That is fine. To be fair, I've kinda given up on those RPs because of both:
A). Lack of attention.

And more painfully B). That I'm not the best GM on the block. Im more of a follower than an actual leader if you know what I mean.

Hmmmm... I've kept a lowkey eye on this RP for some time. I could've considered joining earlier, but I've seen a certain player I didn't quite like. Now that said person is gone, I might bring myself to join this RP.

However, I have one burning question:

I know you guys allow custom monster girls into this RP. Is it fine if I add a character something like this in as long as she's well balanced?

Riiiiiiiight, I completely skimmed over the 1st post. That's a big ole' no no. You're right, for apparently he's just a piece of War propoganda. That also means no Bucky Barnes and Red Skull either.

(Edit: Also yes, as I've read, I believe one can play all rogues under your respected character)

I suppose I may take Captain America then as a Marvel character. We do have Iron Man, Thor, and possibly the Hulk, so all we need are Black Widow and Hawkeye, and we already have the OG Avengers.

DC character wise... I'm still deciding. Was considering exploring Batwoman and Power Girl but they'll be too similar to Batman and Superman so no.

(Could we do villains?)

Haven't participated in many Marvel/DC Superhero RPs, let alone those in the verse of completely revamping characters, HOWEVER I will throw down interest for this. Who will I reserve? I dunno yet. I'll wait and see more sheets or a list of confirmed characters before I cash in on a character or two.
