Dalek Sec and the other members of the cult of Skaro would attempt to break the Genesis Ark, opening it, releasing the millions trapped within. It has been twenty-one days of building, the chameleon circuit keeping the Daleks hidden had been holding up. It was constructed from materials that welled from the megastructure, however, the field could not cover the megastructure itself, at least not yet.

The Chameleon circuit worked like a cloaking device, it analyzes the environment it’s in and adapts and changes the appearance of the object to outside observers.

The Cult of Skaro hid the Genesis Ark under the cloak, its metallic body shining and shimmering in the plain white glaciers. The Daleks worked quietly across from it, constructing a means of cloning. All Daleks are Kaled mutates, developed by Davros, their creator. Their emotions stripped away, leaving only the killer inside the shell.

“Report progress on Dalek cloning facilities!” Dalek Sec screeched out in the usual metallic, somewhat electronic voice.

Dalek Caan reported in kind, “Cloning facilities is nearing completion!”

Then Jast reported, “Temperature control stable! Chameleon circuit is holding mimicry pattern!”

The Daleks shrill voices filled the air with reports, one interesting thing on the agenda was sustainable power, even when the megastructure was in Dalek control. “Extrapolating possibility of creating the Eye of Harmony…” Dalek Jast hovered only for a moment, “Probability of success is less than half!” he finally reported.

“Estimate remaining time until arsenal is restored, Estimate! Estimate!” Dalek Sec repeated, his eyestalk pointed towards the three Daleks working on their projects. Dalek Caan answered “Eighty-one light cycles! If the Genesis Ark is opened, the time remaining will reduce!”

Their voidship hung in the air, with the engines shut off, waiting for its pilots to return. The Voidship has seen the horrors of the Time War, with parallel dimensions being opened, closed, and created to recruit people from their worlds, an endless supply of soldiers. Daleks used such ships to recruit them by slipping in and out of reality, jumping dimensions, and bridging the gap.

“Overall progress on forward operations center, sixty-eight percent!” Dalek Sec barked.

Dalek Thay, Jast, and Caan kept everything operational, building many components and facilities. Long-range scans indicated that they were in the middle of two large concentrations of bio-signatures.

“Should we exterminate the adjacent lifeforms before continuing?” Dalek Thay presented the question, to which Dalek Sec replied “Negative, scans are indicating a large concentration of energy in the Northern concentration. Unknown energy weapons are a possibility.”

Dalek Thay did not understand the negative, it was a tactical decision, but it was still against their order, “They are inferior! Daleks are superior!” he shouted, Dalek Caan voiced his opinion right after, “These are Humans, they are inferior! Impure! Exterminate!”

Dalek Sec then reminded them about the stratagem, “Dalek revival stratagem is prioritized, we are but four, extrapolating possible outcomes…” a brief moment passed, “Probability of sustaining at least one casualty, unknown! We must avoid losses at all cost! The Daleks must return to full strength at all cost! Prioritize the stratagem!”

“We obey!” The Daleks exclaimed, Dalek Sec remembered at that point how few the Daleks were, but to him it mattered not, The Cult of Skaro was enough. One Dalek could wipe out an entire civilization in their universe, but for now, he schemed, he plotted, he planned. The Cult of Skaro thinks as their enemies do, the Daleks will rebuild their strength even if it takes months, years, millennia, eons, even when time itself ends the Daleks wait because now, they are weak.

The completion of a basic Dalek cloning facility would take two light cycles – two Day-Night cycle of the array –. The Cult of Skaro continue to work, without rest, without hesitations, soldiers on a mission to preserve the Dalek race. The Genesis Ark will be opened, and when it does, not even God can help you if you get into a war with the Daleks.
Two different empires, from two different timelines, from (Because of disney) two different universes. Quite interesting indeed.
The Daleks claim the Glaciers. (Which to my understanding is unoccupied.)

@Red Alice Are the Daleks approved?
@Red Alice

Edits done on the Dalek Empire.

I added Arkellis flower for Metalert making, and Metalert infused Daleks.
@Red Alice

Here's the faction sheet and I added something to my CS, it's just something I thought I should've mentioned just in case it became a point of contention.

@Red Alice

Certainly interested, might put up a character and faction claim.
John put on his tight fitting, makeshift rad-suit, he wasn’t fancy with his equipment, which basically meant that if it worked, then it worked. No use adding or fixing things that ain’t broke. He then put on special over-boots, they were meant to protect the feet of the wearer from radiation; the gloves did the same thing for the hands of the wearer. He taped the gloves and boots where they met the suit to make a comprehensive seal; usually, for any other suit it would seal nicely and neatly, but John doesn’t like taking chances. He made sure that his suit was sealed tight, he was cautious that way.

He took his combat belt and buckled it narrow around his waist. He checked his tool kit, containing various screws, screwdrivers, allen keys, drills, wrenches, nuts, bolts, soldering kit, lock pick kit, and more. After checking his inventory, he zipped the bag and strapped it over his shoulders, the bag also had a strap that could be buckled at the front to allow the wearer to bear the weight on more than just two points on the upper body. He took up his caplet and put it over his suit, propping up the hood that came with it. He checked his rifle and made sure his side arm was still holstered. John also checked his ammo and other essentials like rations and medicine, he liked carrying around extra supplies - you never know what might happen. At the end of it all, he was carrying as much weight as an actual soldier would carry, but John was fit, and he'd been out in the wasteland with this kit all the time, it was proven and tested.

He headed out the squeaky door to meet up with everybody else, and began making their way to the station. He was - slightly - concerned that the Doc isn't coming with them; without the Doc around, they might end up in a bit of trouble or worse, fucking dead.

------------------|+|------------------

They finally end up at the station after a few hours of trekking to the location. John hovered his hand over his sidearm tensely, prepared to draw it out for quick shots if things went south. He whispered to himself as they went through, “I’ve got a bad feeling about this job already…” the guards’ nervous expressions and actions made him grip his gun sling tighter; each time a light was shined on them he would instinctively pull his hand closer to his nine-mil. He was glad when they finally led them out to see the damage and left them alone to do their job in peace.

When he finally saw the debris a thought drifted to his head, ”Newt’s gonna love this” he shifted his gaze towards one of the other tunnels, the dim light made it hard to see. The tunnels were tight, he was worried how Liam would react in such an environment considering that Liam was claustrophobic; it’s like placing an arachnophobe in a box full of spiders.

He turned around after hearing Loki say something, "Great. Let's take look around and see what we can find. Newt, I hope you have the flashlights that I asked for."

In an instant Newt bowed, opening her jacket up to all sorts of unsavory things, like chemicals, poisons, and weirdly colored concoctions, "Shh. Wanna buy some torches?" John was only interested in the Flashlights anyway. He grabbed one from her jacket and said, ”I’ll take one kid.” she couldn’t tell, but John was smiling under his gas mask. He couldn't deny it, Newt may be a big pain in the ass sometimes but she sure does liven up the place.
