Some people need to make a hard choice when deciding which two karaoke streams they want to listen to. I have no such weakness: I have two ears for a reason.

The hard part about trying to play some politically savvy mastermind is the assumption that the world operates off real world politics and not your DM’s politics.

Don't put too much stock in prophesies. At best they're full of shit, but more often than not they're one of those self-fullilling kinds. Plan for what happens afterwards instead.

A character isn't deep or compelling just because you let them get hurt a lot, are always depressed, or do morally questionable things.

Bio

If you're here either you're wondering what I'm doing cause I need to post in your RP (In which case, calm yo tits, I'll get around to it), or you want to know who I am. So let's begin.

I'm a college age asian kid who has more heart than he has senses. I'm still working out this whole "adulthood" thing, so until then I just do what I feel I must. As far as personality and traits go, I'm not one for boasting. So if there's anything redeeming about myself you'd have to figure it out in person or by word-of-mouth. Generally however I'm rather perverted, in the best and worst ways. nothing is too much until I've crossed the line, and that just means I've started.

As far as Roleplays I like, I have a thing for fantasy, though I'm also good for some types of sci-fi, supernatural, Modern, and slice-of-life. If it's open and sandbox, I'll probably join it. Never really been a romantic, I often chose to sexualize any notion of romantic encounters I come across. I generally write at Casual quality, though I have no issues with Free-Level Rp/Players and I can hold my own in Advance.

Ah don't worry, these are just some chump Slaads. These aren't even the actual final boss!
And post finished! I'm pooped, so I'm gunna go to bed now. Be posting tomorrow~
Aisha nods. "A wise decision. Alright, let's go head to Shor then. I'm sure he wants to get in as soon as possible." Whether you choose to follow or not, Aisha heads down to meet up with Shor, who was aiding the kobolds to set up more defenses. Nothing too complex, just some wooden cover in cast those trogs do try and shoot at them. The cover would be good for people like Shor and the kobolds, but taller folk would need to crouch, and it wouldn't protect the gators at all, who seemed rather injured from their battles. Pylia would stick with you while Shortfang and Buddy stayed on the walls for a short while longer, trying to teach the kobold warriors how to operate the balistas.

But there would be no time to rest. Before you could even meet with Shor and Aisha, the doors were knocked open. Rushing out from the doors were trogs. No... Something bigger. Something worse. Four large toad-like monsters, standing taller than even the trog chiefs you fought, roaring loudly for everyone to hear. Aisha shouts loudly as Shor told the kobolds to get to their battle stations. "Slaads! Goddamn slaads!" One Slaad went after each of the giant crocodiles, grappling them and forcing the riders to do battle directly, with the other kobold warriors swarming them. Another Slaad did the same, leaving two more rushing the Shor and Aisha.

The first one attacked Shor, trying to bite him with his massive mouth. As a Slaad, it seemed like the monster's mouth was roughly 60% of it's body, and would've swallowed Shor whole had he not swung his axe at the beast causing him to snap his mouth back. But the same time it created a sort of rubber band effect that allowed the Slaad to rake both it's claws across Shor's armored body, cutting through his plate and mail. However he didn't make a peep, seemingly stoic even in the face of monstrosities like these creatures. The next one went after Aisha who was standing not too far from Shor at that time. He too took a bite bite at Aisha, but she cooly ducked underneath the blow. He tried to do the same thing the other Slaad did, but Aisha was faster, ducking under the first claw while leaping over the second one as it tried to slash her legs. "Fool. Your brutish fat is no match for my skills and magic!" Aisha taunted as she landed and got into a martial stance.

Bursting right past you so fast that it almost would've knocked you over, Buddy leapt from the wall towards the Slaad attacking Aisha. He got some serious air as he was well above the Slaad, and buried his axe right into the skull of the Slaad. His eyes, core, and axe glowed with an awesome power as he followed through with his slash, tearing large chunks of bone and flesh from the monster as he stabbed it's chest. But in a terrifying display of might, the monster still lived, despite the critical injury Buddy inflicted. Even his stab failed to make the monster bleed, striking thick blubber and flesh. His wicked looking grin was quickly removed as a balista bolt slammed into the creature's shoulder, causing it to stagger backwards. "Good hit Buddy! Save some for Shortfang!" Shortfang said with glee after he had just fired the balista right at the Slaad. There were a few of the warriors with him as he ordered them in his dragon language to help him reload the weapon, doing so with quick efficiency. Syfr flew towards the Slaad as well, flying in it's face, harmlessly scratching at it and spreading it's feathers around to distract it.

Pylia looks towards you with a determined expression. "We have to help them! Let's go!" She summoned a ball of fire and tried to shoot it at the distracted Slaad, but he saw her flames between the feathers and raised his arms to block it. Though the orb of fire struck his arms, they didn't seem to leave even a scratch as he continued to grin wickedly at the others, as if he wasn't afraid of the death.

Ye. For once you guys didn't get the surprise since you choose to wait for reinforcements. Don't worry though, fighting in the courtyard isn't too bad either. Shortfang has a new toy to play with and it looks like Buddy got lucky. Post be up soon.
No problem. Mind rolling Initiative for me? Fightin's about to happen!
"Honestly, I rather hope he comes out and faces us. Maybe we could turn these weapons against him." As Pylia spoke her thoughts, Buddy managed to save one Balista from the wreckage, using his considerably strength to move the half-ton siege weapon inward towards the keep. Shortfang was helping, though not by much. Still he seemed rather eager to use such a hulking weapon. "Biggest! Crossbow! EVER!" Shor and Atisha just arrived to the walls alongside Green Eyes, though Longstrider was not riding him but a different kobold rider. With the assistance of the giant crocodile Atisha was able to hop onto the walls to give you information. "Longstrider and Cera are holding our rear location to make sure we have an evacuation point. Yorik and Kor are leading strike teams throughout the sewers to route further trog resistance while other warriors bring back the wounded. Thus, it's our job to hold down the fort here. We have a small team of kobolds, but two giant crocodiles, so I have no doubts we can keep control of the courtyard. However there's still a matter of the fortress itself."

Atisha looked towards the solid wooden gates, which had one of the crocodiles breathing acid and eating away at it. "We don't suspect there are many defenders left, but we also have no idea what might be in store for us. So far our scouts have no noticed anything unusual leave the fortress that isn't a trog, but that doesn't discount the possibility that Red Stain has or is attempting to escape. Until we can confirm his status, this place is still under his command, and with it any trog warriors who follow him. Thus, we must go into the keep, find Red Stain, and finally put an end to him. Shor says that he is more than willing to storm the keep with you, or if you think it'll help I can follow you in instead. Either way either Shor or myself have to stay behind to command the court yard, so we'll leave that decision to you, Sylvia."

Ye. Feel free to just write your post with the attack and stuff already done. You don’t need to verify with me, just leave it vague if you aren’t certainly it’ll land like “I shoot my Bolt towards his face” instead of wording like “I’ll pin his head against the wall with crossbow bolt” or some such.
They do still have more harpoons, it appears to be four more. They are indeed holding the ropes as well. I should clarify that their ropes is a type of sea silk rope, so it’s rather thin but still very strong.
A trog comes down the stairs, on fire in screaming in pain. It stopped screaming as Buddy casually stomped on it's head and broke it's head open, kicking it off the staircase as he leads the group up. It seemed like Yorik took some heavy casualties storming the gate as you could see a few kobold bodies on the ground, but you could also see a lot of trog corpses on the ramparts as well. What was even more frightening than that however was that somehow or another, those giant crocodiles that you followed was now breathing some sort of acidic breath at the troglodytes on the walls, destroying siege weapons and burning them to death. A second contingent of kobolds were also here, these being led by Kor as they flung oil and shot arrows of fire at troglodytes, likely causing the burning trog that Buddy dealt with.

Below you was the gate, however it seemed like you only managed to open one gate. Fortunately Yorik and his Kobolds were armed with axes and were able to hack through the first gate, and without a second gate to have to break through the giant acid breathing crocodile was able to force it's way through, clearing a path for the kobolds to storm the keep. The troglodytes easily lost morale once the gate was down and they began to retreat towards the keep itself, a rather large stone structure with arrow holes but hardly any actual marksmen to use them. Seeing how the troglodytes handled the crossbow they used back in the wall below, you could safely guess that even if they had ranged weapons, they would use them poorly. Still the keep had many troglodytes doing a last stand, but now there were also kobolds here to hold ground as well.

Yorik lead a team to clear out the ramparts of troglodytes and take what weapons they can while Kor and his team secured the courtyard area. Pylia kept her eyes on the keep itself though. "Do you think we should take the lead and storm the keep, or wait for reinforcements? It seems like Shor is bringing more kobolds with them as well as another giant crocodile. I say we should wait for now, but if we wait too long that may give the trogs more time to set up their defenses, or worse let Red Stain escape."

Took much longer than I care to admit, but finally got a post out! With a battle map too!
