Overlord: A new Generation

Avalon strolled into the throne room, giving a cold glaze over his older siblings. Even though they were in the bowls of the underworld with raging lava around them, the room's temperature had dropped greatly with his presence.

"Why have we been summoned?" Avalon asked, his voice cool and collective.

Within his private magical chamber, Avalon, along with five of his Councillor Blue Minions, in their ceremonial robes, were locked in a trance like state. Their minds stretching far into the Magika Realms, summoning a sense of clairvoyance. Looking at Events of the Past, Present, Future, those that could happen and those that will happen. A shadowy figure emerged in Avalon's mind, his face obscured by the dark mist that surrounded him. He reached out to him, but before he could go any further a minion carrying a message, beckoning that he attend to the throne room.

Avalon grabed the minion by the neck and threw him into the central magical crystal, whose magical energy was so unstable it vaporised the minion. After cracking his knuckles, he silently made his way to the throne room.

Minion: Magical Juggernaut: Using the power of the Blues, Avalon will fuse an entire hoard of minions into one giant beast, whose powers change depending on the dominant minion strand.

Knight looked down at his NAV-COM, however the interference from the planetary shielding wasn't providing any satellite data for their position. He glanced over his squad, knowing that they were completely in the dark.

"We'll head to the research facility first. That's where our last point of contact was and where we know has the highest possibility of having some information on the issue at hand." He explained.

Gesturing his fingers to the North-East and began the seven mile hike to the facility. Along the way there was no signs of human or alien activity at all, even for a remote location.



Eventually they arrived at the shore line in which a single bridge connected the ONI Research facility to the main land. Here at least there were signs of activity, some blood here and there, but no weapons or bodies were found. Knight raised his weapon, signalling the others to be on guard as they entered the main courtyard.
