Some people need to make a hard choice when deciding which two karaoke streams they want to listen to. I have no such weakness: I have two ears for a reason.

The hard part about trying to play some politically savvy mastermind is the assumption that the world operates off real world politics and not your DM’s politics.

Don't put too much stock in prophesies. At best they're full of shit, but more often than not they're one of those self-fullilling kinds. Plan for what happens afterwards instead.

A character isn't deep or compelling just because you let them get hurt a lot, are always depressed, or do morally questionable things.

Bio

If you're here either you're wondering what I'm doing cause I need to post in your RP (In which case, calm yo tits, I'll get around to it), or you want to know who I am. So let's begin.

I'm a college age asian kid who has more heart than he has senses. I'm still working out this whole "adulthood" thing, so until then I just do what I feel I must. As far as personality and traits go, I'm not one for boasting. So if there's anything redeeming about myself you'd have to figure it out in person or by word-of-mouth. Generally however I'm rather perverted, in the best and worst ways. nothing is too much until I've crossed the line, and that just means I've started.

As far as Roleplays I like, I have a thing for fantasy, though I'm also good for some types of sci-fi, supernatural, Modern, and slice-of-life. If it's open and sandbox, I'll probably join it. Never really been a romantic, I often chose to sexualize any notion of romantic encounters I come across. I generally write at Casual quality, though I have no issues with Free-Level Rp/Players and I can hold my own in Advance.

Coo. I do wanna try and play as a Brotherhood Paladin, if possible. So I just wanted to know how power armor training and such would be handled.
I'll throw my lot into this. Question though: when it comes to things like weapons and power armor, is it going to be more like fallout 3 or fallout 4?
Malakaus Vorinclex
Healthy | Angeli Pallidus Guild | Heading Out

It didn't take long before a group was assembled. The first to arrive was Menzai, the wolf beastkin. From the emblem on his cape, he was a mage. Magic is important and could be useful to clear out the wolves. He was quiet as two more arrived, both elves, Sariel and the quiet elf. Malakaus took her card and learned that she was literally named Quiet and was a mute. He supposed that wasn't necessarily a bad thing: at least he wouldn't have to listen to her blabber. Of course the only one that Malakaus had a problem with was Sariel herself. The haughty elven archmage... Malakaus wasn't even sure if he could call her an old flame, considering that there was never really a spark between them. But he had to put his past aside as much as it haunted him. He's not here to court her, he's here to kill monsters. "I am an orc. You can call me Hathol. Thextera leads his wolf pack around Lumbertown, a logging town a day's walk from Thaoswen. Gather your things, we leave now." Malakaus folds the bounty note into a small square and puts it into a pocket, hefting his axe and shield and turning away from the group. While they could head straight to Lumbertown via carriage and set up shop there, Malakaus figured it would be better if they simply traveled by foot. Thextera threaten the entire area around Lumbertown, including the road leading to Thaoswen. There's a chance they might just run into the beast as they traveled off-roads. "If you've any questions, ask them now." Malakaus says as he starts walking towards the door.
The implication is that there is some sort of source of profane energy that overlaps pass the chapel itself. In other words, the profane energy is not coming from the chapel, but it’s energy is big enough to cover the just the chapel as you and the crew were looking around.
Truth be told while I don’t mind doing this campaign again, I kind of want to use different characters. Orchid was fun but I got new ideas I wanna try out.
The old woman nodded. "Ah yes, white orchids. Very rare, but very important. In Gransys, White Orchids are symbolic of youth and purity." The old woman snips off a few flowers of both, creating a bouquet of Moonglow and White Orchid. And sure enough as the night winded down, even after being cut the moonglow started to glow rather luminously. Pylia took the flowers quietly, simply nodding when you had asked her about your suggestion. The total would be 2 silver coins, which you could cover easily. "These flowers... It reminds me of a field we used to visit outside of Gransys." Pylia said quietly.
Nyx nodded at your command, sending Nox off to fly around the area. Everyone else armed their weapons of choices began to investigate the area. The first hut you knocked on had no response, nor did your divine senses pick up anything from the hut itself. However at a glance, and despite being beyond the furthest reaches of your divine sense, you could sense a faint presence from the chapel itself. Not entirely unusual, such places were usually sanctified as part of their official ordination. But that was just the thing: the church was not sanctified. It had negative energy readings signifying that it had been desecrated instead. And soon you'd hear a gasp from Nyx as she sent Nox inside the chapel.

"Captain it's... A massacre inside. Someone killed all the clergy inside. Made some effigies from their remains... I only see one survivor and she's... Not looking good."
“Right. Of course.” Pylia said as she tries to put herself back together. She stands up on her feet a bit wobbly, surprised at how numb her legs were. The group gathered together and head to the nearest flower shop. Or rather, flower cart: it was simply an old woman manning a little wheelbarrow with pots of flowers in them. She was on her way home when the group found her. “Well hello, how can I help you? Might I interest you in a Moonglow flowers? Or perhaps some Jasperblossom?”
Orchid was surprised to see Angus wanting to stay put, however she was also annoyed. "Now you want to stay put after getting beaten down and brought back up." Orchid rubbed her eyes and looked towards the next area. "If we rest now, that gives the wizard more time to prepare to trap us in, kill off the others, and escape us. Not to mention my current enchantment won't last the whole hour rest." Orchid looked up to Najila and Celeste. She was stern and serious. "We can't afford to wait here and expect to be able to escape with everyone intact. If we do wait, I don't recommend we try and save the others. It'll be too late for them and I doubt it'll be pretty either. If that madman was willing to cut off your horn for his curiosity, just imagine what they'll do to the others now that he knows we're coming after him. He wouldn't even need a whole hour to do so. At most, ten minutes to kill or disembowel the others, and fifty minutes to let them die slowly. If that's what you want to see, that is what will happen if we wait here for another hour."

After her slash, Orchid's blade didn't seem to put the drake down. Aron moved in to intercept and distract it, and so Orchid would dash forward, plunging her glaive into the side of the drake. However it was for naught; by the time Her blade struck, Najila's eldritch blast had managed to slay the beast. All Orchid could do was cut off it's head, mainly to ensure it's death and partly as a trophy. Taking a knee to breath, Orchid looked around the room and towards the others. "We're safe for now. But that damned wizard escaped. He'll have to chase him down and find him before it's too late. I don't know what spells he's capable of, but from what I can guess he's used at least two second levels for Invisibility, one on himself and this drake since it appeared out of thin air. Unless there's more mages here..." Orchid just sighed as she stood up.

"No matter." Orchid looked to Angus. She was still annoyed at how he had put himself in such a perilous position just charging out towards the enemy without the rest of the party. Frankly she doesn't expect him to even stay much longer, assuming he didn't immediately just stand up to continue the chase. "Whatever element of surprise we had is gone now. Even the wizard himself knows that we're here and coming after him. We've no choice but to give chase, less he take this opportunity to hold the rest hostage and prevent us from saving them."
