Also, on my end, I may not be on as often because an old RP that I GM (we went private as of yesterday and have a much more...democratic, I guess, approach which I think has been benefiting everyone XD) is finally going to start after waiting a month for other joiners (we waited that long because the number of alive RPs for this fandom are extremely scarce), but I'm still technically in charge of putting it all together, so I may not be on as often since I'm busy with that as well. That, and I must repent for being a horrible GM in the past. XD

I'm no fisher unless you count the tadpoles, dragonfly larvae, and crabs I'd mess with by means of my own bare hands back when I was younger in Kurdistan but always put back in the water (protip; please be careful with crabs) so I have no idea how impressive that is, but I'm impressed nonetheless because I certainly wouldn't be able to do that. XD

I'm glad to hear mosquitos aren't as much of a problem where you are (again, consequences of living a three minute walk away from a river), but it also sucks about your wall, though. Can't you cover them with something, though? There's this thing I remember my mother (back when anger management wasn't a thing yet) would use when she lost it and ended up smashing holes through the walls (whether it be via use of ceramics, screwdrivers, or her own fists,) that would sort of like patch them up? They don't look very nice though, but I think that's probably preferable to having a bunch of bugs in the house. :P Not that I mind bugs in the house but that's probably just me.

Well, I don't know how it's like in 'Murica, but I probably wouldn't settle for sleeping outside here in Canada without a tent or something because a) super cold and b) there are no bats to eat the gazillion mosquitoes (but that's probably our own fault for living literally not even a three minute walk away from a huge river). Backyard sleeping was only done in Kurdistan. Same with roofs, because the ones in Canada kind of sort of aren't flat, so, uh, rolling off would be a problem. XD
