@Aphelion I'm with Prints, Castelia does seem like your best bet.

Along with the other cities Prints brought up, I'd also like to bring up Celadon city: Maybe not the biggest place but business based would work and it's been shown to be becoming more polluted, not with the Grimer infested water and all, but we can assume isn't too awful since we've got Erica there as well. Personally though, I think Castelia works best.

@Prints Avoid Well, out of my confirmed characters (I still have some undecided), here's the list:

Decided:
One of my characters has only two Pokémon, and will eventually have a third.

One of my characters had only one Pokémon, but that's because they're a Ranger. The more and more I think about it, the more I think he'll be my main PC, but that's undecided.

One of my characters has only two Pokémon and will likely have around 8 by the end.

And undecided characters (I'll be cutting them out because I think my cap is 5 before I get overwhelmed):

One of my characters has exactly 6 Pokémon.

One of my characters has 12 Pokémon

The other is a Pokémon. (I might make it six since I might tie him to another character.)

One has two as well, and will eventually have 3.

I'm going to be working on info on Orre right now since I can't get back into CS writing right now (it tends to happen when I lose a CS), so if you'd like to have any input on that later I'll open up a Titan Pad.

Yeah, I'm taking Scorpio and I might actually take Aquarius rather than just NPC, solely because one of the characters I had in mind isn't appealing to me anymore and I'm uncomfortable NPCing.
