@21308 Honestly, I love spiders, and it was pretty hard for me to kill the brown recluse at all. And honestly, though I'm not fond of people who kill bugs that aren't dangerous, as long as you're not one of those assholes who grins as they rip apart a creepy crawly limb by limb and laughing in my face in response to me asking if I can take it outside instead of killing it because I care about them, you're cool in my book.

I'm not sure Eve would be able to, to be honest. Right now she's more confused than ever as to who's worthy of trust, and overestimating herself has crushed some of the trust in herself that was beginning to develop. She'd be making a huge leap of faith by trying to fuse with Sodalite and I'm not sure she could pull that off unless she was incredibly desperate. Though to be fair, if Eve is going to fuse with anyone at this point, it's probably Sodalite, as she's probably the one gem she trusts most. Amber's a little closer to her, yes, but she's seen Sodalite as someone more dependable thus far.

Secretly hoping that whatever does happen though, Eve, Reggie, and Sodalite stick together.

@21308 I've had a brown recluse in my bathroom once. The only time I ever purposefully killed a spider -or any other creepy crawly- in my house. I was still pretty upset about doing it, but those things are dangerous, so it sort of had to be done.

And yeah, that's what I figured and told my brother. Sorry that it never took off.

@Akayaofthemoon Here's the thing though is that I'm not being modest or selling myself short. When I think I'm good at something (which granted doesn't happen often, but it does upon occasion), I'll say it. I know I'm a good ocarinaist because I actually a) know a decent amount about music unlike knowing nothing about art other than colour theory and b) have been playing it for about six or seven years, while I haven't drawn anything until grade 6 and only began to aim towards improvement around grade 8/9. I know I'm good at improv because I actually a) know a lot about it, and b) though I haven't been doing it nearly as long I have grades that show that my improv is my forte in theatre, as well as the improv-group teacher asking me if I could join rather than vice-versa. I know nothing about art and I've literally only been doing it for four years, and only about two of those four years were actually dedicated towards improving, and prior to that I hated drawing with a burning passion. I've got very little experience under my belt, and experience is the only thing that's going for my art, because I am void of both instructors, knowledge, or any natural talent. I'm not saying I can't improve, but as it stands my artwork is below mediocre. :P

@Kronshi I'd really like to see Bloodstone in armour, for some reason. Probably so that he and Chromite would look more like a duo XD

@HaltingBlooper Oh my gosh another song yes please. I'd love to see it, but if you're uncomfortable with sharing that's cool.

I should really write a song for Talc. Sorry Eve, Gilles, but Talc. And if I had a decent mic I would record myself singing it in her voice because my singing is alright I think, but I don't have anything.

@21308 I don't know if we have them up north, but if we do, I've never seen them. Pretty sure they prefer the desert to the mountains. :P
Well, they usually don't try to get too close to people and only their shadows since, you know, people, and none of the spiders there are deadly, unlike Canada (jackpot being Quebec and Ontario which have 3 of the 7 deadly spiders in the world). Scorpions, on the other hand..

My brother was actually wondering what happened to that RP because no one posted after he did in the OOC XD
I myself had an idea for a stag beetle and a jumping spider but that never came to be so ye.

I've honestly never seen a camel spider in all my time in Kurdistan. Scorpions? Yes. Rattle snakes? Yes. But never a camel spider. I'm guessing they live further down south of Iraq, because Kurdistan's in the northern region. :P

Ido and Rupine are the original dork squad of Eve's old crew, Kornerupine being my cousin's gem and Idocrase (also known as Vesuvianite) being mine. They were included in the old pictures I outline and coloured, I'll go dig them up. Hell, I should probably draw more Idocrase because her hair is floof. > v <

I originally was thinking of having Ido as my gem here instead of Eve, but it wouldn't be the same without Rupine. Maybe I should bring them into the Altiverse one day, and we can meet Original Eve as well. XD

One of favourite thing about spiders is that you could tell who was a tourist and who was not in Kurdistan because people would freak out over spiders 'chasing them in Iraq' when really they're just chasing the shadows they casted. XD
