That's absolutely fine, he's has no history in this yet, so if you want to toss up a small history before his death, so I can add him to the deceased roster. Will be keeping an updated Npc's and characters list in the characters tab and try to keep their current where abouts updated.

@LordLinguinie Would a character with Atmokinesis, weather manipulation, be a little bit too much for this roleplay? I plan on having her parents be Storm and Black Panther in her twenties. O.O Let me know something otherwise because I can always come up with something else. :) Just thought I’d ask before continuing with my character.

That power is completely fine, and though I'm not against crossovers, I would ask maybe different parentage? Perhaps Weather wizard or a more complicated background with someone like Eclipso or Isis (DC version)? those are just suggestions.

@Azure Flame Yea, basing his powers off of Lucario's moves, that's completely fine, though I think "Aura manipulation" could be a good umbrella term what you're going for.
Side note: Your character's name is a little to pokemon, though I appreciate the pun, I'm gonna ask you to at least jsut change the last name.

May make a rival/villain for Lucas based on another Pokémon, what do you guys think?

I'm ok with you loosely basing your character on pokemon. This RP is based on DC comics rather than manga. I think if anything, draw inspiration from the pokemon you had in mind. I could be misunderstanding what you're getting at, but the characters should be human, or an Alien. Having a costume inspired by the pokemon is acceptable. For the most part, you original characters should be exactly that, Original. This is a superhero Rp and though I am a fan of pokemon as well, they really don't fit into this story. I hope that's clarifying, if not, please don't hesitate to ask questions.

So, I'm glad this was brought up. They do not have to be teens. What distinguishes them from the League is all of them are still in the early stages of their hero career. So, having them be around 30 is fine, but for it to work, they weren't superheroes for most of their early life. That's not say they re powers didn't manifest at an early age. Ideally, your character has been at it for less than 5 years, as they we're not active during the events of the first titans. That is not required tho. I don't want hinder anyone's creative process, so if you have a different idea don't hesitate to throw it out there.
Tl;Dr Inexperience is what separates the Titans from the League.
