They have a general guideline but I'm pretty sure you can add to it, but probably not take away:
"Name: Aliases, nicknames, former names, preferred names, etc.
Age: > 18
History: Personality should be built within this. If you cannot determine personality from the history, then you have not developed your character enough. If your character does not have their own goal/dream to realize, then you have not developed your character enough. There is no minimum to the length of this section.
Party: Describe, in short, what each Pokemon's general behavior/personality is like. What are their tactics in battle or how does the character utilize the Pokemon in battle? Relations with other party members is also a plus, but not required in this section. Please refer to the Pokemon Mechanics section for further information as to the Movesets."
They've also got this for example if you need some sort of reference.

Pfffft, I don't think they look that alike but whatever you say. And they don't like me dressing up as a dude even for Halloween or Theatre, but it doesn't stop me. But costume party? Man, I don't go to parties ever. XD

@21308 As someone who speaks French, I'm going to say I completely disagree and think they sound very different. Both very nice, but different. ^ ^" I do find Persian sound more musical, not so sure about Arabic but I really don't think it's all 'Ugly sounds and angry voices! :(' as everyone seems to put it, sounds much nicer than English if you ask me. Kurdish is very nice too but not as nice as Persian, and Turkish is nice too. Because yes, just because their government treats us like shit doesn't mean I have to do the same and trash their language when it is quite nice. Because they aren't all terrible even though some Kurds act like it. Though Erdogan can go fuck himself though for all I care. Fuck that guy.

Dressing like a monk? LMAO, my friend, those are traditional Kurdish clothes for men. My baba haji wears them all the time, and most of the older men in my family do. I always wanted to wear them but then I'd have some explaining to do as LGBT+ folk aren't taken very well. The Persians have very similar clothing.

@21308 Pffft, sounds more like an Arabic stereotype than a Kurdish one ("They always sound so angry!" kind of thing), but I can get how people would have that impression if they met Kurdish parents, lmao. Sometimes when I'm speaking Kurdish in public people ask what language it is and they usually say something like 'Ah I thought it was Arabic at first but it sounds much more softer so I didn't think it was' after they ask 'What's Kurdish?". :P

That being said, I'm talking on a western perspective when I say 'outsiders', not a middle eastern one.
