Bio

Posting and replies will be limited due to my upcoming transplant on the 22nd of June. I apologize to everyone waiting on me in advance.

Suppose I can say a few things about myself.

My name's Josh, I happen to enjoy roleplaying(obviously), a bit of gaming now and then, and watching anime from time to time. I'm typically hanging around here somewhere, or sitting in Chat. If you want to speak to me there, feel free. Wouldn't be opposed to VM's either. You can also add me to Skype if you so wish, I'll put that up at the end. I typically do 1x1 roleplays, though there are group ones I do, provided the plot is interesting enough. Anyways, suppose that's all for now.

Armond listened to Nayash, she seemed to have only limited knowledge about the hooded man, though it seemed others in the group knew of him as well. It was clear to him that he could no longer keep these people in the dark about who that man was, and the theories about what his plans might actually be, despite the crown's limited information on him. He was about to respond, when the woman known as Caelyn fainted, causing both himself and Mara to move. However, Mara had been quicker, so he chose to let her tend to the woman. Turning his attention back to Nayash, he spoke, "The fact you were able to injure him is a great help, Miss. Up until now, we were under the impression he couldn't be touched, but I'm glad to see that isn't the case." he told her. His attention was drawn to Mara once more, it appeared she had noticed a storm was moving on into the area. As he was about to head towards the only shelter they had available, he heard a familiar voice. Turning towards the voice, he saw Samael, a mercenary he had hired out for extra protection. "Samael, I see you made it in one piece. Come, let us take shelter from the approaching storm, there are things we must discuss with these people." he said, motioning towards the shack. Helping Nayash there, he paused and looked through the forest again, wondering if the other two would return before it started to pour. Inside, Armond noticed holes in the roof, along with the sounds of Mara attempting to seal them up before the rain came. Looking at Samael, he spoke, "I know I didn't hire you for manual labor, but some of these people are ill, and they can't afford to become even more ill. Help the lady outside with repairs, it'll go faster with two people, rather than one." he said, moving to a spot where he could keep an eye on Caelyn and let Nayash rest.
Oh, hello Zarkun. ^_^

Anyways, how do we determine who's going to be a Guardian and who's going to be the Protege? Is it based on a first-come first-served basis, or is that determined by the GM and co-GM?
You have my interest! Really glad someone went ahead and made Accel World an RP.
It all happened quickly, and was over just as fast, the woman he had insulted quickly made her point. After being helped back to his feet by her, he used his free hand to wave the guards off again, hearing Caelyn threaten them as well. He held Mara's hand tightly, "We have an accord." he agreed before leaning close to her again, "But try that again, and it'll be more than your feelings that will be hurt." he added in a dangerous whisper, finally letting her hand go. He turned quickly when he heard his name, frowning as he realized the male from earlier knew who he was, which was surprising. He watched him take off before turning back to Nayash, "It is as the man says, I am Lord Armond Zeraltus The Third." he started, but stopped when he heard mention of a black robed man. Armond looked at those who remained, "A man in a black robe took down a Death Frontier warrior...only one person has that sort of strength and skill. This situation has become even more dire than originally thought. If what I've heard is true, then Bale is in danger, we need to get back there quickly! If he could control a creature like that giant scorpion, then just imagine what else he could control!" he said, alarmed greatly. He noticed that Nayash wasn't in any condition to move at that moment, so after motioning to the guards and talking to them, they mounted their horses and took off towards the cave at full speed. Armond sat down on a stump, looking at Nayash again, "So tell me, Miss, how is it you were able to survive an encounter with that man? Anyone who has fought him, has never survived...you're the first." he asked her. "As for your friend Raena, I am truly sorry, but I have not seen anyone since I left Bale. Of course, we rested far from the main path, so it's possible she may have already passed through the cave and is in Bale already." he added.
Armond saw the first man draw his weapons, though he remained in place, his guards stepping out of the treeline. It was clear the nobleman was coming prepared to assist in dispatching the scorpion, though he lifted a hand as they moved to defend him, causing them to stand down and sheath their weapons. At the man's words, he opened his mouth to speak, only to be forced silent by a woman. Her tone seemed not to phase him in the least, it wasn't surprising to him that there were those who hated nobles, everyone did in one way or another. As she brushed by him, he closed his eyes, "The King has little to do with the flier, Miss, it is I who came up with the idea. Furthermore, I would try and keep that anger of yours in check, it could get you into a lot of trouble one day." he said calmly, opening his eyes to look at the half-breed who was the most visibly angry of them all. Her words annoyed him, more than they should have. As she went stomping after the woman who passed prior, his arm lashed out and grabbed her own. The sounds of weapons being drawn by the guards and those around the pair were heard, the situation had become tense now, and it had the potential to get even worse. Armond brought his face as close to hers as he could, "Listen here, Fish-girl, I won't have one of your kind telling me how to do my damn job. The crown did all it could before I stepped in to assist them. If we knew what we were up against, we would've been able to save Seles, and countless more lives beyond the town. So why don't you shut your filthy mouth and know your place, fish." he said in a threatening manner before letting her go.

He heard one last person speak, this woman seemed to be sensible, she clearly had to be the leader of this band of warriors. "Very astute, Miss. You're right, but to a degree, we couldn't send troops in because our information was so very little on the creature. I'm surprised to hear it was a scorpion, it's obviously not something native to this area, and this fact alone concerns me. I have a theory on what caused this, though I think it better to return to Bale at once, the King will want to know about this as well." he told her. Snapping his fingers, the guards left to fetch the horses, leaving him unguarded. Armond looked over the resting woman, she appeared to be the worst off. He made his way to Veragwen, motioning to Nayash, "I heard rumors of a Death Frontier warrior in Seles, they're strong warriors. I'm surprised to see she's so badly injured...do you know what happened to her?" he asked, looking Nayash over again.
Very interesting, I'm anxious to see what happens with Samael, Ezekial. You're approved.
Emerging from the cave the group was headed towards, was a distinguished looking man on a pure white horse, his clothes giving away that he wasn't any old distinguished person, he was a noble. Two heavily armed men rode on either side of this noble, "How much farther until Seles?" the nobleman asked the guard on the left. Pointing toward the forest, the man spoke, "Just beyond this forest, Lord Armond." he replied. The nobleman identified as Armond sighed, "How droll, why do I have to be the one to visit this backwater town?" he asked out loud. The guard on the right spoke, "Because, my lord, the king needs you to inspire the warriors gathering there." Armond rolled his eyes at this. Though he disliked this idea, he remained silent, allowing the guards to guide him through the first bit of the forest. It wasn't long after they entered that the guards stopped and dismounted, drawing their swords. Before he could ask, he could hear what they heard, voices. It was clear they were unsure if the voices belonged to travelers, or to bandits. In either case, Armond dismounted as well and followed the guards, staying several feet behind them. Eventually, they came to a spot where they could see the group, "They look like travelers, warriors perhaps. You think they're heading to Seles?" one guard whispered to the other. The second one shook his head, "No, looks like they were in a fight already, perhaps they're coming from the village? I think they fought the scorpion...do you think they killed it?" he asked. Before either guard could react, Armond stepped out from the brush, the sun catching his blonde hair. "Forgive me if I've startled you, but I am curious as to how such fine warriors as yourselves managed to get injured so." he asked without warning.
Name: Kito Umezawa
Age: 25
Country of origin: Isla
Class: Spellsword
Weapon: A broadsword capable of channeling magical energy through it.
Appearance: Kito
Deity: Ultima
Magic: Fire, Blizzard, Thunder, Gravity, Aero, and Haste.
Personality: Kito is known to be reserved and not generally outspoken. His ability to come up with strategies during combat has made him a prime candidate for a leadership role, though his trust with others is virtually non-existent. He is cold and brutal, both in and out of combat. He sees those he leads as tools to be used to meet his own needs.
History: Kito comes from a noble house in Isla, though his family's wealth holds no interest for him. When he was young, Kito first started hearing a voice calling to him, unsure of who it was. As he grew older, his family started to become aware of Kito's 'divine gift', that he could hear the Goddess Eden. Or so they were led to believe. It wasn't long until Kito discovered it wasn't Eden he was speaking to, it was a Goddess nobody knew about, the Goddess Ultima. She told him of a power that could bring him closer to his deepest desire, and with that, he set out on his own on a pilgrimage to Tormin. Along the way he met three other unique individuals, each one turning out to be useful in one way or another. As he led the small group to Tormin, he kept up the guise that he was a follower of Eden, and that she was leading him to a destined place. When they arrived at their destination, one of Eden's temples, Kito immediately began a ritual. This ritual was meant to corrupt and warp the temple, but something went wrong and the very fabric of reality was torn, a massive black portal connecting Doria and what would later be called as Dark Doria, together. The last thing he recalled before blacking out was an explosion, which in turn, threw the four several feet from where the portal now stood.
Let's kickstart this again, now that I'm back. Zaga, sent you a PM in regards to your CS. As for me, I'll get mine up soon.
Hello all, sorry for the unannounced absence, but I'm back. I see Shurikai's gone now, that sucks, but I can get everything moving again. From what I read thus far, you guys have yet to reach the cave, yes?
