I was considering just jumping out of the boat. I'm not really sure if I want to do this one anymore. Plus, this way, I won't get in anyone's way.

I'll be going. It was fun while it lasted.
Sorry for abandoning ship for six months. I'm back in business. I'll try my best to catch up.
Hey, I'm back but my writing quality is still bad.

*Finger guns*

At this point, I think I'm better off leaving the group. I've been gone for about six months and need some serious catching up to do, but even if I did catch up I wouldn't be with the flow of the story. Sorry for abandoning everything for half a year.
Are we actually doing this or was it just a fun idea?
Seems I've been gone a minute. Back now anyway. Kind of sad to see that even in six months the ball hasn't rolled.
"Where did you hear that, miss?" Lucia responded to Celica, but nearly immediately switched the conversation to her redheaded friend.

"It's midnight somewhere, Slyvi," She didn't like using nicknames, they were usually born from insults. Lucia was called island trash, which slowly translated to Ice, which moved to Black Ice, due to her skin tone. As cool as it the name sounded, it had a terrible origin. Dorret would always, always use the person's name unless given a reason otherwise.

"I'm glad I'm not the only one that saw another crew member go from bird to ghost," Lucia leaned to the side, taking a better look at the birdman. As much as she tried, she couldn't see through people.

"Kitty, I don't like this! I can't swim! Neither can Bugs!" Aro had named her beetle on the spot in the midst of her panic, trying to give the cat more reason to save her from the water. She curled into a ball, clutching Bugs to her chest as she rose. Maybe she'd float. Maybe it was magic water, like the first puddle. These thoughts blazed through her mind, although they did nothing to calm her.

Light's dad was an alcoholic and his mother had been taken by cancer. Unfit to raise a child, his father sent him to his uncle's house when he was just 15. His father had been a mean drunk, hitting the boy when he was still in his custody. Due to his father's actions, he has developed a mistrust of people, especially those who he considers close. Anyone can, and will, hurt you. Light's uncle was a witch hunter and taught him everything he knew. He was taken on his first hunt a few years after he was brought to his uncle. It was only one witch, but she was powerful. The mission was set towards failure, his uncle was incapacitated and he had a broken leg. It only went in the right direction when he touched one of the witches charms, the incisor of an abomination. Light threw it at the witch, catching her off guard. The witch caught the object, but she tripped over his uncle and fell onto the incisor, which stabbed her in the chest, killing her. It seemed like some odd twist of fate, so he has kept the incisor with him in case it were to happen again.

R3N was a little late to the party. She felt she had no real reason to wake with the others, so she stayed tucked away in dreamless sleep. That was until she heard the captain's name for her. R3N's eyes flickered open and she slowly looked around her room during the captain's little talk.

Thank you for the upgrade Captain. Any specific ways I should 'convince' the other Mech? R3N sat up out of the pod and made her way to the captain. She was without an acceptable reason to tidy herself up. Her red hair wasn't a mess since she didn't move during cryo, her clothes still smelled faintly of dust and oil, and, to her knowledge, she was clean.

She walked to the bridge and instantly spotted Mei wearing what G30 assumed was her upgrade. The captain rarely got just one member of the crew something new, so the others must have improved gear as well.

"Captain, the fastest way to get another creature to comply is a show of dominance. However, they will not be loyal and will most likely switch sides at a moment's notice. I am very inefficient at the other way, which requires forming some kind of trust. I would prefer to render the creature unconscious, imprison them on the ship, then use the second, more effective way of gaining their obedience."
