Why are luck growths 0 across the board? Also, I'd assume various characters keep their growth rates from their original class if they reclass? Also, shouldn't everything have at least 05? seems like 0 magic could be really bad on a physical class considering magic weapons.

Because the growths you see listed under class are only part of your total growth rates, every unit also has personal growth rates that you add to the class growths. Luck is always zero because Luck growth is entirely dependent on who the person is. It's been that way in every Fire Emblem game. As a lord, your final growths formula is on the Lord tab.
