From the outside, the Deep Castle appears to a dirt hovel. However within the hovel there is a staircase leading down. The next floor down is a circular cavernous room made of carved stone and houses a giant stone door that guards the entrance to the deep castle proper. This floor is also guarded by four metallic golems. The next floors, in order, are composed of bronze, iron, silver, gold, and then platinum. On the final floor, below the platinum level, is the Deep Forge, which is composed of rock and molten metal.
Personality: Ferran is patient and meticulous. He is both slow to anger and hard to please. While he can malleable in his stances, it normally takes him a long time to reach a position, and even longer time to change his position. He has a certain degree of respect for mortals, but expects them to earn his favor with care and diligence as opposed to flattery or sacrifice. Ferran always tries to busy himself with projects, whether it is building a kingdom or forging a sword, he takes great pride in the act of creation, and seeks to encourage the skilled to do the same.

I think we are going to need to discuss the actual chronology of the events before the plot. A lot of people are trying for the status of "first god", and mention some events in their history that might of occurred after certain other people were created.
@Leotamer All good dude. I really like your god and the potential interactions he has with mortal characters, those brave enough to dig deep for the precious metals. I'm assuming he will craft some mighty weapons for mortals to quarrel over :) ?

Appearance: Magus’ figure is unassuming, being slightly shorter than average and being scrawny. He has pale white skin, clearly a result from staying in-doors to much. He has short, white hair and his eyes are light blue.
Personality: Magus is intelligence, cunning, and willful. Before his introduction to magic, he was lethargic and unmotivated. However, being introduced to magic, he has found a new spark of life. The rush of arcane energy surging through him, and the relief of solving a complex problem in a spell’s design are both equally excubranting to him.
Magus is not particularly social to people he does not know, but is capable of cooperation if it means furthering his goal. While it might not be immediately obvious, Magus does value loyalty, and if a person is loyal to him, he will be loyal in return, but to those who are duplicitous to him, he is fully willing to be duplicitous in return.
History: Magus is not his given name. He shed his birth name long ago. The person he was before was poor, weak, and an outcast. However, even then, he had a keen mind and a strong force of will. He could see cracks in the facade of the world. It helped contributed to people thinking he was a freak.
Eventually, he would stumble across a group of wizards and sorcerers. They had posted an ad for a job that was too good to be true, a job that required no training, no experience, and paid well. He thought that it was some type of scam or criminal recruitment, but he felt a pull to believe it was true. He was able to shake the feeling, and hold that it was some type of trickery, but his curiosity got the better of him and he went.
They were hypnotizing people into being their servants, but he had the force of will to resist their mental intrusion, and the presence of mind to not show it. It was quite easy to fool them. They were to egotistic to presume that a mere mortal could trick them, making them all to easy to manipulate. However, this turned into a golden opportunity for him. He was able to learn magic right under their noses, by simply taking their books and reading them. Whenever he was caught, he would just say that he was doing research for another member of their group.
Eventually, members of the group began to suspect his trickery, but by then, he was useful to them, and they believed they were in control of him even without mental manipulation. Manipulating them was actually quite easy, as they were egotistical and foolish. It only took a few honeyed words, and the occasionally begging and grovelling. He studied under them for four years. In fact, by implanting the idea that others were using to complete their rituals and do the appropriate studies for them, members of the group began to actually use him for these services only helping him keep his ruse.
During this time, he had discovered an old, unfinished spell that could enhance the magic powers of the person who cast it. In secret, he worked on completing this spell. By this time, it was such a common place thing to see him reading old, musty spell tomes and preparing arcane rituals, no one questioned it. By time the ritual was fully complete, it was to late. He had grown to strong for them, he had been reborn as the Magus.

Effect: Through a long and gruelling ritual that must be performed at a nexus of arcane power, the power of gemstones and incense can be infused into magical book in order to bind it to a person and transform it into an Arcane Tome.
The Arcane Tome is capable of defending the mind of the person it is bound to, reducing the effectiveness of mind-altering effects by enhancing the person’s willpower and through warding magic placed on the tome.
The Arcane Tome also enhances the magic of the wielder, granting them in an enhanced reservoir of magical energy and allows the user to cast spells written into tome at greater power than they would otherwise be able to.

Regulus had observed what was occuring on Galbar through the Reflection Well. He became concerned about the happenings that occured in his absence. Seidhara and Larwen could no longer be found through his scrying. Gremju had created a new foul demon from himself. A new god had been born, and with it, it has flooded with the world with a volatile substance through a maelstrom of energy. And for the briefest of times, he had thought that someone had stolen the moon, through it must have been the stress of the other events.
The lights of Menagerie Castle dimmed, and then went out in instance, and then returned. Looking upon the leaves of Yggdrasil, they were all a golden hue. The lights once again flashed, and he felt something welling inside of him. It burned.
All he could do was release it. In that instance, he opened his mouth and there was the deafening sound of thunder. After of which, the light returned to the castle. Appearing back to Yggdrasil, the tree once again had leaves of ruby, sapphire, and emerald. But they were in different positions than before. The red leaves grow from the center of the tree, and to their right was the blue leaves, and to their left was the green leaves.
Before him was what he had conjured, a tiny spark of electricity. It began to spark and grow and float into the air. It quickly had grown and shaped itself into the form of a monstrosity bird, growing slightly larger than the tallest Sylvan. The lightning began to snap and crackle, as it came together to form a body for the creature. Other than its size, it had the appearance of a common hawk, other than that it had both blue and brown feathers, and its eyes were deep red and lightning would occasionally jump off from its wings.
Aurum was curious as to what was happening when the lights went off, and the strange sound, and so was draw to Yggdrasil’s chamber. When he saw the giant bird, he was immediately interested. It had wings like a griffin, but was quite different. He was drawn to it, and began to walk towards it without Regulus noticing he had entered the room as he was preoccupied.
The monstrous bird was startled by the presence of this new entity, and flung its wing backs and threw them forward, sending a bolt of lightning towards Aurum. Regulus quickly noticed this, and then noticed Aurum, and he quickly interposed himself between the blast, absorbing the brunt of the attack, but some of the lightning arc'd past him and hit Aurum.
Regulus threw his hands towards the creature, and it immediately went still, landing gently on the ground. He then turned his attention to Aurum. After quickly checking him over, he was mostly fine, but there was a burn on his right arm, just above his elbow, from where the lightning hit him.
Regulus went to heal the wound, but he was to drained of energy. He then took his spear and began to walk over towards the bird with his spear drawn, until he heard Aurum’s voice, “Please don’t hurt it.”
Regulus tensed his grip on the spear, and then loosened it, putting it to its side. This was one of his creations, he should not just destroy it. But it is to dangerous to leave within the castle. It is possible that he would have use for the creature later. He turned to Aurum, and nodded, “Very well. But it can not stay within the castle.”
He went over and touched the bird and spoke, “I name you the thunderbird. For now, you will go to the Island Turtle, and roost there, defending it and it’s young. That is your task for now.” he said, and it disappeared, only to reappear in the cave on Galbar. The thunderbird then took flight.
