Heroes of Beacon - the Next Chapter

Jasmine Grace Banks: tall, toned, tough. Even if it wasn't obvious in Beacon's school uniform, it was hinted at when she rolled the sleeves up to reveal her hairy and hard forearms. This was typically the case, as the uniform grew too hot for her too often, and even in her senior year she wasn't quite used to it. She didn't care much for the dress code, made even more clear by her skirt being pulled up just a tad too high--but have you seen her legs? Well of course you have, everyone has, and they're great so who can complain?

The young woman sauntered down the hall toward her class. Her green eyes flickered about, eyeing freshmen; it was strange how much younger a few years could make them look, but it mostly their clueless and nervous behavior that made them the most noticeable. When she finally arrived at her class, she yawned, her fang-like canines visible for the moment her mouth was stretched far open in tiredness.

Okay that's fine. And I mistakenly posted in the wrong tab, lol, but here it is and I'll edit as needed to be approved so it's not a wasted post.

Name: Jasmine Grace Banks

Age: 20

Gender: Female

Race: Faunus (Lynx)

Weapon: Bonecrusher
A large baseball bat-like club meant to deal brute force to, well, crush bones. It can also be used to hit projectiles at enemies, most notable being grenades and—a few—pressured canisters filled with dust for a little oomph.

Specialty: Close combat is ideal for Banks, and she struggles with an enemy she can’t get close too. Her specifics with close combat including keeping an enemy distracted or busy, leaving the more slicing and dicing type of damage to her teammates.

Semblance: Aegis
Jasmine can use her aura to construct barriers. These barriers or shields can be used to protect her, her teammates (with extra effort), or reinforce her weapon for some extra damage. Theoretically, she could use it to project her aura outwards as a force, but she hasn't given much thought or practice to that.

Personality: Jasmine is headstrong and confident and she’s always sure of what she wants. However, she's rather complacent for a Faunus and strays away from politics and race issues where her input should be heard--she's not a big idea person. If she can't smash it, she's not sure how to confront it. She can smash grimm, at least. That said, she isn't necessarily violent, but she does speak through her actions and she does like physical contact in expressing herself. Are you sad? She'll hold you and pet your head (there, there). Pissed her off? She'll shove you off a cliff. Her grades are less than stellar than the average, but her combat and fitness is well trained.

Appearance: Jasmine is relatively tall for a young woman, and has dark silky hair that occasionally falls over her face. Her eyes are a deep green and her skin a light olive and painted with large freckles all over her body. She’s curvy and well-muscled, her arms and legs toned to give and take heavy hits. While her faunus heritage isn’t noticeable at first glance, her relatively large freckles, sharp canine teeth, and cat-like eyes give plenty of hints to others. She tends to wear a cropped leather jacket (deep green) over a tank top, tight pants, and tennis shoes.
