Current Hey, I hate to say this, but I am probably leaving this place for the forseeable future. Those who are waiting for me on RPs can just... stop waiting, I guess. Sorry, all.

Well, @Truant, I believe what's wrong with you is in the name... your ability is Truant, you only get to act every other turn.

@Ampharos Boy, I guess that means you're going to get cave adaptation by the time this whole thing is done, and you'll vomit as soon as you leave your house, lol.

You ever read one of your RPs from years ago and just laugh at how bad it is?

Dragons vs unicorns, huh? I'm horribly biased in this case 'cause I HATE horses, so... dragons.

If anyone's curious... I've got the stats for the first boss right here. Oh, and we should definitely roll for initiative right now. Initiative = 1d20 + (agi/2). For my total, I got 18, and for the human knight (AKA: boss 1), I got 8.

Also, would you prefer that I post a theme song for various things, or would you like to find it yourself?

By the way, I'm not sure if it happened on purpose, or on accident, but I think Deravan's become sort of the Kellam of the group. He's giant, he sticks out, and yet nobody can freaking find him half of the time, lol.
One water-covered handshake later, R'lyeh talked about another name for me. My parents would have jumped at the opportunity, however, I wasn't exactly them, nor did I fully understand how or why this name of mine was supposedly cursed. On one hand, this could be a nickname for me, but, on the other, it would almost be like me calling him 'fish man' due to that just being the common name for my race. I eventually settled on "Um, sure, if you'd prefer that," I was going to say more, explaining what I was thinking earlier, but I thought it might be a little rude to him. The troll seemed to disappear again, that is, after a little episode with the bartender, which fared much better than my own, and ended with the troll getting another drink. I look around for him, and eventually just say in some random direction "Mister troll, sir? Would you mind telling us your name, also your location, I can't seem to find you again," R'lyeh then asked about the village's name, and I had to think back for that one. These villages did, indeed have names, but given the short time they have before they get destroyed again, these names weren't always easy to remember. I think back to when I first entered the village, and remember a sign with the name 'Birchvale, an obvious reference to the fact that the place was surrounded by trees. "The village's name is Birchvale. Sorry, it's not always easy remembering the names of these villages, they only last for about a week at a time," I then jokingly ask the bartender "So, how long has this place been around for?" He then responds with just the answer I didn't want, "about a week," shocked by that answer, I manage to ask "A-aren't you making preparations!? The humans could be here any minute!" The bartender shrugs, just as I hear someone, or something shout near the entrance "Filthy vermin! I have come to exterminate you for the good of humanity!" They're here... I... I can't do this, but, I can't run anymore, I'm done running. I then work up the courage to ask "Alright, I'm going to do something reckless, dumb, and probably lethal. I'm going to defend this village, who's with me?" The thugs seemed to disappear as soon as I asked that, and the bartender was already running in the opposite direction, leaving me with this group of four... R'lyeh, the troll (assuming he did run away), the rich ogre, and of course, myself.
I'd prefer if you did. You don't have to make a huge post, just a decently-sized paragraph, please.
Are you sure? I don't typically like skipping over someone else.
There were walls? WE MUST PROTECT THEM!

Anyways...Notes on initiative:
My post will start the battle, and the next to post will be whoever has the highest initiative. If that happens to be one or more enemies, their attacks will be edited into my 'battle start' post. Double posting may happen if my character ends up with the highest initiative for that battle.
You're correct in your assumption, there, Grey.
Almost as soon as my bowl of gumbo was spilled on me, a troll with some very dark clothes, and apparently a darker past entered the bar. He spoke about his past, and how the bartender should behave himself, and watch what he says, something said bartender quickly ignored as a sahagin in wet, brown robes came in, asking for some water. His robes were still relatively moist for us land-based creatures, he seemed to be in dire need of water, dire enough that he'd actually spend money on it, even though the bartender explicitly stated that it was supposed to be free. Charging someone for what amounts to air for us, I couldn't just sit there, letting that happen. I stood up on my seat, and tried to say something, but lost my balance, and fell over before I could get a word out. I did manage a "that's not right... you can't charge someone for that..." but the bartender was too busy laughing at me to notice, let alone care. I then get up, and decide to introduce myself to the sahagin, something, that, as a kobold of the sea (something indicated by my blue scales), intrigued and interested me. After clearing out my throat, I hold out my hand for a handshake, a greeting we kobolds kinda stole from the humans, but I hoped was universal. I then say "Hello, sir, my name is Robert. Yes, I know it's an unusual name for a kobold, but there's actually an entire story behind that... one that I'd rather not tell right now. Uh, whoops, sorry, I kinda just started talking about myself for a while, um, what's your name, sir?" That was about the time when the ogre, who was wearing some sort of high-class clothing made her way into the bar. She was apparently rich, or, at the very least richer than we were, as she placed down a silver for her drink and meal. That silver piece alone was worth ten times what I had before all of this, but instead of introducing myself to her, or the troll who I couldn't keep track of at the moment, I waited for any sort of response from the sahagin. Sure, the local thugs might not be giving him any kind of kindness, but I hoped that I could at least make his stay here a little better, even if I couldn't get his money back for his water, which really should have been free, especially for someone who needed it as much as he did.
EDIT: misread. Sorry for the miscommunication.

Anyways, my newest post has a new feature in it, a horrible roll! As you can see, my character was trying to intimidate the bartender into giving your character his bronze coin back, with his plan being to put his rapier to the bartender's throat, however, a roll of 4 pretty much guaranteed a failure. (given that Charisma isn't a thing, that is.)

Oh, and before we get too far into this, just a note: We're kinda going metric with this, but...
Bronze (or copper) is the smallest denomination of currency...
10 bronze = 1 silver
10 silver = 1 gold.
There's no need to apologize, Eklipse.
Hm? I thought he'd be able to post today... shoot. I just hope it doesn't take too long.
