Oh, and to be specific, to declare a challenge you would say something along the lines of "I am number [ ] and I will be your opponent," and then the reply would be like, "I'm number [ ] and I accept your challenge." and if you are teaming then you would say "I am number [ ], " (other number cuts in) "and I am number [ ] and we will be your opponent."
You wake up, lights blinding you at first, and then as your eyes adjust you notice a doctor standing over you, they explain the situation, and show you around the lab that you will be staying in for the next three days so you can get used to your body and train your powers in isolated rooms that no-one but you and your doctor can enter (Number 0 is an exception to everything I say). They show you the cafeteria where they show you the other numbers and explain that only the positive are here, the negatives are in another facility.
(I'm doing this since I'm controlling multiple characters, you don't have to do this)

remember, you only get one magic, but you can use it in multiple ways, so either smoke or flames, not both, and if you control it, then remember that you can't make it, it has to already be there otherwise your magic is useless, and the tail is a no go they are genetically enhanced, not physically mutated
