The different colours case is only done by people for other characters (and I ever did it, it was a test run and I scrapped it quickly), but I find it's normally only used when people generally don't bother details who says what. So instead of say: Ryan ran down the hill and said "I'm going to the supermarket", and Hordor replied "Hordor".

I think this less so, haha, because it just goes back to writing ability. Even without color coordination, you should be able who's speaking based on the writing. So, taking what you said, I would know it wasn't Ryan speaking again since you started a new set of quotes for him. Plus you'd ideally start a new paragraph because it's a new speaker.

Lol, I wouldn't say dark--just forced to grow up a little too quickly. I was pretty angsty, and dealing with problems at home, as well. I was quite the little shit--very bitter and angry.
