Bio

Posting and replies will be limited due to my upcoming transplant on the 22nd of June. I apologize to everyone waiting on me in advance.

Suppose I can say a few things about myself.

My name's Josh, I happen to enjoy roleplaying(obviously), a bit of gaming now and then, and watching anime from time to time. I'm typically hanging around here somewhere, or sitting in Chat. If you want to speak to me there, feel free. Wouldn't be opposed to VM's either. You can also add me to Skype if you so wish, I'll put that up at the end. I typically do 1x1 roleplays, though there are group ones I do, provided the plot is interesting enough. Anyways, suppose that's all for now.

I found a nice one that represents Tyme quite nicely. This here.
Tyme Sat on the ground, the little girl, who revealed herself to be Erin, sat in his lap. Before he could respond to the woman's questions, the crystal's light got brighter before him, finally releasing something from it. It was a moment, a quick one. The girl he had sworn to protect was now gone, she was dead, died in his very arms. Tyme went into shock, his mind traveling to the day his sister died, he couldn't do anything then either. It was repeating, history, it had repeated again. Despite his years of training, despite everything he learned, he was still unable to save anyone. His eyes shifted to the crystal, the object that killed the girl, it was too dangerous. Tyme slowly stood, coming out of his shock, "You bastards...why would you kill her? She was just a kid. SHE WAS STILL JUST A KID! WHY WOULD YOU KILL AN INNOCENT CHILD?!" he shouted. He ignored the shackle, pulling at it as he tried to get closer to the crystal. He was going to smash it with his own two fists, he was going to avenge Erin's death, along with the others the crystal had taken. There was a creaking noise coming from the shackle, as if it were about to give in. Then it happened to him, he had been hit by the strange tendrils and slammed into the wall behind him. He slowly sat up, using his free hand to touch his chest, there wasn't any blood. In fact, there was nothing but energy flowing through him now, something he didn't quite understand. He stared back up at the crystal, just what was the purpose of all this? What was the purpose of this mass slaughter? Someone had to pay for this, someone had to answer for all these deaths. There was no way around that.
"Hey," he heard someone call to him. Looking around quickly, he spotted a female near him, "Hey gunblade, what is this place? What's going on?" she asked him. Tyme shook his head, "I have a name, you know. Least you could do is ask for it, lady. Regardless of that, I have no idea where we are, but I have this feeling that it was done intentionally. Also, I dislike that crystal..." he motioned to it, suddenly feeling the chain going taut. He looked down at the shackle on his arm, scowling at it as he pulled with all his strength, which was quite considerable since he was lugging around an unwieldly gunblade. He finally gave up and sighed, returning his attention back to the female, "Looks like they made sure we couldn't break these things. My name is Tyme, and judging from your outfit, I'd say you were a guard of some sort, yes? Seems whoever did this has no qualms about who they take." he told her. He heard another female speak from across the room, "Seems like others are starting to awaken." he stated, turning his head to a couple of people near him. He remained attentive to what the woman was saying, helping those who needed it. As more people started coming to, he looked back over at the woman, "This is going to get bad quickly, I suggest we try and keep everyone calm, we don't want mass panic." he suggested before someone grabbed his arm. Turning, he saw a small girl, "Mister, have you seen my mommy?" she asked. Tyme was reminded of his sister when the girl looked up at him like that, "I'm sorry, I haven't seen her, but don't worry, I'm sure she's safe. Just stay as close as you can to me, I'll protect you until we find your mom." he replied. The little girl nodded, her hand grasping his pant leg tightly as she stayed close to him.
Tyme groaned as he came to, slowly pushing himself up, blinking as he adjusted to the light and his surroundings. Once he was adjusted, he sat looking around at the hundreds of people with him, a few already awake. Where the hell am I? Last thing I remember was heading towards the Gamma Sector. I didn't hear anyone coming up behind me, so it couldn't have been the fact someone caught me by surprise, especially since it'd be impossible to do that to all of us. he thought. He spotted the crystal, suddenly getting a bad feeling in the pit of his stomach, this was starting to worry him. It didn't matter though, as long as he had his gunblade he - wait! His gunblade! It was missing! Looking around where he sat, he saw nothing but the floor. It was clear that whoever had done this had taken everything from everyone, weapons, tools, items. The only thing left with them was their clothing. "Damn it. They took my tools too, how will I ever maintain a gunblade now, assuming I get out of here?" he asked himself, sighing. Standing, he decided it was no use trying to worry about that, the current problem was the crystal in the room. It made him feel uneasy, as if there was something ominous about it. He had to get out before something happened, something bad.
Tyme had noticed the chocobo walking around, it was kind of hard to miss after all. He wondered if that had been the same chocobo that was on the boat earlier, and if so, then the owner would be leading it around. While he continued to shout, he occasionally kept glancing at the moving chocobo, trying to get a glimpse of the owner. Tyme had always been fascinated by the majestic creatures, and had often thought of getting a chocobo chick when he and his sister had lived on the streets. It never happened though, it wouldn't have been possible for the two of them to raise a chocobo, considering they barely were able to feed themselves. Sighing, Tyme lifted his gunblade over his shoulder again, calling out once more. From the corner of his eye he noticed the chocobo had stopped, which meant it's owner did too. He turned his head, spotting a woman holding it's reigns and staring in his direction. Was she staring at him? His eyes traveled to his gunblade, Not me, she's staring at the gunblade. Why though? he thought, turning his head back to look at her. By that point, she was riding the chocobo back towards the docks, I wonder who she is. he thought before shaking his head. "No, Tyme, don't get distracted." he told himself. He sighed again, deciding he'd move onwards to another place. As he walked, he recalled his mentor saying that Gamma Gate would be the best place for him to go if he got nothing in the Beta Sector, there was usually someone there who needed protection or something while they traveled. Chuckling, he headed towards the direction of Gamma Gate, hoping that this time his luck would change.
After some time had passed traveling, and also being watched, Tyme felt the ship stop. They had arrived at their destination. He opened his eyes and slowly stood, hoisting the large weapon over his shoulder again, his eyes meeting his observer's own. Sure, he may have looked out of place and dangerous with such a bulky weapon, but he had no intention of starting anything during the trip. That would've been stupid on his part. Tyme made his way to the front of the ship with the other passengers, After stepping off the ship, he stared at the bustling street ahead of him, so many people rushing about. For the first time, Tyme smiled, he was certain he'd find someone to hire him here. He read the large metallic sign over the gate, it read Beta. Tyme had heard of this from his mentor, Xenon was known for having many gates, this was clearly one of them. He made his way into the crowd, eventually walking until he found a spot to set himself up, lowering his weapon and leaning on it. There were other people shouting around him, advertising themselves, it seemed like he was going to have to do the same. Clearing his throat, he shouted, "Gunblade mercenary for hire! Trained in the use of gunblades! Offering services for three hundred gil!" he shouted, continuing to repeat the same words over and over again as he stood there.
Why does everyone hate Elves? What'd they do to you, hmm? Ah screw it, some people will never change.

Anyways, I am here, dear Shurikai. Oh, as is Forsythia. xD

Snap, I was not expecting anyone else to join.Actually, I am planning on moving this to casual, since it seems I have lost everyone except my awesome Co-GM.Would that be okay with you?

...why do you insist on flattering me?

Don't listen to her, I'm not as awesome as I appear to be, she just...exaggerates who I am just a bit.
So, if I recall correctly, Xenon would be the best place to hire myself out. Makes sense, I suppose, it is a metropolis after all. Tyme thought as he walked the streets to where the shipyard was. The people he passed were slightly intimidated by him, mainly because of the oversized gunblade he was carrying with ease, and the fact he had a hardened face devoid of emotion. He arrived at the docks just as he heard someone say the ship was fixed, realizing that if it had been running on time, he'd have missed it by now. Without a word, he made his way to the ramp and boarded the ship bound for Xenon, making his way to the back of the ship itself. He lowered the gunblade and held it, the point touching the floor as he sat down, his cold eyes peering past the weapon and at the other passengers that boarded. Xenon, it was a place he and his sister had often dreamed of moving to, it was like a paradise for them. I promised we'd see Xenon together, sister. After seven long years, I will finally get to fulfill that promise. he thought, his eyes lowering to his left index finger, where the ring she gave him was. His eyes returned to the passengers, several of them staring at the weapon, though they looked elsewhere when he caught their eyes. These people act as if they've never seen a gunblade before. Hmph. Simpletons. he thought, closing his eyes. All he wanted was to have a peaceful, undisturbed trip, that's all.

The only person I know that would be interested is Krinos, and he has already joined. XD

Yes, I'm here, sorry for the delay in posting. Anyways, anyone I know who'd be interested have vanished or no longer speak to me. There's one person I know who might be interested, if she isn't too busy with her own RP's and whatnot.
