I think I came up with a really solid formula for players to earn exp after matches, as well as a good curve for them to reach rank-ups with. Freeshooter I'm just gunna say now that the reason you earned so little compared to Mercury is because 1) Mercury had a Victory bonus and 2) you had a Forefeit penalty.

I wanted a player's first match to cause them to rank up if they are victorious, which is good. If the rest of that match played out then Freeshooter you would have been a lot closer to rank up as well.

Also from now on, matches will be archived in the Completed Battles section of the IC's OP.

Sorry for the delays, both Mercury and I have been very sick over the weekend, combined with my computer falling apart, it's difficult to keep up on here frequently. I'm working on Player Exp formulas right now and when I'm done I'll push along the battles.
No only lords use the system you described. Other units have a different (and secret ) way of determining personal growths, but otherwise follow the same mechanics when applying class growths.

The weight problem is something I have to look at my personal formulas for which I can't right now because of the following.
On another note, my laptop is having serious technological issues, so please expect delays (more so than normal) in updates for the near-future at least.
Overall growth is Personal + Class, usually ends up between 60-100 for HP and 30-70 for other stats.

15 is the average for non HP Class growths, and I was talking about base/caps because classes that have the same Class growth values will probably have different caps, which is what really matters in the long run.
Olsted I don't know what you're talking about, Fighters are probably the slowest axe-users, and their speed is only slightly less than Mercenaries. Barbarians and Wyvern Riders are pretty fast.

Not having weight does this more so. Additionally without weight, stronger weapon types are completely over-powered compared to any weapon type that is weaker than it. With atk spd's of 6 vs 2, the difference is 4 which means there are no double attacks.
I've now added the Player Ranking System. It is a way to track player progress though the game, and moderates access to features in order to balance the game. As you play matches and perform well in them, you will earn Player Exp (PExp) which will count towards ranking up. At certain ranks you unlock the ability to buy certain items from the shop. Currently the rank rewards are placed seemingly arbitrary, a prediction of what rank players will commonly be when in need of that reward. As you all rank up I'll adjust this to fit your growth rates, so don't worry.

Additionally, higher ranks and more rewards will be listed as needed.
