I wouldn't be surprised. One of my favourite things is that this game doesn't allow same-sex couples but does allow adults crushing on children and children crushing on adults. Great job Nintendo.
So for my gay characters I had to change their genders so they wouldn't be forced into straight relationships but it's all gone wrong.
My gays are in a het couple, my hets are in a gay couple, my two aces are a couple, my six year old keeps on asking out adult men, my friend's shy awkward nerd has Nice Guy™ syndrome, my brother's deep and philosophical, everyone thinks the seven eyed alien is the hottest girl on the island and my disproportionate twelve year old dwarf is the hottest guy, Emerald never complains, Aqua's a bitch, Baymex hates eating healthy, Eve is scarily accurate, I'm in this ridiculously adorable bromance with a potty mouthed assasin who struggles with managing both his anger and his money, my baldy keeps asking for hair dye, Sodalite's super social and sweet, my super dumb character apparently knows the fate of my best friend's life in a prophecy...everything's a mess lmao
