The Underground

Xeron looked up from under his hood just enough to notice a pointed ear fox girl looking at him. Here he was debating if it was actually him she was looking at, there had been one too many times when mistaken identity had landed him into awkward situations, but what the hell. He lowered his hood to reveal his surprisingly young, fresh face and brown hair that he roughly neatened. He raised his left hand slightly that passed for a wave.

The Underground

Xeron sat in the furthest possible table, hidden behind a pot plant, slowly drinking from a white cup that steamed slightly. – English Tea. One of the things that he enjoyed every time he came to the Human Realm. By his side was a newspaper, detailing a new ‘rehabilitation’ for young prisoners to some degree, all he knew was that soon there will be souls that will need collecting, and it will be his job to do it.

Xeron didn’t sit away from the crowd because he didn’t like social interaction, in fact he quite enjoyed it, but his job and title often meant that people weren’t keen on having him around, using the souls to expand your own life was a sin among sinners, and instead of ruining people’s day, he was sit away from people as for them not to feel too harassed by his presence.

Personality: Loyal to the Demon King, Surprisingly Caring for Life.
Bio: For thousands of years the super naturals have always been at war, and for thousands of years souls needed collecting, and that is what Xeron did. It was not the grandest of jobs, but it did come with the perks of being able to live forever and spending the souls in the demon realm as if they were any other currency.
However soon war dawned onto the Demon Realms doorstep and with was Xeron, once Squire to the Demon Lord Itzul and page to the Demon King who repelled the invaders by slaughtering all those who dared apposed his king.
Now over 1000 years on, Xeron still continues to collect souls, and hopes to find interesting ones to store in Soul Shards for his own collection.

On all the TV screens and window shop monitors suddenly cut to a female new anchor with the urgent announcement tune playing almost deafeningly loud. A hook-line scrolled down at the bottom of her with the title:'Quantum-Tech Industries Finished Construction of Orbital Facility'

"After just four years of ongoing construction, Doctor William Knight, Head Researcher for the Quantum-Tech Company announced that the new Orbital Research Facility has finished construction and is due to be operational in the next month. It was Doctor Knight who had discovered the Quantum Crystal, a corrupt form of Aura Crystal that grows with the natural energy of the region. Doctor Knight began construction plans for Orbital Research Facility to safely research the effects of these crystals and determine their purpose and origin."

Aura City, Downtown

Walking into the city wearing robes that hadn't been in fashion for 1200 years caught the attention of one or two people - however most believed him to just be wearing a costume for the upcoming anniversary of the banishing of Gunzar.

Alex stopped and looked at the city around him, astonished by how much the small town he had once called home had changed. A tear fell from his eyes, he knew that everyone he had known and loved was dead - even her. But he was not alone, down by his feet, offering a smile of reassurance was his Lucario who had been caught in the same spell that Alex had been caught in.

Alex Moved through the back streets and past an alley where some ruffians where battling their Pokémon but took no notice of them and continued down towards the city centre, however far that may be.

Name: Kai Allum (Pronounced ‘Kay’)
Gender: Female
Age: 16 Years Old

Appearance
Description: Kai is quite tall for her gender, standing at around 5’10 feet with a head of wavy, gingery-red hair which comes a few inches below her shoulders. Her skin is pale (and thus very easily burnt) with a mass amount of freckles covering her face and body, especially around the bridge of her nose. She also has a small, faint scar across her cheek from a past scrap with a group of Dusclops’ as a young child. Because of this, she tends to lean on the uneasy side when close to ghost type Pokemon (which she knows is irrational but set deep from a childhood fear). Kai likes plain clothes and will normally be found wearing a plain vest top, jacket and walking trousers. She’s not particularly fussed about her appearance so her hair is usually messy, with muddy, ripped trousers (seeing that she likes to train a lot, things do get dirty).

Personality
Description: Loyalty means everything to Kai, and will happily step in front of a bullet if it was to save someone she loved, human or Pokemon. She’ll stop at nothing to insure their safety and tends to be very protective over those who have gained her loyalty. Rest assured, as once you have gained Kai’s loyalty, it is very hard to lose thus gaining a friend for life. Although, due to her protective nature, she has seen many scuffles in her time, some she has won, and some she has lost. But being a stubborn red-head, she doesn’t back down from a fight and her instinct to run head-first into one has seen her on the wrong side of a fist many times. She is definitely one who hasn’t quite grasped the concepts of calming down a situation using more appropriate and less violent techniques, something which she must learn to do.

Although, when her loyalty isn’t being tested, she is usually a contently laid-back individual who greatly prefers the company of but a few strong friends opposed to crowds. She greatly dislikes strangers (especially when they talk to her), and being an introvert, finds too much social interaction to be draining. Instead, she likes to venture into the wild and train her Pokemon alone, something which she does often.

History
Description: Kai grew up as a country child surrounded by wild Pokemon this way and that. Although, not all of them were friendly and it wasn’t long before she found herself in trouble. When she was very young, she wondered into a cave and being just a child, she didn’t know about the dangers of confronting wild Pokemon. She was attacked by some very angry Dusclops’ who cornered and trapped her. Kai doesn’t remember much about the attack since she passed out quite quickly though she can remember a sudden flare of fire before blackness. When she awoke, she was back at home, tucked in bed covered in bruises and a stitched scar on her face. At the bottom of the bed was a young, curled up Vulpix, equally battered. She was told by her father that when they were searching for her, they saw the bright red flash coming from the cave and came running to rescue us. Us, being, Kai and the Vulpix, who was getting knocked about fiercely by the wild Pokemon. Obviously no match against the Dusclops’, the Vulpix still never gave up, something which Kai has always been thankful for. Since then, Kai and Vivie have been inseparable, loyally defending each other to the bitter end. It’s been a long and rough journey though, as they’re both hard-headed and stubborn, with there own sense of direction and opinions.

At age 14, Kai and Vivie left the comforts of home to begin their adventure, which they are current on now.

Name: Sora (Pronounced ‘Saw-ra’)
Gender: Female

History: Kai found Pidgey as an egg while trekking through a forest with Vivie. The egg was caught against a rock, held there by a strong current of water and water plants. Unknown to how the egg had gotten lost upriver, or in fact, which Pokemon was inside of it, Kai decided to jump in a retrieve the egg. Once the egg was out of the water, after further inspection, it seemed that the outside of the egg was slightly damaged. Kai kept the egg in hope that it would still hatch. Soon after, it did, and out popped a Pidgey - a one-winged Pidgey. Caused by a birth defect, Sora’s right wing didn’t develop properly and once born, was left with a stump. Because of this, Sora cannot fly and tends to get upset when she sees other flying Pokemon. She has a strong determination to fly and with the help of Kai (who is in the process of trying to making a prosthetic wing - and failing), Sora might one day be able to.

Just so you know, the level system is just in the games for gameplay sake, if you want to use them it's fine, but your pokemon are allowed more than 4 moves etc...
