Drummer still hasn't posted...
Kiara had been in her room, trying to finish homework as they waited on the pizza. At the doorbell, though, she happily hopped up and ditched the English she was struggling with anyway. She trotted to the pizza and placed a couple pieces on a plate before grabbing a soda and taking her seat in the living room with her siblings. The air was a little tense and Matilda was getting up to leave. Considering the talk was about boyfriends, she kept quiet.
I haven't been posting either. I don't have an excuse, though. uwu; Sorry
I need to catch some Zs. I'll be on tomorrow, though.
On the edge of the forest, a boy and his guardian were getting chewed out by a young woman and her lioness. "Oh, you lost track of him?" Corrine's voice accused as she placed her pale hands on her hips. "Even though your guardian is a dog, you--"

"A wolf, miss. Fang is a wolf," the young man corrected, his gaze hard and unwavering. He clearly didn't like being talked down to.

Corrine paused and looked between the guardian and the solider, blinking a few times. Then she looked to Serafina who was gazing at the "wolf" like a house cat would a mouse. The guardian wasn't as cocky as his companion and avoided the large cat's gaze to avoid a challenge. The young woman licked her lips and drew in a long breath. "You have ten seconds to turn your tail and get looking. We have to find them," she said evenly before smiling coolly at the boy.

Just as the voice in her head was about to hit nine, the solider turned away with a huff, his guardian at his heels. "We could really use some competent men," Corrine sighed, leaning against Serafina.

The white lioness purred coyly. You can't send a dog to do a lioness' work, she responded teasingly.

"Right," Corrine agreed. "Let's get back to work. We don't want the strays stirring up trouble."

Well, on the contrary, Cori, that sounds far more fun, the lioness mocked as they turned to continue scouting, walking side by side.
Okie dokie--sounds good

Things are going rather slowly, but do take your time. Also, please don't 1x1 much... (Referring to Kidd and Ace)

We need to 1x1 until we get out of the home so we can have our characters interact with others, unless someone wants to come knocking.

My junior prom went great! Senior Prom...I gave lift to a friend who was taking another friend of mine. She really liked him, and he dumped her! AT THE PROM!...I told him not to find another way home. He kinda laughed it off and said, "Good one." I told him, "No If I catch you within a foot of my car I'm gonna knock you out." The other girl found another way home. I was "Slightly" annoyed that night. At the end of the night I took myself to Mickey-D's and I enjoyed it much more than the prom.

Oh geeze, that all sounds awkward. That was basically my homecoming: I went with this guy--our first date--and then he asks me right after to be his girlfriend. It freaked me out. I guess I'm a little commitment-phobic or something because that scared me away.

Prom was much better, though--and cheap! I borrowed a friend's beautiful dress that I felt great and looked great in. She did my hair, but I ended up undoing all the pins before we even arrived at the prom (my head was itchy). And my friends and I just went as a group and had fun, then chilled afterwards...I'm usually the type to skip out on lame school stuff like that, but I'm glad I didn't that night.
"Whatever you want," Isabella replied to his thoughts on getting another drink. Then when he asked, she blinked at him and frowned a bit. With the alcohol helping her loosen up, she spoke her mind, "No. You bloody kill people, you fang." Then she laughed a bit. "Bloody--get it? I'm not even Bri'ish."
Name: Corrine Woods
Her nickname is Cori, but she only allows Serafina to address her as such.

Age: 17

Gender: Female

Appearance: Slightly above average height for a woman and thin and boy-ish in body shape--and embarrassed about it, especially her flat chest. She's albino, so she has shockingly pale skin and hair to match--eyelashes and eyebrows to match. Her white hair falls just to her shoulders and she could never get it to grow any longer. However, it's always neatly styled and framing her face.

Personality: Corrine makes a point to put appearance above almost all else. So long as it seems like she knows what she's doing, she pretty much knows what she's doing. She doesn't like looking weak or unintelligent or like a fool in front of other people and enjoys considering herself independent. She comes off as very serious to most people and generally humorless; she tends to carry herself as if she's better than most people and it gives her an air of arrogance and intimidation that is backed by her quickness in pointing out the flaws in others should they irritate her. Despite her bad attitude, she's very caring and generous to the people around her. If you need help, she won't hesitate to offer a hand even if she comes off as reluctant to do so.

Bio: Corrine was born to nobility quite loyal to the king and his mission to expand. So, she never had to be taken away from her family, and they willingly allowed her to be raised in the army--it was an honor. Because of her status, she has always been treated quite well; as a result, she's as loyal to the cause as her parents. She believes in spreading King Alaman's territory.

As a younger girl, she was always insecure about the way she looked. Her red eyes would scare even her when she stared into a looking glass too long. Her mother wasn't exactly comforting either, and encouraged make up to darken at least her eyelashes and eyebrows from the moment Corrine could put it on herself. Many of her days were spent training alone inside--the sun put a strain on her skin, yes, but she wasn't given the chance to grow close to other child soldiers because of it. She was quite reserved and withdrawn for a good sixteen years of her life.

Then, Serafina appeared: the lioness had fur as white as snow and eyes red like blood. However, unlike meek little Corrine, she was confident and her presence commanding. The guardian was awe inspiring to Corrine, and she quickly learned to take after the lioness. Now, a year later, and Corrine only wears makeup to emphasize her paleness and red eyes--not hide it. She paints her lips red and wears lovely crimson dresses when she's not in uniform. The young woman is no longer afraid to speak her mind with her lioness at her side.

Weapon of choice: Bow and a quiver of arrows on her back. However, she also keeps a jeweled sword at her side not only to show off her status, but for close combat.

Guardian CS

Name:
Serafina

Gender: Female

Species: Lion

Appearance: Like her companion, Serafina is an albino. She's a large, white lioness with intelligent red eyes. She stands tall, just under Cori's shoulder.

Personality: Like Corrine, Serafina holds herself in rather high esteem. She's a proud lioness with a goal in mind. However, unlike Corrine, she's far more relaxed and perhaps more arrogant in her power. She's not afraid to stir up trouble either, whereas Cori prefers to keep things quiet when possible. Also contrasting Corrine, Serafina does not like helping others unless they can return the favor.
