Mae maakte haar riem los en stapte uit de auto. Ze pakte haar rugzak uit de auto om er het een en ander uit te halen. Ze had de hele rugzak niet nodig als ze alleen maar gingen kijken. Dus zorgde ze er voor dat ze een geweer bij zich had en een mes. Ze stopte het geweer aan de achterkant van haar broek, maar hield het mes in haar hand. Ze wilde haar geweer alleen gebruiken als het echt nodig was, want het geluid zou alleen maar meer zombies aantrekken.

"Ik ga wel in de winkel kijken, als jij de pompen nakijkt." Zei ze, terwijl ze haar rugzak terug in de auto zetten, bij de passagiers stoel. Ze zag er eigenlijk een beetje tegen op om de winkel in te gaan, maar ze wilde niet hier wachten en niets doen. "We hebben eten en drinken nodig, en misschien wat andere dingen voor het geval dat. En misschien dat ze daar nog wat jerrycans hebben - met spul erin voor de auto" Zei ze voordat ze de deur aan de passagierskant dicht sloeg.

"Tenzij je een ander plan hebt?" Vroeg ze, terwijl ze om de auto heen liep. Misschien had Andy een ander plan? Het maakte Mae niet zoveel uit, ze zou zich wel aanpassen. "Zoals wegrijden terwijl ik in de winkel ben?" Grapte ze, en ze gaf hem een speelse knipoog.

I think when we start, I will have the drug deal as a focal point of a joint investigation between Southampton and neighboring communities including Winchester. Maybe create a Police Task Force involving detectives from the various regions to discuss how to take down this drug trade. The humans are thinking Methamphetamine labs, cocaine, hashish and so forth. The Wesen understand that the Jacine out there is more harmful and are interested in that aspect of the investigation. Diara and Ransom recognize each other, maybe remotely and approach one another after the briefing to renew a friendship they once had at a diner or restaurant. This should eventually lead into them discovering the Wesen relationship. Then they have an adventure chasing after Schakels who are dealing in Jay on the black market or Spice shops in the region.
