You can make and control any NPCs you may want/need for your post to work. You may also control any NPCs that are nearby, and not a part of any particular team, such as the guildmaster, or the shopkeepers.

Except, everyone also knows Unown text, lol... sorry. Maybe those weird hieroglyphs from that old pokemon movie, or something similar to that? As in, an old pokemon language that came about before the Unown were so widely... well... known?

I do have a couple issues, one's minor, and one's somewhat major...
the first one, as in, the minor one is that there probably wouldn't be stairs. A slope upwards, maybe, but not stairs.
The second one... pokemon speak and write in English (this is not only just convenient, it makes sense, given that Unown exist, and could have/ would have since taught them the language.) I understand that you don't want the book to be read at this point, and that's fine, but maybe you could make it old to the point of near illegibility, instead.

We kind of have a strict post order in that you can't post again until the rest of your team has posted. (IE: Evanist can't post until after I've posted again, ect)

He/she could, but your character's father has to be one of those who can pass down that move. I'll only allow one egg move, and as long as it's not OP... Leech Seed is acceptable.

AGH, I hated those, especially when you, oh, I dunno, finally got Mew to join your party in PMD Red/Blue, Mew takes two steps, falls down one of those, and since he hasn't been back to Pokemon Square, you have to recruit Mew ALL OVER AGAIN. Also... why would pitfall instantly kill if it just makes you (as in, the leader) progress? Shouldn't you be able to 'catch up' to these other party members if you fell down the hole or used the stairs? But, nope! We're using our own logic, so they're dead, no reviver seeds can save them, either!

It's 10, but we don't use levels here, anymore. If you're looking up moves, then it'll be anything that they'd learn at level 10 or less.
