Hi all! It's Ana back from the void. I had some pretty intense months IRL, but the witch is back and ready to brew up a wonderful little story haha~ Here are my terms for OnexOne, dearlings~ Look it over and let's see if our tastes can create a lovely RP feast for you and me!
Length:
Medium causal to low advanced. I am a bit carnivorous and need a good bit of meat in the posts I get from my partners. Don't let me go hungry, huhuhu~
Like wise, I shall try to feed you with, at the very least posts of two and a half paragraphs in length or more. It's all about give and take, right~?
Mature Topics:
I can do smut and cursing, but let's try to keep it classy? I have a little brother on this site and I'd be mortified for him to find anything that isn't at least trying to be creative in word choice. Plus there are so many ways to keep things interesting and detailed without being crass or vulgar.
And while we are on the topic, I also feel that my mature RPs should be done with 18 and older roleplayers. Same goes with characters: 18 and older, preferably in the 20s, or nothing more than love fluff. You get Angel Food cake, you hear? Only 18 and up get to have Devil's Food.
And Romance doesn't have to be sappy. It can be that they hate each other in the beginning, but have attraction. Maybe they stay enemies. Maybe they unite but still don't trust one another. And maybe she is a hellion and he is cool calm and collected. Or maybe they both have bad tempers. There are so many possibilities! Romance doesn't always mean sappy fluff, but can include dark and more twisted passion. Huhuhu~ That's why there is a 'mature 18+ rating' on the door. ;P
Historical Topics:
Many, if not all, of my RPs involve some sort of historical quality. While I am no history buff, I like things to be believable. Call me nit picky and strict, but I don't like my Vikings calling my Heroine "babe" or "chick". It's odd and jars me right out of the RP.
Have Courage, Dearlings:
I won't bite you. :P I know I may seem strict on what I want, but this is just so we can both get what we want out of RP. If it isn't working, let's not be afraid to say so. Nothing is more painful than trying to feign interest in something you just are not interested in. Let's agree to talk to each other. Compromise and communication can solve many things. I am always open to suggestions once we agree on something to start with. OOC chat threads were made just for these kinds of things. So let's be friendly, yea? :3
One Final Thing:
I am looking to play the female character. I am looking for MY female character to be paired with a male character. I only clarify this because there have been misunderstandings in the past and it got reeeeeal awkward.
And so there is no confusion, I feel I must state it plainly somewhere in my current request: I would like to be the main female character. Thank you very much~ ;3

@Blizz Just that she is really tall and muscular for a sixteen year old girl. Amazons were female warriors in Greek mythology who were know to be taller and stronger than most men.
A Halt is sometimes used in Free RP by experienced GMs when the RP is moving too fast, has gotten too confusing and/or needs the attention of the GM who makes sure it is moving in the right direction. Some GMs use it and some don't. Just like how Character Bios are also called "Character Skeletons" or "Character Sheets (CS)". It all just depends on where you have gotten your experience from~

Maybe they don't know what a Halt means yet? They could be new RPers. Also I apologize for posting after the halt. I was two minutes too late so it is probably my fault.
And I believe it went a bit like this:
Sparkly Max and ShadowMan Jack were chatting it up as everyone enter the gym, busy making friends with one another. Anna (who had been already in the gym stretching) had been, for the sake of RP, ignored and/or unseen by the two. So as everyone filed in and made their observations, Anna overheard Jack make a small pun about hands, to which she was offended. Being a sensitive sixteen girl underneath all that amazon glory, she approached Jack aggressively, thinking the joke was made at her expense.
Max nobly defended his friend by throwing a chunk of gleaming diamond from his shell earlier. Jack in turn stood up for himself as quiet Brigit took Anna's hand, in order to support her. Anna, feeling wronged by both boys, was mortified and close to tears, but her anger was only sedated by the support of the small mute redhead.
Upon seeing the amazon teen with six arms tearing up, I believe this is when Max came to a realization that he had almost hurt someone, and so he overreacted. And Jack apologized on his behalf? And Brigit cutely hugs Anna to help her feel better. And Jack starts shouting his own lament before setting himself to the side as his friend Max is running from his shame and fears, away from everyone else.

I'm so sure that "HALT" was a halt in the RP.
Heh, that's RP for you. Though how Anna became the victim all of a sudden was a bit of a surprise, I must admit. I was expecting a good little fight and then her throwing someone over her shoulder, only to run off in girlish tears. XD
Also @Blizz ~ Why is you character apologizing all of a sudden? I thought he was on the other side of the room? ^^ Sometimes there is no need for a character to apologize when they believe they were in the right and the other was the wrong one. They can't hear each other's thoughts after all. ^^ So I just thought I'd mention that there was no need for an apology. Just like how it was all Anna's perception that Jack was making fun off her passive aggressively and how she thought Max's reaction was out of the blue~

Most human interaction is through facial expression anyway, right? So when Anna was thinking 'this girl is probably right' she was judging her hesitation at fighting from the facial expression and the fact that she was holding her hand as a sign of 'please don't fight *insert puppy eyes*'

Just so you remember, My character is mute. She only conveys or tries to from her body language. Brigit never talked to Anna, she just held her hand. As a sign of anchor for the ship to survive a storm, one that's more internal than external (I feel.)

Plus it keeps the characters straight in my mind when I'm writing. ^^
