly and got Pietro off her.
Antoinette bent forward, resting one hand on her knee and the other massaged her neck as she coughed, trying to regain her breath. She was feeling rather dizzy and lightheaded, so Antoinette sat down on the floor until she felt more stable. Whatever was going on in her head didn’t seem to be just happening to her. She looked within herself, trying to find if someone was manipulating her but she didn’t notice anything strange or out of place within herself. Just that moment of her wanting to attack everyone. Her blue eye started to glow faintly as she tried to use her power to determine if what was going to happen was going to get worse but it didn’t work. Antoinette had no idea and that thought didn’t comfort her.

”Cool. I wonder where Disney got their information on everyone here to get some things accurate.” She mused over the thought when her father held his hand up. A silence fell over the group as they came to a halt and Cassiopeia looked around until she spotted the bridge in question. Cassiopeia’s entire demeanor seemed to shift as she looked to her father for instruction and listened to what he required of them.
Cassiopeia glanced at Layla. ”Ambush positions?” They had done an ambush once, sort of and there was a way to ambush animals when on a hunt. The main concern was being down wind but Cassi wanted to be sure. She walked closer to her father and tapped him on the arm.
”Where do you want us, dad? Lala and I are good at hunting animals but we have minimal experience in this sort of thing.”

Willow glanced sideways at Matthew for the saying he gave them and she scrunched her nose up. ”A bit of a mouthful, don’t you think? No, we need something simpler. Oh! How about a classic, ‘I don’t think we are in Kansas anymore.’” Willow knew it was kind of cheesy, but it was where the three of them were from or thought they were from.
She followed the others outside as they headed back onto the streets to the store. She was looking around, trying to get a better understanding of the land they were in when Chesire spoke. Willow followed the source of concern and noticed the guards. The problem was, Willow didn’t know what acting 'normal' in Agrabah entailed. She glanced at Matthew and Colby before she fell in step closer to her mother. From what she knew of the Middle East in her world, women weren’t treated the best, so she didn’t think walking arm in arm with them would be her best option.

Ezekiel glared at Nancy’s retreating form. Of course she wasn’t going to give him a detailed answer or any advice. He had had enough of Nancy and her snark last night and no longer found it amusing. Maybe he shouldn’t have approached her today all half cocked but he was still agitated with her attitude towards him last night.
Ezekiel was just getting ready to walk over to her when Demetri grabbed his hand and hauled him over. Demetri clearly wasn’t impressed with the Apollo kids and their quick rise to anger and defensive mechanisms. Ezekiel felt a bit of shame creeping up from Demi’s words but it was replaced with worry and fear with Demi’s next words and retreating hand.
Ezekiel didn’t want Demetri to feel like unwanted space anymore. He wanted to ensure Demi understood how much he was wanted and not just by himself but by his siblings and the other campers here. Ezekiel squeezed Demetri’s hand tightly before it was released.
”I’ll come find you,” he told Demi as sincerely as he could before he looked back at Nancy. For now, he had to be present for another important person in his life. At least at one time Nancy had been. ”Look, I don’t know what in Hades is going on but neither one of us needed the backlash. His name is Demetri not *him* and he’s my boyfriend, so be nice.” Ezekiel felt his ears and cheeks warm as the word boyfriend crossed his lips and he looked down at the ground shyly.
”Let’s start over. I shouldn’t have come in like an Ares kid.” Ezekiel shut his eyes and blew out a breath before looking up at Nancy. ”Hey Nanc, Mads said you wanted to talk about a prophecy. What did you see?” It was a little awkward but Zeke didn’t know what else to do at this moment other than start over and hope Nancy wouldn’t leave him with nothing more than a bruised ego and the knowledge that he was going in unprepared to the Lotus Hotel with Demi.

Antoinette sort of just stared at people around the room as conversation was lobed back and forth. They were still going on about the differences of their worlds but it didn’t seem all that important to Antoinette. She supposed it was sort of sweet that Lance was having a family reunion but some of their friends were still missing. Runa managed to locate them in a building near them but now they had to form a plan to get to them.
Antoinette’s mind sort of went blank before she felt a rage like nothing she had ever experienced before take over her. The thoughts she had been thinking before became heightened and she became increasingly frustrated that there was a lot of talk and no action going on here. For a second, Antoinette wanted nothing more than to attack the people in the room with her. To get them to shut up about alternate realities and go save the people that needed saving. But that wasn’t Antoinette. She shut her eyes and squeezed her hands into fists and tried thinking about the different bird species in America.
It seemed to calm her racing mind but only a small fraction. Antoinette still had an urge to attack but she held off for now. ”S..s…something’s wrong,” she stuttered. Antoinette kept her eyes squeezed shut for now but her nose twitched as she concentrated on trying to stay calm. She was tempted to reach out and see who or what was messing with her mind but Antoinette was too scared she would lose control over what little control she had.

Cassiopeia sighed, exasperated with her sister and rolled her eyes. ”I’m afraid this is one thing we will not be sharing, sis.” Cassiopeia made an effort to keep her voice down but she didn’t stop talking. She figured her father would silence them if needed. She listened to Rapunzel’s tale and smiled.
”There’s a movie about the two of you where we are from. Flynn was incredibly entertaining. He reminded me a little of Robin Hood and Aladdin. Do you draw at all? The movie had shown the inside of a tower covered in different drawings and paintings,” Cassi explained. She knew not every character would be what Disney or other movies portrayed but she was still curious.

Willow smiled a little at Matthew’s discomfort about not matching the others. Willow would have gone for bright and vibrant as well but she didn’t want to stick out. She did like his clothing though, just didn’t express it. Jasmine gave them some paperwork and explained what their cover would be before the group was left to head back.
Willow tucked her papers away and glanced at Colby when he suggested having a quick exit. ”Oh and a signal of some kind. Like if guards are coming or whatever,” she said, feeling more eagerness at the heist and less fear. It was a similar feeling Willow got from having a particularly intense kickboxing class.
Ezekiel Kel

Location: Infirmary ---> Beach -- Camp Half-Blood

Ezekiel froze for a moment when Demetri answered him. Zeke had been talking to himself but Demetri had heard it all the same and thought he was being addressed. A Hermes kid was sitting there, watching the whole thing unfold. So much for Ezekiel having a chance to talk to Janelle first.
Ezekiel looked at Demetri when he scrambled to find ginger for Ezekiel. He walked forward, taking the container from Demi before he looked for elderberry and honey. Ezekiel found the products easily enough thanks to Demetri reorganizing the stores back to how they should be.
”Thanks. There’s a camper with a cold so I figured I could brew a tea first. If you are making up supplies for Andy and Arthur you probably should for the others going on quests,” he noted. He took his supplies and brought them to a small hot plate and filled a pot with water before setting it on the burner and turned the mini propane bottle on. As he was working, he heard a familiar voice and turned around. Zeke right?
Instantly Zeke’s blood started to boil faster than the water could heat up. He turned back around as Madalyne tried talking to him, saying something about Nancy having a prophecy. Well freaking good for her. Maybe she should run to their daddy and tell him. Ezekiel started to add some of the ginger to an infuser when Madalyne whispered into Zeke’s ear that she could help and he slammed his hand onto the counter.
”First off, I don’t trust my campers in the hands of anyone other than my siblings,” he said and turned to look at Madalyne. ”Second, you had the nerve to yell at me yesterday and don’t remember me enough to know for sure who I am?” Ezekiel shook his head and turned back to finish his task. ”If this prophecy is so damn important, why isn’t Nancy here herself?”

Madalyne looked down for a moment and sighed slightly to herself knowing that she shouldn't really have snapped like that in front of him or anyone really for that matter. "Listen, I apologize for that yesterday we all were under a lot of pressure last night and I really am sorry for snapping at you like that." Madalyne said to Zeke, she was pretty sure that Nancy had mentioned what happened to her in the past at the Lotus Hotel. "It's because it involves you, and a few others, her and the Lotus Hotel and Casino." Madalyne said quietly looking at Zeke. "She isn't here because she is shaken up about going back there, and she asked for you personally." She told him.

Ezekiel finished adding the herbs to the infuser. Now all he had to do was wait for the water to boil and waiting never made a pot boil faster. All he could do was listen to Madalyne and resist the urge to roll his eyes at her apology. He looked over at Demetri, feeling compelled to look at the demi-god. A softness settled over Ezekiel and he sighed in some form of defeat before looking at the floor.
They had all been pretty heated yesterday and Ezekiel did feel bad that Madalyne had been cursed. Zeus had created that curse himself and it was some nasty piece of work. His head snapped up when Madalyne briefly explained some of what the prophecy was about. The Lotus hotel and him? Zeke was torn with wanting to tear out of the infirmary and listen to what Nancy wanted to say and to stay put, barricade the door and refuse to leave the camp ever again. Nancy didn't talk much about her time there but words unspoken left a bigger mark than details freely shared.
"I need to finish this first," Zeke nodded towards the pot of water warming and cup with herbs.

Madalyne stared at what Zeke was doing and it looked like that he was making some kind of tea by the looks of it, before turning her attention towards him. "It looks like you are making tea. I could finish making it if you'd like." She offered.

Ezekiel glared at Madalyne, not fully trusting her and he likely wouldn’t when it came to the infirmary and the care of the patients but she was here for his half-sister and if there was one thing he could trust it was Madalyne caring for Nancy.
”Fine. When the water is about to boil, pour it into that cup. Let the herbs steep for five minutes before taking out the infuser. I’ll send my half-sibling over to show you what camper that goes to,” he said and dropped his arms, looking at Demetri. ”Are you coming?” He turned without waiting for an answer and looked for his half-sibling from earlier. He pointed out Madalyne and explained the tea he was making before grabbing his shirt and jacket from earlier and changed once more. Ezekiel discarded the shirt he had worn to tend to the campers into a bin to be washed and sanitized before walking out of the infirmary.
He hoped Demetri would choose to follow but Ezekiel’s mind was on other things now. He didn’t go on a quest because he didn’t want to leave camp. He wanted to stay here, look after campers, play games and go after the occasional monster that breached the barrier.
”Prophecies be damned. I’m not leaving,” he decided. Zeke made it to the beach, finding Nancy and crossed his arms and looked at her. ”Well, you got me here. What’s this damned prophecy?” His physical stance and words were hard but his eyes were fluid as they shifted over Nancy’s form, conducting an assessment to make sure she was okay.

The camp started to move out and Cassiopeia looked back in time to catch Rose looking after their group as well. Cassi smiled and winked at Rose before turning back to answer her sister.
”Great. Long time coming but relieved that she feels the same and pulled me aside to say something,” Cassi said with a bit of a laugh.
Cassiopeia took the time to observe the group that they were heading out with. She was surprised to see Rapuzel join them but was glad for the help all the same. ”So, what brought you into the fight?” Cassi Rapunzel curiously.

With approval from her mother and from Colby, who Willow smiled and thanked in kind, she went over to the rooms to change into her clothes. She wore darker, neutral tones as well so she didn’t stand out. Willow was slowly learning that each country in the middle east seemed to have a different colour scheme.
Once changed, she stood with her mother again and waited for the others. Once the Mad Hatter and Cheshire were done they announced they could head back to get the next bit of plan started. Willow nodded, feeling more comfortable now that she looked the part.
”Let’s get going,” she said eagerly.

Thankfully Antoinette didn’t have to worry about causing more destruction owing to Runa’s quick action. Runa opened up a portal and a horde of lovable, adorable puppies invaded their space and the Hulk calmed down. At least this Hulk also liked puppies. Antoinette sighed with relief and let the illusion of cats go, leaving happy, barking puppies behind.
Antoinette turned at the now human sized Banner and listened in on the conversation. Antoinette winced a little from the loud voices and yelling coming from Banner and then Lance in his frustration at his father. There was a lot of emotion circling in the room and it was beginning to give Antoinette a headache. She rubbed her temples, keeping quiet as she decided her input was not needed at this moment.
