It's exam season, boys and girls, so postage should be up over the weekend. If you don't hear from me by Monday, honour my memory.

Bio

Well then. I'm exceedingly British, rather sarcastic and I love a good shipfest in my RPs. Also male. Funny, that. Fair warning, I will treat you like an adult. That means I will mock you, point out your mistakes and most likely /cringe when you do something really autistic. Being an adult means accepting criticism and working to improve yourself, not ignoring it. And if I need calling out on my bullshit, just do it. Please. Nothing is worse than not realising that you've said or done something stupid til a week after the fact.

I currently live in Japan, so my posting hours are... weird. Please bear with me.

Not as good as BF3 was; lots of netcode issues and constant balance changes. But it's still got that Battlefield feeling and remains my favourite multiplayer FPS on PC. PS2 was a contender, but BF4 wins out.

*Wonders how Leon would cope with Arma 3 and my favorite mod, RHS:Escalation* Heh, who needs night vision? When we have trusty flares?

Aw hell no.
I tried Arma once, could never get my head around it. Too many buttons. I love my FPSs nice and simple, slightly arcady.
Just spent the last three hours on BF4, on the new night map... Christ, it's stressful. Me and me mates were completely on edge the whole time. Didn't help that none of us had night vision scopes...
It might need some repairs, but I don't see why not.
Fully charged defibs are instakills. Great way to troll that one sniper with tunnel vision.
I'm mainly going by VC1 standards, but for the sake of convenience yeah the APC is loaded. Could have some fun coming up with elaborate ragnite-powered medical devices; a glowing blue defib would be amusing.

... Shit, actually that sounds pretty cool. Might respec Bons to be a BF4 style combat medic. Only thing better than a knife kill is a defib kill.
Wait, do we have a medic..? There's a large vat of ragnaid in the APC, same as the medics use in the games.

If memory serves, the nearest thing we have to a medic is Bons with his large ragnaid. I think.
There's gonna be a lot of injuries after two collapsing houses, so go nuts.
And it might be best to go back and do a megapost for the entire battle from Glaive's POV.
Yep, all good.
Next person to post, go ahead and choose a way to kill the tank.
Pyotr

Pyotr sat back as Umichi appeared, giving him a camp little wave as she withdrew a drink from her inventory. She sipped at it as the two of them chatted, away in their own little world... They had some chemistry for sure, even if they didn't seem to realise it yet. It was quite sweet really, in a realfag kinda way. Well, good luck to them, she thought absently as her eyes roved the room in search of distraction. No-one else had dragged themselves out of bed thus far, but there were a couple of other patrons in the inn. Pyotr observed them with bleary half-interest, wondering if she had any "rare" items she could flog off to them at exorbitant rates. Her stock of trade items had grown significantly since joining the party, as together they were capable of much more efficient farming. The others had mostly just sold the junk to town vendors, but Pyotr had made a point of stockpiling almost everything, only selling the truly useless stuff to pay for food and lodgings. Who knew when a hundred boar's tusks might come in handy?

As she was considering the possibility of selling them as a decorative novelty item, she spied another player wolfing his way through a pub breakfast. One eyebrow slowly rose as she evaluated his youthful face and equipment. Obviously he would be the same sort of level as the rest of them, it was only day five after all, but he didn't seem to have any companions... and as they say, opportunity doesn't knock twice. She sauntered over, pasting a game-winning smile across her face. 'Hey there. Can I interest you in some premium, one-of-a-kind trade items?' She sat down across from him before he could react and began laying out items like a shop bazaar. 'Cooked foods, better than the slop you get in here, quality second-hand equipment and enough novelty boar tusks to equip an army of Vikings.' She laid down a small metal plaque with a flourish, emblazoned with the words 'Pyotr's Emporium'. 'Whaddaya say? Should we talk prices?'
