He is an engineer in his realm capable of amazing feats of technology... But none of the tech he grew up with exists yet! Its like being Scotty from 2271 trapped in 1985, aside from inventing transparent aluminum, he has to sit on his arse and wait for events to occur to bring them to his level.
Physical Description:
4' and 200 lbs. He is half again as wide as most other earthlings. Because of their blue sun, he can see down into the ultraviolet spectrum.
Costume:
Power suit: his uniform that interfaces with his ride.
His ride, 16 feet tall and 16 tons. Capable of lifting 160 tons overhead. (freight train engine is 150 tons)
His suit once came with dozens of nifty items and gadgets for fighting back... but none of the power sources exist here, nor might they ever.

Personality:
Insatiably inquisitive, he started reverse engineering alien tech and has kept on today trying to learn this times technology.
This inquisitive nature leads to the oposite of xenophobia to Xenohilia

Background history:
It's the year 3000-ish. All previous history has been wiped away in the wars.
Humanity was circling the drain, earth had about 100 years left before human life would be unable to sustain it.
Then the aliens came to finish off the job we started.
Now with a unified enemy, we fought back for the earth and the chance for somewhere new.
We won, but the solar system lost. The hive mother-ship flew into the sun, turning it blue.
The shift in Solar gravity and the gravity weapons of the enemy ships, had sped up earths rotation, much like the dinosaurs, survival depended on a smaller species.
Genetic engineering bred a new type of human to survive in this new world, but some decided this world was not worth living in.
They took one of their soldiers and sent him back into the past to prevent the alien invasion, but this created a temporal causality loop:
If he prevents the aliens from coming, then he will never be engineered to be sent back to the past. At best, he is playing on borrowed time. At worst, any engineered tech from what he leaves behind will be used to prevent the aliens from coming, tech that wont be available unless the aliens come, that wont be available if the aliens are repelled... This is bootstrap paradox.
When he arrived, it was in the middle of the last great battle of the Omega League, his tech helped turn the tide, but he had exhausted almost all of the resourced in that fight. He was made an honorary member, only for the league to disband. He's spent the last decade and a half both trying to get used to the limits of this time and prepare them for what is to come.

Juro creates an identical physical living duplicate of himself, possibly via extradimensional mass acquisition similar to the process used by Ant-Man or the Hulk. Although he can create multiple duplicates, and the duplicates themselves can also replicate, each is only able to create one duplicate at a time; he has been seen to produce around ten duplicates before no more would be created and then those ten can make ten more for 21 total. The duplicates think, feel, and act independently, though usually guided by the original. Each tends to manifest one aspect of Juro's personality, which increases in strength with lengthier separation from the original; these traits have recently become more extreme. Juro is telepathically and empathically linked to his duplicates, suffering severe trauma if one dies. Juro can "reabsorb" his duplicates, gaining their new knowledge and skills. Similarly, he will acquire any physical injury - though not any actual toxin - from a duplicate; symptoms are typically lessened by half during absorption. This means any time one of his selves would receive a life threatening wound, it is a risk to absorb himself if he could survive the trauma or not or weigh it versus the mental trauma of one of his selves dying while linked. If Juro himself were killed, it is not known whether any existing duplicates would continue to function independently; it is virtually impossible to distinguish the original from the duplicates.

His preferred weapon is his 5.56X45 bullpup with 40mm grenade launcher. A particular trick of his is to load the tube, replicate to his maximum number and give the opposition a 21 grenade salute.
While it looks high tech, it is nothing much more than an upgraded machine gun with a grenade attachment.

A versatile gun capable of the 45 long colt, the 454 casull and the 410 shotgun without any adjustments. A reliable sidearm with no chance to leave behind any shell casings. He had the barrel replaced with Picatinny fittings.

He used to be a red-white and blue american, but now his heart has gone black with they way people are treated. Vets who give their lives sleep in alleyways while billions are spent on military spending. Mutants who have no choice to their lives, who could change the world, are being treated like monsters.

Background history:
Third generation of marines or medics who became doctors. His great-grandfather was a Doctor in Germany who did not like what he saw coming so he came to America where he became an American citizen, joined he Army as a medic, and went back to Germany with an a platoon. After the war he settled down in he states and practiced medicine until the day he died. During veitnam, Juro's grandfather was a corpsman in the navy for his career until grandfathers passing where he took on the family practice. Juro's father was a marine in Desert Storm, the first and only one to die in duty.
He was raised by his mother and grandfather and joined the Navy at 17. He did his 4 years to become a corpsman in the navy with a lot of previous practice leading up. By 21 he still had not 'manifested' when he finished his first tour and reenlisted as a Marine like his dad did to be with a favored platoon.
He was on patrol with his naval tour friends when an IED went off. There was only so much he could do but three were dying, One's carotic was cut, another was lanced through the lung and the third was trapped under a tire. Three men needed his help and his mind was tearing himself apart trying to save any of them he wasn't saving any of them. He NEEDED an extra set of hands, he could see what he needed to do, he could see it perfectly how each person would be saved. What seemed like helacious hours was actually only a few minutes, One died but he saved two, and looked up to see six of himself.
In the first portion of his life, he had never experienced any true traumas, and even his first tour was 23 hours of boredom a day and treating heat exhaustion or self inflicted stupidity. Call him a late bloomer, but now his mutant gene went off and nothing could ever be the same. He knew how bad mutants got treated in the states, hunted, registered. families shamed and children disowned... he couldn't do that to his family, so he switched dogtags with one of his dead squadmates, and opened fire across the face, ruining the teeth to prevent dental recognition and burning the hands with the flaming tire.
He went AWOL, better to be thought dead then dishonored. A month of tracking across nothing and he came to an oasis that wasent on any map. There he met the plant manipulator who would change his life.

Immortality- Necron is extremely hard to kill, since he is essentially already dead. Only the total disintegration of his body can permanently kill him. His limbs, if torn off, can be reattached or, in time, grow back. He does not feel pain and is immune to disease, poison, and radiation.
Photographic memory- he has perfect recollection of eight and a half centuries to fall back upon.
He was a skilled swordsman at one time, one of the best. But with his new 'life' he has not picked up a sword, yet.

Lets start with how he died... He was the swashbuckler of the Omega league, their heart and moral compass. He was also utterly immortal unless another immortal cut off his head. Well, in the final fight, he was gilled by an immortal, but not decapitated. He had his head cut off by a helicopter blade, but the other immortal held his head on his shoulders as his heart was pulled out of his chest. Twisting, corrupting, ruining the ancient laws of the quickening.
Ten years later, he awoke, locked in the mermans labs as his body had been disected a thousand times trying to unlock his immortality. He managed to pull himself together, literally, but he wasn't the same. He'd gone mad with the corruption of the ritual and a decade screaming in his head to the nothingness.
Eventually, he stopped screaming and stared laughing.

He can 'create' up to 1000 lbs of materials in a single shape, this is done by 'borrowing' it from the surrounding area in a radiant burst from his location. He has no powers of divinations but he does have experience.
Immortal: His bottle is indestructible as long s he is alive, he is immortal as long as the bottle remains intact. If he takes too damage, he must return to his bottle. After 200 years, he has learned to take a lot of punishment before discorporating. If he and his bottle are both destroyed at the same time, he will be gone from the realm forever.

Usually he manifests himself at 7 feet tall and wiry 200 lbs. But he can easily return to his bottle and reform himself into less 'obvious' forms, but he must return to re-manifest himself.
Costume:
As said before, he can manifest himself differently each time he emerges, but the form means nothing. His bare skin is just as resistant as a suit of medieval armor.

Honestly, he's not that bad of a guy, but reality warping slaves of power tend to get slapped on the short lists. Clearly he is subservient due to the genies curse, but he still has a will of his own. As one who sends a lifetime twisting wishes, he is a highly imaginative person who questions everything. Not necessarily evil or malicious, he simply tries to interpret the wish the best way possible, often questioning intent versus expectation.

Well, things went poorly as they must, and the court wizard cursed him, eternally bound to his greed as a reminder to never lapse in his servitude ever again.
Now, as a djinn he is bound to grant one mortal one wish in their lifetime. Unfortunately his latest owner wished to know his full, true, name. Separate from granting the original curse, he was now bound into servitude by a different kind of magic.
