Some people need to make a hard choice when deciding which two karaoke streams they want to listen to. I have no such weakness: I have two ears for a reason.

The hard part about trying to play some politically savvy mastermind is the assumption that the world operates off real world politics and not your DM’s politics.

Don't put too much stock in prophesies. At best they're full of shit, but more often than not they're one of those self-fullilling kinds. Plan for what happens afterwards instead.

A character isn't deep or compelling just because you let them get hurt a lot, are always depressed, or do morally questionable things.

Bio

If you're here either you're wondering what I'm doing cause I need to post in your RP (In which case, calm yo tits, I'll get around to it), or you want to know who I am. So let's begin.

I'm a college age asian kid who has more heart than he has senses. I'm still working out this whole "adulthood" thing, so until then I just do what I feel I must. As far as personality and traits go, I'm not one for boasting. So if there's anything redeeming about myself you'd have to figure it out in person or by word-of-mouth. Generally however I'm rather perverted, in the best and worst ways. nothing is too much until I've crossed the line, and that just means I've started.

As far as Roleplays I like, I have a thing for fantasy, though I'm also good for some types of sci-fi, supernatural, Modern, and slice-of-life. If it's open and sandbox, I'll probably join it. Never really been a romantic, I often chose to sexualize any notion of romantic encounters I come across. I generally write at Casual quality, though I have no issues with Free-Level Rp/Players and I can hold my own in Advance.

The bandit boss is going to try and flee the scene using a smoke screen. You can feel him rush pass you if you wanna use your reaction to get an attack of Opportunity on him, however it will be at disadvantage due to the smoke.
As the gangster was about to get up to fight, you blow knocked him out cold. Another moved in armed with a scimitar, but just as he did you struck him in the gut, causing him to bowl over. It was at that same moment that Shortfang threw his net at the thug, catching and trapping him in the rope webbing. He started shouting that he surrenders as the remaining five squared up to battle. "Fucking hell you two are useless! Go after the girl, we can take her as a hostage!" The presumed leader of this gang drew two knives from his belt and flung them towards you. While that was happening Pylia turned around the corner chanting her magic words as her Silver Sword materialized and slashed at the leader just as a bolt of holy fire fell from the ceiling. Though he was struck by the sword, he was able to avoid the flame.

The other four thugs, which included two similar looking orcs, a dwarf, and a halfling of all things, came charging at you. The orcs were practically scrambling over one another to slash you with their crude looking axes, which you were easily able to dodge despite how hard they swung their weapons. The dwarf charged you from between the orcs, his first swing missing your knee. However his backswing shot up swiftly and caught you by surprise. Fortunately for you, his mace barely touched your nose, but it was a very close call. This did, however, allow the halfling to sneak up from behind you and strike you in the back with his mace. However while you felt a sting, it almost felt like your new robe absorbed much of the impact. Though you felt the blow, it didn't hurt nearly as much as you'd expect.

Though you were surrounded by enemies, you were not alone. As one of the orcs tried to jab you with his axe, Shortfang shot a crossbow bolt right through his hand, causing him to drop his axe in pain. He cursed loudly, but before he could try anything else Shortfang shot him in the knee, sending him sprawling onto the ground in pain, effectively taking him out of the fight. The other orc bellowed something in his native tongue and looked angrily at Shortfang but it was at that same time Buddy slowly started making his way over to the group. Something about him put everyone on edge. The way he walked towards them, the strange glow from his body. To you and your friends Buddy didn't look any more different than he usually did. But the way he carried himself... It made the criminals realize they're way-in-over their heads right now. Though they braced up ready to fight, they were very frighten of Buddy as he stood beside you, roughly planting his foot onto the wounded orc as his gaze swept across each gang member in the hide out. Judging them harshly.

Cool, then that'll just be one hit from the 19.
So just right quick, one of the thugs managed to hit you with a critical mace attack. Do you wanna use a Lucky Point to make them reroll? He also managed to hit you with a regular mace attack at a 19.
At your go, Buddy slammed his foot into the door, kicking it off it's hinges and knocking the man behind it to the ground. His shouts warned the others of Buddy's presence as one of them started shouting. "Wake the fuck up ya cunts, we got trouble! Go go go!" As the criminals gathered their weapons to fight, Shortfang had a net in hand, waiting just around the corner for anyone to come out and try and escape or attack Buddy. As for Buddy himself, he marched right over to the one who had answered the door, smacking him across the face with the blunt side of his axe. Raising his urgrosh high into the air Buddy stabbed it into the ground neck to the bandit, threatening him with it. You could hear more bodies starting to move through the brewery towards Buddy or possibly the exit, however from the sounds of their boots and equipment, they're getting ready for a fight.

Nito banditos, roll me initiatives please.
Pylia gulped, a bit uncertain but Buddy and Shortfang were ready as ever. "Alright... Let's do this." Pylia said as Buddy walked up to the door. Once you all got into position, Buddy waited for a few seconds before he knocked on the door very loudly. The shouting inside immediately stopped for a few seconds before soon someone came to the door. They didn't open it, they just yelled from the otherside. "Piss off! We don't want anything!" Buddy glanced off into the alley, raising his foot up but not moving yet. He seemed to be waiting for you to see if he was clear to kick down the door.
Pylia rubbed her chin. "Not that I... Don't think Buddy can handle himself, but if there's seven of them and Buddy goes in alone, I don't think they'll be too intimidated. If anything, they might get cocky since they'll out number him seven-to-one." Buddy shrugs. He seems like he's fine with going in and scaring them. Pylia was the one who had doubts. Shortfang spoke up. "Shortfang send Syfr with Buddy, eyes out for trouble, do screechy noise to scare bad guys! No backdoor means no way bad guys can run!" Pylia just sighs quietly. "It also means their backs are against the walls. They might try and fight us knowing that they can't escape. Still, if we can avoid fighting them all together, that'll be for the best. Though we only have two manacles..."
Buddy raised his hand and clenched it into a fist. Presumably this was his way of saying yes as he adds a nod with it. Pylia nods and looks back to you. "So what'll be the distraction? Buddy just knocking on the door or something? From the looks of it, there's a window and a door. Shortfang didn't spot any backdoors when he had Syfr look around, and nothing on the roof seems like it'll be big enough for any of us to fit through. Or maybe we try and draw them out into the alley?" Pylia suggested.
With the information told, your party gears up and heads back towards the brewery. Things are fairly quiet in the streets as it was somewhere between noon and sunset. People are still out and about doing their business, but it'll only be a few hours before nightfall. In the distance you could hear a bell ringing eight times. By this time of the day, the giant sword in the castle town cast a shadow that covered nearly all of the dock's district. It was bizarre seeing how one side of a town would be shrouded in relative darkness while it was still a bright and sunny day.

Once on the docks your team starts gearing up, with Pylia putting her shield on, Shortfang loading his crossbow and summoning Syfr, and Buddy brushing off his axe. Once you arrive at the brewery you cold vaguely hear the sounds of shouting inside; seemed like the gang was all there and none-to-happy about your discovery. Pylia looked over to you as she drew her club. "How should we do this? Kick in the door and start putting them down, or something else?"
